I rented a uhaul here a few times for in state and out of state moves. I never had a problem. The trucks have dollies in the back of them, which is standard for uhaul in the south. I also brought my own dolly to speed the move. I picked up and dropped off at the same location. The staff was friendly to me, never had a problem.
