I wouldve given them a 5 star but for the fact that for several years now I purchased a peace of mind guarantee and when I had a problem during the pandemic there were problems trying to get resolutions. My tax advisor (Angelina) at Biloxi Beach location (Edgewater) is fantastic and definitely 5 star.

Went in everything seemed smooth aside from the person who helped me she didn’t really seem like she knew what she was doing but the others were very helpful but I signed up for direct deposit and received a message 10 days after I went in that my payment was processed and would take 3-5 days to post the very next day I received another text saying that it was gonna be mailed and take another 7 days. Called the store and the told me they couldn’t tell me why then I called the customer service line which was very helpful she told me my bank rejected it Called my bank and they had no note of it which means my deposit info was input wrong at H&R Block and I had copy’s of my banking info so there was no reason for that mistake. And I wouldn’t even be that mad if the lady who answered at the store didn’t treat me like I was dumb for calling H&R Block to find out what went wrong when it was H&R Block who messed up and it was H&R Block who told me what went wrong this store has incompitent and rude people working for it I suggest using a different location

Weve used H&R Block for the past several years and the service has been excellent. Charlotte assisted us last year as well as this year. She is extremely professional and efficient.

I worked with Carole today. It was my first time filing taxes by myself and I have a part time job right now. She helped me get my taxes done to where I wasn’t charged more than I could afford and was very understanding of my situation. Five stars because she was both professional and down to earth in a sense. Thank you!

I went here to get my taxes done here at the beginning of January, after being told it would be $49 after the 1040EZ. They ended up charging me $200 to do it.I left irritated but was going to let it go. Almost a month later I got a letter from the IRS that my refund was being held until I got something else filed. I got mad that I paid $200 and they didnt even file it properly. I went back and they told me that they would fix it for free.I just checked my refund status, two months after I filed, and it just now got accepted, but not send. And on top of that lowered my refund by $50, so h&r block took $250 of my refund. Do not come here, they will screw you over. Biggest mistake I have made was trusting them with my taxes.

The people who do the taxes are amazing in fact I would have given 5 stars except whoever they have at the reception area/answering phone calls is rude every year she is rude she talks to people like they are stupid and I probably will not be returning to this location because of how rude she is
