I opened this place up with three vehicles and a lot of promoting ! For months I have told the workers either turn the soap down, or water up. The wash is leaving soap on the cars, its not good for the paint. Also, the blower at the end of the wash needs to be adjusted. Never before, but now it blows my sunroof visor off ever time. Other than those concerns, enjoy being a customer.

This car wash did an awesome job cleaning my new car. Price is reasonable and doesnt take long.

For the last two times that I had my car washed at this location, the machinery was not working properly. A few weeks ago I paid for the $10 wash which includes having the tires done, however the machine was not working and the tires were not cleaned. Today, I did the same wash and this time there were three things not working. First, the wash arms that are supposed to clean the sides of the car were not working; second, the rinse cycle was not working so the car was covered in soap and then the dryer was not working either so the car was soaking wet. The attendant told me that he had reported all the problems over a week ago but no action has been taken by the company to make the repairs. Meanwhile, the customers are coming in one after another, paying for services that they are not receiving. Unfortunately, I will not be returning.

Love Richs. They now have a one price, unlimited washes deal. Buy the first month, they give you a sticker to put under your rear view mirror, and the reader sees it when you pull up, opening the arm. Great cleaning job and incredibly convenient.

My tires wasnt clean and my truck looks dirty still wasnt happy @ all...but the vacuum works fabulous...

Paid $15 for a wash and as much vacuum as you need. I have a toddler and this is totally worth it!! If you live in crumb land I highly recommend this place. And they were walking around handing out free air fresheners. Highly recommend!

I took my car to get a car wash and I regret going here. The attendant was extremely rude. Both of my side mirrors got scratched up and some paint came off. It also got a scratch on the drivers door. Didn’t even clean the whole exterior. I do not recommend anyone to come here.

Who knows how many people went through this car wash without water and soap! The guy who sprays your car before you enter needs to stay off the phone and leave his bae problems at home. I was scared that the bristles and plastic were going to scratch my paint. They refilled the reservoir and let me go through again. Made me late to work.

Overall not bad but the front could get cleaned better.

It appears they staff is not what it used to be. At one time when you pulled in they would spray around the bottom of vehicle and put the rear wiper in the little bag and tape it down. Well not today the young man just stayed in one spot and sprayed soap on one side of the windshield and walked off, always like this place but after today I may have to go elsewhere!

When I put the money in for the car wash, the water nozzle flew out of the holder and dented my brand new car. I am extremely upset about this.

This car wash is a very nice place. The way the wash is set up is Awesome. They have specials on mondays for $3dollars. Which is Awesome.

Last Sunday I went to the car wash and one of the machines broke the cover of my rear break light. I immediately let the guy in charge know and he went in and brought the broken cover back. He made me fill some paperwork and told me someone would contact me later that day, no one did though. I called the next day and no answer, so I went back that same day and the guy told me the owner said that because it was a vehicle from 2007 they werent gonna do anything about it, that if it was a newer model they would. Thats bs since the same thing happened to my brother in law at that same carwash a month ago and his car is from 2014 and they did nothing to fix it, also a friend told me something similar happened to him as well.Now I gotta buy the whole break light, because I cant find a place that sells just the cover.They have cameras in there, they know their machine caused the damages, but theyre only good at taking your money. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere to wash your car, this place is dishonest and they wont pay for any damage caused to you vehicle, which apparently happens pretty often.

Vehicle looks great after wash. I got the top choice and it was 5 bucks off. Vacuuming is free. One of the guys walked around handing out free hanging car scents .

BEST CAR WASH EVER

I have been here dozens of times but today will be my last. Both employees were very rude and I did not get the typical spray and pressure wash despite getting the 18 dollar wash. I asked about the pressure wash and was informed they no longer do that. I said I would not be back and the employee replied “that’s fine”. I will now sit back and wait for this place to go out of business wondering why they are losing customers.

I dont pay the extra to get my tires done anymore cause its a waste of money, EVERYTIME I GO there my tires do not get cleaned or shined, its like they use cheap tire shine,cause my tires barely have any shine on them, so I do it myself !!!!!

My favorite car wash. Not only does it provide excellent equipment for cleaning the outside of the car but the free vacuum is worth more then when I paid. Plus everyone I have met there and works for the car wash has had an excellent attitude. Me and a friend of mine really enjoy our time at the carwash.

A waste of time and money. This place of business needs to upgrade their vacuuming system. They do not suck and takes forever to clean my car. I just gave up and went to Another car wash Instead. I never leave a business a 1 star review but I had to on this one. Very disappointing.

Pretty good car wash on Popps Ferry Rd. Basic wash was $6 and it goes on up from there. You get self serve vacuum with that as well. Only gripe was the floor mat holders in some stalls were missing or inoperative.

They really need to better maintain and or upgrade their wash equipment. The front of your vehicle never gets scrubbed and the blowers to dry your vehicle sometimes dont dry your vehicle.....

Although the customer service was great this car wash left a black residue all over my white suv. This has never happened before at any car wash. What should have been an easy chore resulted in me having to hand wash my car after visiting this car wash. So annoying

Professional and convenient

This place is no longer Rich’s Car Wash - the name has been changed to Popp’s Express Car Wash. I have (had) a front visor on my truck, it mounted right above the windshield where cab lights would go. I had been through this wash multiple times without issues, but this past Sunday it decided it wanted to rip off my visor. I mentioned to the employees who were there about it, and they took an “incident report”. I messaged the Facebook account explaining I wasn’t looking for anything in return, I just wanted them to be aware that their wash was incompatible with any truck that has a visor like mine did. I was just trying to save someone else the headache that I had to deal with. Again I wasn’t upset or looking to get anything, but they couldn’t even take the time to reply to say thanks for letting us know. I know they read the message because Facebook will tell you if it had been read or not. It just blows my mind someone wouldn’t say “Hey, thanks for taking the time to let us know. We’ll be sure to try to make our employees aware so it doesn’t happen again.”

It was ok, it didnt clean the hood of my car very well and the spray this greasy shine stuff on the rim and not the tire.

Bad customer service. Signs everywhere saying free vacuuming, exactly what we needed when our toddler spilt her snack everywhere in the car. We get stopped halfway through vacuuming because it actually costs $2. Not a big deal except thats not what the signs say so we ask the manager who says they can advertise however they want and the vacuums are only free for paying customers (lol not what free means) and was super rude about it. Wouldve gone to a car wash/vacuum a couple blocks closer if we were going to pay for it anyway and put our money into a company that doesnt have a rude manager. $2 not a big deal, false advertising and being a jerk is a big deal. Wish I could give yall a Z E R O.

I love this car wash! I cant find another one like it. I moved to Florida recently and cant find one as nice, nor with vacumes that work. I visit richs every time I visit home.

This place is a joke. My van was still nasty when I got out. My kids poured a drink out the window and it was only on there a day because I had to work and couldnt go straight to cleaning it. He got an attitude when I told them about it not coming off. My husband had to go raise hell to have them fix it.

Excellent place to get your vehicle cleaned

My vehicle was damaged and when I brought it up to the manager he seemingly blamed the age of my truck. I did not go in looking for anything financial and was still a customer since the damage had occurred but based on my treatment will never return or recommend Richs to anyone.
