So I got the $80 hand wax and wasnt completely satisfied. In the past it was perfection. There were several places on the car that still had wax on it; when I got home had to buff out. On top of that the car antenna was removed for the wash and still sitting in the center console. It comes down to attention to details and the crew working that day was off their game.

They do a tremendous job. Love how my car looks after they wipe it down. They even will go beyond to make you happy

They ran over the key fob to my corvette right in front of me to start. Then I got my key fob back from a different car and it wasnt working right. Two different managers took my info and said they were going to have their regional call me and its going on three weeks and no word from their regional. They do an ok job at best and apparently their customer service isnt that great if they mess up.

People were nice. I got a manager special and it took over and hour to leave. It wasnt busy only 2 vehicles ahead of me. Wash was ok

Today I went to Classy Chassy carwash self-service just to spray my car after a storm( It had already been serviced by them previously) so as i go and pick the sprayer and push the nozzle the hose was busted and the pressure from that left an lesion on my arm. So i called the office to talk to someone about it. They proceeded to tell me to come to the office to talk to the manager and i did. After 3 hours of waiting on him i asked if they could just write an incident report. A few mins later he finally shows up and ask me to meet him back at the location where the incident occured( i did) after reacting the incident he tells me that its only a scratch and asked me if i needed him to give me a bandaid. Only thing i wanted was them to was to fix their faulty equipment and a another detail service for my time waiting for the issue to be solved. He did fix the hose and I did not get the services for my time spent waiting. All around the services are good but the manager is a piece of attitude.

Good place to get a car wash. Decent price too. Took my car for a Mega wash and was done in about 30-40mins. Overall the car was cleaned well though they miss the side pockets/holders. Also, dont forget to ask for the car freshener since they dont give it right away even if its included in the package

If you want a good quality detail at a cheap price - this is not the place. If you want a really good quality detail at a really reasonable price - this is the place to stop. They have a Teflon paint coating (applied like wax) that is really worth the cost. I’ve let them put it on all 3 of my vehicles. It lasts 6 months . My 2014 Honda Accord’s paint looks showroom new because of it. My 2011 GMC Sierra pickup paint looks almost new as well. Also, if you like supporting Christian owned and operated businesses - this is a good one to support.

The place took my father in-laws keys and left him sit waiting, waiting, waiting.....they lost his car key fob. The manager mishandled everything. My father in-law was a weekly customer for years. Hand wash only and good tipper. The manager told him get new key fob and they would cover it. Not true. He got key fob from dealership the manager said too expensive so they would only pay very small portion. DO NOT go here. Very bad service, dont keep word and have you EVER heard of a car wash losing keys. Just lucky my father in-law lived near family. Upset him, caused him stress like you wouldnt believe and they simply didnt care not one bit. Do not go here!!!! The manager is the worst person

They basically just vacuumed the inside of my car and cleaned the outside. Not very thorough as they missed the dashboard and side areas. Very nice staff but I could of taken the car to the car wash for $10 for the same amount of work.

Just wanted to put out there that both Chris and Dominic were phenomenal in taking care of my Jeep. It was really filthy and they were able to get looking brand new, inside and out. My 2015 Honda Civic had paint blown off its trunk due to their cleaning. First I was accused of bringing it in like that. Then when that was proven false they offered to knock $25 off the price and told me to go over it with spray can paint! I asked them how they could stand behind their services like this. I was told they would not be doing anything for me. I just think its disappointing that they would not fix this even after the manager admitted it was their fault. Hardly Classy

About 2 weeks ago, i had the suv cleaned. As they where done it started to rain so didnt look over it real good.later that day sun came out and it was then i noticed they missed alot. Someone contacted me because i.left a negative remark and still to this day no one has called...they really dont care about customer service. Because it dont hurt thier business by saying something negative.

Been going to the hwy 49 every since they opened. Moved so this is closer. Sent my teenage daughter to get the inside and outside cleaned. She said they didnt touch the backseat of a maxima. Its my wifes car she gets it and tells me its still dirty. Called to speak to the manager he was busy. Left my name and number still waiting on the return phone call.

I was very concerned about the status of my car upon reentry. My entire screen act as if it was malfunctioning. When soliciting assistance regarding this issue, the gentleman who I think may have been the manager was not as helpful or concerned as I thought he should have been. When asked why my panel was responding in that he manner his only response was Im not familiar with Volkswagens. Excuse me sir, neither am I but I know when I drove my vehicle in my radio was fully functioning. To then pass me off to another employee because he was too busy says a lot. Thank you Dante and the tattooed gentleman for getting my car working properly.

Ok this is going to be long.This business was recommended to me by a friend. I went online and, despite the poor reviews, decided to call and get some information. I told them what I needed and that I was on a time crunch. I was given a total price of $32 and was told I would be done in plenty of time for my next appointment. When I arrive, I am met by a manager who gives me a completely different price of $132. To my disappointment and frustration we settled on a $100 package and he tells me it will take about an hour to an hour and a half. So, after an hour and a half of waiting I ask how much longer it will be. I am told, not by the manager who passed me in the hall twice, but by the front desk assistant that it will be an additional hour before it is finished. I was able to push my next appointment and continued to wait a little over another hour. Once they were finished I didn’t have time to inspect my car due to already running late for my next appointment. When driving I notice my side mirrors hadn’t been wiped and had some sort of residue on them. So much so I couldn’t really see in them. When I arrived home later that night I noticed the front of my Jeep still had bug gut remnants on it and then found all of my floor mats in the trunk soaking wet on a plastic bag. The mats were so wet I had to try and soak up some of the water with a towel so it didn’t leak all in my house. My husband called to speak to the store manager twice today and never received a call back. I will never recommend this business to anyone and I will never be back.The only reason I’m giving two stars is because the inside of my Jeep does look nice and the front desk assistant, Montana, was super sweet and helpful.I would also like to add that no one working there had a mask on. I just feel like if there are going to be people inside of my vehicle during a pandemic, as we are under a mask mandate, they should be wearing masks and taking more steps to create a safe environment.Update: both myself and my husband have called MULTIPLE times to speak to a manager and we have been waiting for 5 days for a call back. I’m beyond livid at this point. This business doesn’t take responsibility for its actions.

There were decent. Professional, friendly people, but I hate for my windows to be as dirty or dirtier than when I arrived - due to towels that should be switched out.- and whoever step up in the back tailgate left his or her dirty footprint in the bed of my 2021 truck.

This is not a good place to go to. They lost my key fob and wont replace it. Don Wall, the owner of Classy Chassis is not a good person. He takes advantage of the elderly. He isnt a very good businessman. He saved 430 dollars by not replacing my fob and lost thousands of dollars from bad publicity. He also lost his reputation because a lot of people know what he did to me.

The cost for a full exterior including tires and interior was 37$...was it worth it? When we were called that our vehicle was completed, they walked us around (keep that in mind). The detail was JUST OK there were dirt streaks along the edges like the door, taillights side mirrors and front lights. They over sprayed the wheels with armour all so there is spots along the lower body. Inside was done very well. So the question still stands...was it worth the 37 dollars? Not if your expectations are high...and I will leave it at that.

I brought my car to them that was spotless when I left 3 months ago that I had driven 6k miles through rain, tropical storms back and forth to Florida. I never let a car get that dirty. For $25 and change my car is absolutely spotless again! Excellent job. I watched them quite a bit and they really worked on it. Excellent job!

Used to like this place. Have great prices. But the do not like to pay for damages. Bent the antenna on my truck,and told me they dont take them off and if it broke,it was on me. Havent been back since and tell everyone I know about this incident. But before that I not ever had a problem before. They do great work. Truck always come out clean and I always, always left a good tip. Wish they would have handled it better.

“All the small things”. Before you go through the wash they take care of every nook and cranny on the outside of your car that you would want to clean on your own! They don’t miss the things that most car washes do! Everyone there was very polite and thorough. Will definitely be back again!

I was at the classy chassis in Ocean Springs one day when a fellow in the waiting room said I come over here(Ocean Springs) because the one in Biloxi is not great. Well he was correct!I had called ahead to make sure after a 20 minute drive they would be taking precautions in the time of Covid-19. I was assured that everyone cleaning car wore masks and the car would be sprayed inside before and after cleaning with a disinfectant. I felt great and off I went!WELL that was not the case. The person whom had manager on his shirt walked up to my car with no mask ready to get inside. I asked where his masked was, he rolled his eyes and pulled it out of his pocket. I asked if he had been in folks cars without of mask today and he assured me he had. It was a joke to him.As I went into the office I checked to see if the 3 people cleaning the car out front were wearing masks. None were! In the office I asked why I had been assured that precautions were being taken. I was told there had been a shift change and at the time I called that crew had all done what I was assured.The arrogant manager who had met me at the car listened to me and told the desk attendant that he could not make anyone wear one(of course if he did as a manager he might set an example). She promptly told him it was mandatory and a law. I told him he might want to call the governor.She asked another of the crew Member to come in. He did, again no mask. As he started to tell me why...and oh his mask was in the truck...I asked if he liked there would be no collage football this fall, or that people were dying, or that we are one of the few countries in the world not allowed to travel to other countries.So disappointed. As I pulled away an elderly man was getting out of his car with a mask. The 3 young men had no problem attending to his car. He probably made the assumption that they cared. They don’t. Maybe the morning crew does but I will never know as I will never go back. I will go to the one in Ocean Springs. Those folks have always gone above and beyond to take care of me and my car.,

I recently traveled to speak Biloxi for a funeral. The procession traveled past the Pass Road location. While I cant speak to their work, I can attest to the respect and honor this company brings. As our procession past, every employee stood in the parking lot in perfect formation in a stance of respect to the deceased. I was moved to tears. As a business owner myself I know this kind of respect can only begin at the top. Thank you Classy Chassis Team! If I lived here I would be a loyal customer! Nice job!

Best car wash is Biloxi! I trust them with all my vehicles and they do a great job. I gave 4 stars due to the slow waits with one manager in particular, for some reason the tempo is more chaotic when he is on shift...but that only happens to me once a month and my cars are there every week, so that isnt too bad

Ok, so dont just read the first sentence here. I took my SUV here yesterday and had a horrible experience. I spent over $250 and got a minimal wash, no shampooing and many things were skipped over or not done at all. Called the office today and talked to Erica who was super friendly and told me to bring my vehicle back in. So I did. In walks the very young Asst. Manager, Bradley, who was so polite and so apologetic, he vowed to make it right. And boy did he! They redid the entire service and then some. My car looks brand new! He assured me no one would lose their job ( a concern of mine) and I was told he had the same guy redo it today but did it with him to make sure it was done right. Ive heard bad reviews about customer service but Bradleys service and attitude assured I was not an ex-customer. Had it not been for the original experience it would have been a six star visit. Giving them the benefit of the doubt, it was a busy day. I paid for their detailing special but the attention to detail was lacking. They left wax on my windows and didn’t even wipe down my leather seats. My car jams weren’t cleaned and car wax spots were left unwiped on my car. Not a good job, for $76 I shouldnt have had to wipe/clean anything behind them. Dont think I will be back.

Biloxi Classy Chassis is the best carwash around. The service writer, Logan, had impeccable hair and was very knowledgeable. Im told the management team is superb and I know their attendants are well trained and exceedingly attentive. The assistant manager Frank is very polite and kept his team squared away. Dont take my word for it. Bring your car to them and see for yourself!!

On my recent travels to their ocean springs location, I met a very rude manager when my vehicle was presented my roush mustang had severe soup streaks down the side, the vacuum wasn’t so good, and the STREAKS in my windshield. I had asked the manager if he could do so politely as wipe down the sides one more time to get the soap streaks out the manager had told me it was something wrong in the tunnel and that it was being worked on as we spoke and that I could wait and he rerun me through or I could come back another time that they were really busy. I decided to stop by this location instead of driving back to ocean springs and gave my story to the gentleman in the back and he went and got the Assistant manager Frank. He was very nice and apologetic for the actions he didn’t do and they completely redid my vehicle for me and it looked perfect!! The Biloxi location, Frank and his staff saved me from lurking out for another car wash. I would recommend this place for any car wash needs!

Every time I got a car washer is always been good except for today. Bought a manager special and he was done with my car in five minutes. It’s was still dirty and I gave him several opportunities to fix it. Ask to speak to a Manager To find out he’s a manager. I am military if you guys can’t fix this will be the last time I go there.

They did a amazing job on my super duty dually. Eventhough it is a work truck they treated it like a show car. When they were finished they walked me around my truck and asked me to check if they missed anything I could see so they could take care of it before I leave. Then they said if I find and area that doesnt meet my satisfaction in the next day to come back by and they will fix it!!! I couldnt be more pleased with a drive in auto detailer. I will be returning when Im back in the area.

These guys were excellent. I had been using a drive thru car wash and noticed it being dull and still dirty. These guys knew just what to do to make it shine like new. They were fast and efficient. My neighbor asked me if I had gotten a new SUV. They cleaned the tires too!!!! Highly recommend!!

This place is awful!!! They damaged my car and then tried to say they didnt. They didnt know I was watching them back in and out the bay which caused the damages undoubtedly. I tried to settle without going to court. But they didnt want to talk to me so I had to pursue a civil suit to try and get my car repaired. It would have been easier for them to fix the damages. But some people make things unnecessarily hard. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

Went there this morning and purchased the protection plus classic. I am very unsatisfied with the service provided. There were water stains all over my truck. I have all weather mats and they did not vacuum them let alone pull them out just to shake them off. My tires and rims were supposed to be shined and cleaned. They were dusty and dull. Had I known this I would have saved my money for this poor service. The manager was very unhelpful with the matter. Told me to bring it back but I love too far away to waste gas so they can correct problems that should have been taken care of to begin with. Some of the workers are plain lazy and dont want to do their jobs. I will never return to this business. They get an F in my book.

Good for any level car wash from $5 wash to full detailing service. I always get a full service wash (not detailing) before shopping for new car with trade-in. Always increases dealership offer for my trade-in. Service is well supervised and excellent quality. Waiting area is comfortable and convenient.

Where do I even start, well went in a for a full detailed to make my car look like it came off the show room. Well let’s just say that’s not what I got, I basically got ripped off for $100. I definitely learn my l lesson I could have did it my self. I will not go back honestly wish I would have when to splash where I initially was going to go. Waste of money go at your own risk. In addition to them not giving me my wax, the one who “supposedly” detail the inside of my car was so rude never again honestly big mistake.

Usually a solid place to go. Today the wash was down and they failed to mention it while up selling me to a more expensive wash. Usually I get the basic wash and it’s great. Not today though even with a “better” wash. Little frustrated.

Got my interior fully detailed. Price was 117, but 100% worth it. They did really nice job and my car looks brand new. Took about an hour and a half. I don’t know why there’s so many bad reviews honestly.

Ive detailed cars for 4 1/2 years and decided to ket someone else detail it for a change. Got the mega wash and definitely will not be back. Better off cleaning your car yourself.

Paid for a full detailing, shampooing. The guy never shampoo my trunk or vacuum it. Didnt notice e until I was leaving. I told them I would be back the following day. Ran into the general manager/owner outside when I pulled up. He was very dry and basically waived me off to the side. I tried approaching him about my service and he shut Me down before I could get out a full sentence, that he would take care of it. I mean no customer service skills whatsoever. Poor quality on the car wash and poor quality customer service skills.

I took my husbands truck here and the service is great, wednesdays is ladies day 25% off, wash, wax vacuum, will be back!

Lacking in attention to detail. The interior or my widows still had smudges from before it was cleaned. My cars wheels still had patches of brake dust discoloring the rim as well. I also expected it to be priced a little more competitively it was a little more than I wanted to spend. If I had the equipment here I would just wash the car myself.

Paid over $100 for a detail at 1pm, I was told the detail would take between 2 and 3 hours, I returned at 4pm and sat in their lobby until 5:45pm when they finished, while they were finishing I observed 4 employees talking in a circle while one person was detailing my vehicle. I think almost 5 hours for a detail is ridiculous.

Honestly if I could give a rating lower than 1, I would. They damaged my car and refused to fix it because it wasnt them who broke it. They took off my shark fin for my antenna and put it back on incorrectly so it ended up falling off at some point on my way home. My antenna is now exposed and I cant drive it in the rain which I drive for a living rain or shine. The owner would not even refund me the 135$ I spent but gave me $20 to order a part that could take months to come in and possibly wont even be the same color as my car. My car was also not even cleaned thoroughly to top it off. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!! Save your money for someone who can do things properly AND NOT damage your car in the process.
