Washers work good, dryer needs about a $1.25 to dry clothes. Two change machines, vending, snacks, booths & a few chairs about. Most of the times I’ve been there it’s been pretty quiet.They’ve been remodeling for a minute & are about done. So now there are more washers than dryers & only one restroom but there is an attendant on duty if you experience problems.

Has close to 50 washers and 36 dryers. It is VERY updated, super clean, and the Jake the owner is always there and ready to help. From all of the ones in Billings, this is my favorite one. Even if is busy people spread out nicely, plus there are many stores in the same building.

Yesterday I stopped in to wash up my laundry before heading into work. The facilities was extremely clean. I had the pleasure of meeting Jerry, the attendant, who was absolutley wonderful! He was extremely helpful and friendly. He even offered to sanitize my laundry basket for me. I had my clothes washed and dried in no time at all. All around the best laundry mat experience I have had. I would highly recommend Washtime to anyone looking for a laundry mat, hopefully you with get the privilege of meeting Jerry too!

Nice place. Owner or worker came up to me and introduced himself and offered me help, seen I was limping and hed a knee brace on.Highly recommend this place and it has a T.V.

Went to get my work clothes cleaned and they were washed but when I dried them and left to go get food and come back they weren’t dry. I tried calling multiple times and no one would answer or call me back after multiple messages were left. DONT GO HERE

Single load 2.25, double load3.75, 5 load 5.50,6 load 6.50. 1.50 for 42 minutes of drying. I washed 2 loads and used 1 dryer. $6.00 total. Plenty of seating and free WiFi.

The day I went Jerry was the attendant. Wow he was awesome! He greeted everyone who came in, asked if you needed help and kept the floors clean. Clean place, decent prices for wash/ dry and friendly employees!

Very good place to do laundry. Its clean, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Ive gone there off and on as needed for probably a couple of decades.

There is a nice man that works here. He is very helpful and answers any questions given to him in a polite manner

Last night I came to wash some clothes at wash time. After I got $20.00 in quarters and loaded my clothes in the washer some lady came up and told me I had to leave as they were closed yet 3 people were still washing clothes. Why was I able to load my clothes and get $20.00 in quarters if the establishment was closed? The door should have been locked right? Very inconvenient!

Super nice place to wash your clothes if your looking for a quiet place.. however its $5 for washing and $6 for drying. Plus 25 cents for every 5 minutes extra

Service was great, didnt have to search for the person on duty. In fact she was kind enough to hold the door for me when I had my hands full. A lil more pricey than what Im used to paying but that was in the Heights so its to be expected. Other than that the only downfall is that it is a bit small & parking can be a bit difficult at times but thats inevitable!

Great prices, machines worked well, and very friendly staff. Both the owner and attendant were present during our time there. They were pleasant, nice people. The attendant was cleaning the machines, every nook and cranny. The owner was scrubbing the floors. I could tell they took pride in their establishment. Would definitely do laundry here again!

I brought in my down comforter to wash and when I opened the dryer it appeared to be stained and burned. The sweet woman on staff at the time kept it to show the owner. They called me the next morning stating it was rewashed and bright white, explaining that sometimes the dryer sheets and feathers in comforter cause that to happen. The store is very clean and I would definitely use them again. Well done ladies! Saved me 300$ on a new comforter.

This was my first time using a laundry mat in many years. The place, machines and surrounding were all very clean. There were some washers and dryers out of order and worst of all the vending machine was also out of order.

I like this place if you can get there before say 630 or so. The traffic is hit or miss and most of the time there is an attendant. If theres little going on in the evening they may close a little early. They are constantly changing, updating and otherwise investing in this location lately too. We like to go have Indian tacos at taco treat while are clothes are washing.

I got to meet the owner and was as helpful and professional as anyone could be. Both his locations are fantastic. Clean, comfortable & spacious with tons of machines.

Owner is not very friendly. His posted rules to follow which are poorly written. Apparently he never attended literature classes or even graduated high school.The time listed on the entrance door and on the Web site are not correct. this laundry mats is locked up and out of commission.

Fairly cheap place to wash and dry. The lady there was helpful. When I was there they didnt have any fabric softener for sale, probably my only complaint.

Their Last Wash is at 7pm, which google doesnt mention. Dont go in after 7 to try to dry because they wont let you start the washer. They open to anyone who needs to dry after that till 9pm. Great place to do your laundry, new owners and good staff.

It would be nice if they would open up on time when they say they open at 7 and it’s 7:15 and it’s still not open.

It was good before, now its just ok. Driers stop working sometimes (ALL at once) but employees on site are helpful. Clean, well maintained overall, and some cute girls from time to time.

Stopped here at 7:00 to do one load of work clothes and she made it a point to come outside to tell me she called last wash already. It was posted everywhere last load at 7, she wasnt going to let me wash lol So I went to Bogarts, way better anyway.

The washing machines did not spin most of the water out of my clothes.. Clothes were still very wet.. I had to use too many quarters to dry them. I will not go back there..

Tuesday and Thursdays are free drier days. Place is clean and prices are reasonable. Largest machine is a 60# for $5.25. Driers didnt get very hot and took an hour to dry my clothes.

Online information says store closes at 9pm. Sign on door says closes at 9pm.. Wondering why I arrived at 8:20pm to get bedding I had there to find the place all locked up and dark.? arrived in the morning to find my expensive tempurpedic blanket deliberately cut in the middle!!!! Cannot get in contact with owner due to the phone number doesnt work and there isnt an attendant there.

Extremely clean restrooms,i see the supervisor disinfect counters,we must be thankful for free dryer benefits on tue/thurs .Bless their generosity! We are from washington and visiting Billings. Even the clients were very friendly.one lady generously offered to share dryer sheets with us and we shared our softners. The tv entertains the children.Great lication w/restaurants, dollar tree,coffee shops! Overall it was a pleasant experience with a variety of fast washers and fast dryers.

Closes at 9.. come in at 7:09 I don’t use the dryers but wasn’t allowed to use there facilities! Apparently 7 is to late!!!

Theres never any staff around when Im in and thats frustrating. They dont answer their phone. But other than that its great. Plenty of washers and dryers and folding stations. Free dryers on Tuesday and Thursdays.

They say they are open to 9pm, but I had a small load a laundry that I brought in a bit after 7pm and they refused to let me do my laundry! What is up with that?
