And I found out that will pick up your clothes and drop them back off. Also they are locales near down town Billings Mt. I work with Davis and he was very professional and honest. My clothes were amazing. They are first clase dry cleaners. Keep up the awesome job.

This was the best laundry mat I have ever used being it is located in the bad side of town the provide key fob not just anyone is aloud in I felt so comfortable and safe very clean washers dryers and the floors were nice and clean very laid back place to go do you laundry and if you dont want to go no where just give them a call they will pick it up wash dry and fold and bring it back to you the staff is also super nice and friendly as well somake this your next stop for all of your laundry needs

I highly recommend this laundry service. They are friendly, personable and just overall great people to deal with. I am a disabled grandma raising three grandchildren and help via their laundry services is both affordable and also such a wonderful help to me. I love that they pick it up at my door and when it is done they return it to my door. They are awesome at folding the clothes! This place is safe and clean, nicely decorated and has reasonable prices. Owner is very friendly and helpful! The plants everywhere make for a nice atmosphere. There’s an ATM, bill & coin exchange machines, a drink and snack vending machine, magazines and a couple TVs - everything you could need while waiting for your laundry. It’s members only but they do offer a day pass for people just passing thru which came in very handy for us.

I have been traveling and had a limited amount of clothing with me. My trip extended and I was out of clean clothing. It was the 4th of July and I could not find a laundry open. On a chance I called Koinonia Laundry which advertises 365 days each year. The phone was answered by a very pleasant guy who let said he could get my clothing laundered and ready for delivery the same day. I dropped off a my clothing and 2 hours later my phone had a message that my laundry was complete.I picked up the clothing and thanked the crew for their fast work! I just noticed one shirt that had an oil stain that was visible was not completely clean and without the spot. Wow.These people are awesome and treat you very well. I will use their service in the future!

Best pickup/drop off laundry service in Billings. Our hotel has been using these guys the last few years and weve yet to have a complaint about their quality or price. Same day service is fast and always on time. Even if you only need wash/fold per pound, the price is unbeatable, especially with the free delivery.If your unsure who to use in Billings for laundry service, dont even bother looking anymore, just call these guys. The whole staff is super friendly.. Definitely has that locally owned vibe to it, which is just another plus.

We stopped in Billings on the course of a 4500mile roadtrip and needed laundry done for the next bout of adventures.This service was so convenient and the owner was very accommodating to our evening laundry request.I recommend giving them a try even if just to save yourself a few hours and have some extra time to enjoy your day :)

I live nearby this laundromat and my apartment has no laundry service, so I go here bimonthly. It has never let me down. The service is reliable, my clothes are treated very well, and the staff is friendly. I use full-service (the staff cleans what I drop off) but other options are available for people who need/want to do their laundry on their own (self-service).

I come here weekly. These guys run a top notch operation. Every time I have dropped clothes off, they were nicely folded and clean and most of all on time. When Ive done my own wash here, all the machines have been in working order. I never have to worry about a bad washer or a cold dryer here. Bring these guys your clothes. You will not be disappointed.

We love their Wash & Fold full service...Relieve yourself some major stress at an affordable price... We moved our household of eight into a rental with no washer and dryer and have had to wait several weeks before Home Depot could deliver our appliances. This is a unique laundry mat, it offers full service wash and fold services to members yes this is a members only store, membership is free and offers 24 hour access for a one time $2.00 key fee. The staff is very friendly and treat you like family. This is a small store with several self wash machines they have 2 60 lb washers and at least four smaller ones. They also offer free pick up and delivery service. Prices are very reasonable, if you use laundromats then check this place out.

Stewart and Shane are extremely professional and helpful. Shane came out to my van and carried my bedspreads into the building for me. Very courteous and nice the whole time I was there setting up my membership and dropping off my items to be cleaned. The building was really clean on the inside and outside on the sidewalk. They both took pride in the appearance of the laundromat. The doors are locked up and you need a fob to get in. I love that, considering the neighborhood doesnt have the best reputation here in Billings.

I started coming here because another laundry damaged my clothing by washing with a Chapstick in with my clothes. They know my name when I arrive and text me when the laundry is complete for pick-up. Too much hassle to use this laundry. The front door is locked, so you have to ring a door bell with a camera on it to ask to come it. then when the manager came, she said I must first pay a fee to join the laundry before I could use it this one time.Then I had to fill our two late questionnaire and put my personal information on it,then they asked for my drivers license and then they copied it.All this for a one time use. I will not be returning.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE VERY RUDE OWNER!!!Where do I start..... my husband and I came in on May 26, everything was going great. On the door is says FREE membership with sign up so we decided to sign up. As we are signing the paperwork the guy tells us that it’s 5 dollars a piece for the keys to get in the building and when we are done with them we can bring them back for a FULL REFUND!!! I even say so when I bring them back we get our $10 back he said yes ma’am!! So we wash our cloths and leave. Fast forward 4DAYS SUNDAY THE 30th, I go in to return the keys cause we have to leave to head back home expecting to get my refund for the keys. The guy that I dealt with was not there but they had a new girl that was working in there, which she was training when we came in on the 26th. I told her that I’m returning the keys for my refund and she said let me call my manager cause I don’t know what to do. She calls him and he tells her that since they went up to $5 per key that it’s not refund now!! WHAT!!!!! I was not told that and I did not sign up for that literally 4 days ago!! So I told her to call him back cause that is not what I was told, she did and he said that he can give me 2.50 of what it cost for the key but not for the labor of his employee to activate the keys. I was not happy with that and told him I was going to leave a bad review and he literally told me I HAVE HUNDERS OF REVIEW YOUR ONE IS NOT GOING TO BOTHER ME!!! Wow what horrible customer service!! I told him what happened to the customer is always right and he told me that THATS NOT HOW I RUN MY BUSINESS!!!!! I was in complete shock!! Told the girl just give me the refund that they was gonna give me cause I was in a rush. She comes back with $4 and I said it’s supposed to be $5 and she said that what he said $2 a piece. I said you just told me $2.50 a piece so she calls him back and he had i can take the $4 and that I can leave NOW!!! So glad that we are headed home and I NEVER have to deal with these people again!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!

This is an awesome place to get laundry done! Very clean, the community seems to respect the facility/ building. I do believe the folks involved in running this facility keep a close eye on it, keep it well maintained and they do not allow the loitering and presence of solicitors etc. They are doing a fantastic job with running a successful, respected business in a location that most would expect it may not be! I dont usually use a drop off service but Im a busy momma and I was crunched for time. I found these guys on Google and they had excellent reviews. So, I thought I would give them a try. These guys done an excellent job with my laundry! They went above and beyond my expectations! They washed, dried and folded my laundry all neat and organized. Everything was clean and smelled fresh. Just like I would have done. Their establishment is small but very well kept. Customer service is stellar! They even helped me unload and load. I couldnt have asked for a friendlier experience. I have an Airbnb in Billings and love to have Koinonia Laundry pick up, launder, fold and deliver my linens back to my door. My linens are always sparkling clean and folded amazingly. Every time I go in they are folding laundry, cleaning the washers and dryers, helping a customer or cleaning the establishment. They always have a good show or movie playing to help pass the time. Used to visit here as a little kid, was pleasantly surprised to see how nice it looks inside 15 years later.The customer service was exceptional, the owner (?) was super nice on the phone and in person, our blankets were done in a timely manner and they smell and feel great.

Friendly attendants and affordable services. Not in the nicest part of town but the managers take pride in the upkeep of their building and providing a safe environment. Would recommend to anyone looking for quality dry-cleaning service.

The laundromat is brightly lit and very clean, there are plenty of laundry carts to use for sorting in and out of and a lot of counter space for folding. All the machines are maintained and work very well. They have two dedicated Greaser washing machines that are heavy duty and designed for the extra work. The staff and owner are friendly and willing to help or answer any questions. They are a pleasure to do business with.

Ive recently started using the drop off service and Ive gotta say, I am pleasantly shocked at the simplicity, ease and professionalism of the service. The clothes come out absolutely pristine and I found the cost to be suprising affordable. The staff has went above and beyond to accommodate me on each visit.I highly recommend the koinonia laundromat and from personal experience would recommend the dropoff service to anyone whos life includes the laundry struggle.

I was traveling through from the state of Virginia you needed a laundromat bad had no clue what was going on call the number on the door the attendant went way out of his way to accommodate me and help me get clothes washed that I desperately needed washed excellent place will definitely recommend to my other truck driver friends that come out this way the attendant was super friendly knew about what he was doing with his job and went out of his way to make sure that I didnt leave with dirty clothes rolling appreciate the business and the attendant you dont get that much anywhere that you go nowadays very happy very satisfied real good experience bless you all for making this work for me today

Koinonia Laundry is the best! Its the only laundry service in town that will pick up your laundry and deliver it back the same day. Me and my husband work such long hours and the last thing we want to do is laundry. Koinonia laundry makes our lives so much easier. This place is amazing !! Our well needed a repair so I had about 8 loads of laundry to do and was dreading going to the laundromat. Well, once I went inside and realized they had these huge machines in differing sizes that can wash up to 6- yes SIX - loads at one time I was so happy ! I ended up using the 4 load capacity washer which was under 4 dollars if I remember correctly, and it only took about 25 minutes for the entire thing to wash ! Wow ! They also have coordinating dryers to the load size so the drying only took about 20 minutes as well, which ended up costing about 1.00 to dry 4 loads ! Plus thier machines are sparkling clean and my laundry smelled great, even better than my washer at home that takes an hour to wash everything. The customer service was great too ! Would definitely recommend coming here !

TREAT YO SELF! Their full laundry service is a LIFE CHANGER! They are so wonderful to talk to on the phone. They are so accommodating and seriously when your laundry comes back folded into these neat little squares you really want to put them away. My kids even wanted to put their laundry away which is priceless! ;-) This service is a splurge for sure but it is TOTALLY worth it. For real you will never say man that wasnt worth the money I wish I had spent 5 hours washing drying and folding that on my own!

The new owners are awesome! They clearly have invested lots of time and money to fix machines, clean the place up, and install security cameras so the paying customers are more safe. They even have the sidewalk and parking spots shoveled on New Years Eve when so many other big companies are closed and certainly dont have the sidewalks cleared.

We have used the full service at Koinonia several times over the last few years. Max has always been so friendly and works super hard. The folding is always perfect and our clothes are always sorted. No matter how many pounds of laundry we bring..more pounds than im willing to admit...it is always done within the day. Most recently we met Davis who is just as wonderful as Max and is always working hard when we arrive. Koinonia laundry is the only place i will ever go for this service.

Clean place and open 24 hours but the password for wifi is nowhere to be found and they changed it from 2 weeks ago! I wasted 2 hours in which I normally do homework and laundry! Pretty annoying and not helpful especially when your time is very valuable as a college student and now to you have to stay up even later because you can not finish your homework. And have to be up at 830. Please post your password somewhere... this is the first laundry mat I have not seen with one posted.

Super friendly staff, and what a great service! Delivered a whole bunch of clothes late before closing-time (non-member), and picked them up befor noon the day after, clean, folded and supersoft. Just for the price of what a shirt on discount would cost! So worth it if you are on a road trip and dont want to waste time watching your clothes so they dont get stolen.
