Complete scammers! Watch out they are also known as “TownSquare Media” and “Connoisseur Media” as well!!! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!!!
They are a scam ! Paid them in advance for 4 months and got 1 - 30 sec. You tube video. No SEO or reports, no ads to FB, Instagram, or twitter . I do not recommend !!!! They do not provide the services they agree to do but demand the payment up front.
Upstream was supposed to create a basic website for us that we would have access to edit/make changes to ourselves. This started 6 months ago. We STILL cannot get into our website, which currently is a disaster. I have tried contacting them via, phone, email and their contact us button on their website and have yet to hear back.Maybe because we are a small business and didnt purchase a big enough package for them to care, who knows. What I do know is I am highly disappointed and would NOT recommend them to anyone.
