We had to use them to install an outdoor sign - the company we lease from used them before. Within a few months the sign had faded. They were responsive in correcting the problem, as it was under warranty but charged us a second time for the labor. I called 2 times to try and understand why I had to pay labor again for their product that had failed and the response I got both times was We need to be compensated for our time. So somehow it is my fault that they choose to use an inferior product that will need warranty work and I get double charged for labor.
