The after hour rental return drop box located at the other east colonial location makes returning easy and convenient to your time.

I have rented a car 2-3x from this location.One of the guys that works there is cute lol makes the car renting experience a lot better LOL.But seriously they are very helpful and when I was going to be late, I called them in advance and they worked with me. Super nice staff and clean location. They all seem pretty chill and relaxed and I like that because they do their jobs as well lol perfect balance.

I do not recommend this car rental, at my arrival on Tuesday, July 27 the rental manager was had his feet on the desk, that wasnt a pleasant experience, when writing the contract he told me Geico had paid only for five days, but when turned in the car in five days the employee at the desk told me the contract was valid until the next Monday, this cause me many inconveniences and a very bad impression of what the concept of customer service means to Enterprise when employees like this one are representing them.

I have been to this location several times and every single experience I have had here has been an absolute struggle. They have no integrity holding reservations and cant even try to call you back or help you find a car at a different location. The staff is incompetent and cant seem to be bothered to problem solve situations to help customers, it seems we have to do that ourselves. I absolutely am done with this enterprise.If you cared about your customers you would personally reach out to me instead of sending a copied and pasted messaged telling me to contact you because your franchise is garbage. I can provide three different terrible experiences I have had with this location in great detail so at this point I have no obligation to you business except to warn others from doing business with you. Their is not a trip in the world that I will not be looking for rental. If Enterprise Rent A car is available I get the car from them. The last time our relatives had to bail and cancel the rest of their trip, so an early return of the vehicle was needed. It was no problem or hastle with them.

I rented from Enterprise on three separate occasions and each time my experience has been horrible the first time I got in the car there was weed in there and it was filthy. The second time I had to drive 45 minutes out of my way to another location to go pick up a car that I had reserved at another location. This last time I made a reservation weeks ago and when I went to call and confirm if the car was ready for me to be picked up they told me they didnt have any cars direct me to reservations reservations then transfer my reservation to another location so I called them to confirm if the car was ready they didnt have any cars either so I call back reservations reservations transfer my reservation to another place I called that place they said they wouldnt have any cars until the following day meanwhile I was already supposed to be out of state for business by the time I had picked up the rental car the next day. So I gave him three chances wont get another chance for me again and then they didnt refund me my $300 deposit. Screw Enterprise

The first car they put me in had a very annoying and concerning noise coming from the back passenger side wheel area. I called to notify the agent (Patrick)that I rented it from and was told that my best bet was to take it to a Firestone dealer to have it looked at. After explaining that I was not near a dealer and that I had rented the care to go out of town and needed to get on the road he offered to have me go to another agent (Desmond)to get a car. The car that I received at this agent smelled horrible and the dash lights started flickering just 30 miles out of town and continued to do so throughout the entire week I was gone. When I returned the car (same agent who rented it to me, unsure of name) and informed the agent I was compensated @$50 for the inconvenience and told that the other car I brought back originally had been sent to the garage for repairs. He also stated that the people who clean the cars don’t always clean the cabin air filter and that is why the car stinks! Seems to me in this time of Covid that should be done extremely well! There were stickers on the dash that said the car is non smoking but that is what the car smelled of! I informed him I would not be renting from this company again and he stated he didn’t blame me.

Needed a car while my car was in the shop . Auto repair called Enterprise and car arrived promptly. Only problem was it was a loaded SUV and cost was almost $60/day -asked if anything smaller and answer was no .In the past a rental car from a shop was in the $25-@35 range . My guess is with the pandemic Enterprise has shelfed its small cars and is upselling to vulnerable customers - God bless vulture capitalism

Would give 10 stars if I can. Needed a rental after a car accident, all the staff were amazing. Trevor had reached out to me personally to let me know I can contact him with any questions in regards to my rental. The return process was smooth as can be. Horrible customer service by the manager Trevor, I was told by Trevor the manager to come do a swap out of the current vehicle I have only to drive all the way there from Apopka to be told I’m not his customer am helping me was only a favor of his. He was very nonchalant an unprofessional. He seemed very content with offering bad customer service. Enterprise seems to be taking a huge decline in customer service an it’s completely unacceptable. The employees don’t stand to the company motto.

We reserved a Mustang 1 day in advance, then they decided to call us while we were on our flight saying there was “a glitch” in the system and they no longer had the car. We landed and struggled to find a rental car anywhere. They never answered their phones, we were on hold for 40 minutes.

Racist woman tells me there’s a $200 deposit on a rental. You’re a temporary employee not an owner. You false power is an illusion. Conspire if you want to.I’m 40 years old and have rented with Enterprise all over the country traveling and never had a $200 deposit.I have options available to me like contacting the Florida Department of Agriculture and the State Attorney’s Office with a company of Fraud. The company lost a loyal customer today. I was paying with a debit card, and they required that I filled in what would be the equivalent to a credit check. HUH?!? Ive never had any problems until today. My money is good, regardless of how I pay. They didnt even offer a ride back. Jerks.

Fast service, if you use the app. Unfortunately, you still have to stand in line behind folks who dont, meaning about 10 minutes per person in front of you. The last car I leased from them was smoked in, a lot, but it was literally their last car, so it wasnt like I could trade it in for a better smelling model. The kind lady at the venue that we returned it knocked about 15% off the cost of the rental for the inconveniences, but it was still a smoky ride..Anyway, thats the first smoky vehicle from Enterprise, and I rent their cars every time I travel. This, however, is the first time they asked me to review them on Google, so thats how it goes..

Had a very last minute need to perform an upgrade, to make sure we could fit all of the adults we needed to transport, and Kerry was MORE than accommodating. She and one of the other employees took the time to make sure we were in the perfect rental, never rushed, pulled the car under the overhang to get it out of the torrential rain. Service was great! They picked us up when we arrived in Orlando and dropped us back off when it was time to head back home. All of the staff was nice, friendly and very professional. When we returned the car they were super busy; however, they continuously apologized for the wait and remained friendly and courteous. I did not get picked up the first day I arrived at the bus station. I tried to call several times but no one answered the phone, so I walked to the place instead.When I arrived, they told me that they had been there, but why didnt they answer the phone?So far, I liked the car I drove but the hood was too low and would sometimes get stuck on a bumper underneath it. I just wished that my deposit (on hold) would be reimbursed at the same time I return the car.I have no complaint with the overall experience except not being picked up the very first day (in a strange place) Ive never been before.

I was on hold for 55 minutes after they picked up and told me to hold. I would think that for good customer service, they would pick up from time to time to acknowlege that they are still award of placing you on hold. I called on a second line and finally talked to someone about my issue. I was getting ready to leave to see if I was hold after I got back, but they finally pick up the phone. They hung up before I could get to the phone.Terrible Phone Customer service. Hopefully they are better when dealing with customer in person.

The lady was very nice. It took a long time to get set up. The car is terrible. It feels like it needs a tune-up. Whenever you start or stop it has an ominous pause. Unfortunately I am already an hour away and need to get where I am going. Just hope it makes it.

Hi. My wife and I just rented a car for the weekend and another car for her birthday. We really enjoyed the personal service that this office delivered. The people that work there were really professional and were able to get us into a car quickly and without any problems. When I returned the car I met some more of the personnel. They were all very courteous. The cars that we rented were in excellent shape and were a joy to drive. I spent thousands of dollars over a period of months but I must say I don’t feel like I was appreciated or valued. They was having issues with there card readers at the location I used. I witness Amanda put my card under a blue light as if it was. And After my card was declined for running for a different amount and declined so there for it couldn’t be ran again for 24 hrs I know this because I’ve been dealing with them for that long. An agent assured it was twice before you couldn’t use(clearly didn’t know procedure) therefore I couldn’t renew my contract wasn’t even offered a ride home. I just took a Uber. I will be buying a car this weekend when before enterprise sales was my first choice. I will go elsewhere

My past experience with my rental in December. I received a Nissan Rogue SUV that was stained inside. It wasnt detailed or the cloth interior cleaned. Then I had the maintenance light come on, which I called Enterprise and took it to the Enterprise at 35 E. Colonial Drive Orlando, FL 32801. I told the agent about the problem and he wouldnt even come outside to view the SUV. Later in the conversation he said that they couldnt put in another vehicle but I could take it to Firestone and have them look at it. I did and there were several issues which they corrected and replaced the tires. This was right before Christmas and I was in this SUV over 30 days. I expected better as the 5316 E Colonial Dr location had many vehicles in their parking lot but told me they were all reserved.

Enterprise is the worst car rental company hands down! Ive been charged numerous times by enterprise without my permission and the one time was a month after dropping off the car! No one at enterprise is ever willing to help you and it appears none of their employees know what theyre doing seeing as how I get a different response about something every person I talk to. Enterprise is a joke and I will never use them again. Unless you got money to blow and dont care about random BS charges I suggest you dont use them either

Scheduled an appointment last night for this morning, was hung up on the first time, and given the run around the second time. Then I was told I could not be picked up until 2 hours after my scheduled time, and it wasnt even the location I scheduled the car at. No matter, nothing could be done, they refused to help, repeating over and over again that they couldnt be there for another 2 hours. Took an Uber instead, waited 5 minutes and paid a fraction of the cost. Ill never consider Enterprise for anything at any point ever again, because there is no need to.

Horrible service, and wait, theyb ever have cars available i been trying the past 3 days to get a car from my reservation and no luck i have tried already 3 locations location #1 (fern park)sorry we have no cars come back later, i did, then he promise me to call me later, they didnt i called the next day they are closed! No wonder second location (longwood)no cars available call tomorrow, 3rd location (colonial dr)location they give me a double cabin truck i get on it to realize is way to big for me i couldnt even get the truck out of the parking lot i ask for an exchange, before i even left the site, they told me thats the only vehicle we have available. They told me to go to another location maybe they can help me switch it so i did, i called location #2 (longwood) i called to see if they have cars available they said yes i get there in 10 min, suddenly they have no cars available told me to call back later now im stuck with this double cabin full size truck the ones you see in the construction areas i can even drive since i dont feel comfortable driving such a huge thing.

My boyfriend and myself reserved a car and flew in from NJ. We took a $21 Uber to go get our rental, suitcases and all. I called and let them know I might be one or two minutes late past 6pm which is their closing time. They said if im not there at 6 theyre closed and suggested I rent elsewhere. This was said to me by the manager. I explained I am already on my way to them. I arrived at 6:02 and all the lights were out, doors locked, everyone long gone. I was left stranded standing outside of Enterprise with my suitcases with no ride. Why is it when I have a reservation that this would happen? Why is it the manager and employees would refuse to wait 1 or 2 minutes for a customer who was renting for 9 days? I will never rent from Enterprise again. Your customer service is absolutely horrible.

I had a rental from Enterprise through my insurance. I wasnt thrill about due to a really previous bad experience with Enterprise. The first two cars they assigned were old and not comparable with my actual car and what i was entitled to have according to my covarege. Finally, the last car was above my expectations and works very good. The Manager Chris was very professional.

I originally had rented a car rental through my insurance with EnterpriseDue to my car being fixed in the shop, My insurance company State Farm paid for 80% of the rental and I paid 20% which was $8.00 daily rate I kept the rental for a duration of 15 days, the first day of picking up the rental I was charged $67.37. $50.00 was supposed to be reimbursed $17.37 was charged toward the first two day, After returning the rental on August 21st, 2018 They charged me $97.63 that comes to a total of $165.00. Total duration from August 7th to the 21st I kept the rental car one additional day without my insurance coverage. Which was $43.12 daily rate for that last day being August 21st.Fast forward It is September 7th 2018 I waiting to be reimburse that $50.00 Enterprise had charged me for my original deposit. After checking my bank statements and not being reimbursed I decided to call their office. After speaking to a representative and the manager I was told oh your deposit will not be reimbursed it ate into your total toward the rental!? I paid the full balance once I dropped off the rental I don’t understand why charge me extra and not return my original deposit of $50.00.I will go on to say I’ve been renting cars for many outings trips and travels throughout the years this is by far the worst experience i’ve had. It’s saddened to say I will not be renting with enterprise in the future.————————————————Future customers please be aware of hidden charges and not being reimbursed for your original deposits!!!This is false advertisement, because I was told I will get reimbursed for my deposit but that was obviously a lie!!!Karen the manager and her staff was very rude and unprofessional. They stole my deposit!————————————————I will take my business elsewhere. Lesson surely learned!

The associates in the front were very friendly ....quick service. I would have given a full 5 for Great customer service. However, The spanish guy in the back washing cars however, instead of guiding me of where to park the car, came screaming at me yelling. There are appropriate ways of addressing someone, especially a long time customer... i moved the car but the signs are a bit misleading in regards for returns in the parking spaces.... but that gentleman needs an attitude adjustment. We all have bad days but a simple maam, you cant park here..you need to move the vehicle to another spot would have gone a long ways.
