I purchased a used car that unfortunately had a very heavy perfume scent in it. It was all over the drivers seat and seat belt. After going to numerous auto detailing places who didn’t have a solution for me, I was finally recommended the Ozone treatment at Newman Restoration. Since it’s an overnight treatment they were able to get me in right away! The treatment helped tremendously and got almost all of the perfume scent out. They even offered to do the treatment a second time, which was free of charge. I’m so happy with the outcome and my car smells almost like new. They worked very efficiently, and were very careful and took protective measures working around cabinets, doors, woodwork, etc. covered the open doorway with a portable screen door. They completed the carpet cleaning in the time they said it would take. I was very satisfied with the job they did and would definitely use their services again.

I reached out to Andrew and his team at Newman for upholstery cleaning for an arm chair and a couch. My cat had peed on the couch and it was quite a strong odor. Both looked great after the cleaning (the cream colored chair looked basically new), and they came back without question to try to clean the back of one couch cushion again that had a tiny bit of cat urine smell leftover. Appreciated the care and professionalism, and the value was definitely worth it! Would very highly recommend these folks for upholstery cleaning needs!

I discovered some mold in my basement and Newman Restoration was able to remove it quickly and professionally. I called them on a Saturday and they had someone out to get me a bid at 8:00am on Monday. Their crew removed the mold in less than 2 hours, wore plastic covers on their shoes, and left the room cleaner than they found it. I have no complaints.

We hired Newman Restoration to clean the carpets of a rental we were moving into. The landlord had hired another company to clean the them prior but they did a mediocre job. Newman Restoration came in, cleaned the carpets and because we mentioned we are allergic to cats, they left a unit that helps clear pet dander and other allergens from the home to make sure we would be comfortable once we moved in. I had Newman Restoration come in after a pipe broke and water poured into two rooms in my basement. They were very professional, good to work with and the job they did was satisfactory. I am only giving them 3 stars because I feel the final bill was excessive. My insurance did not allow almost $1,000.00 of the charges. Newman did offer explanations for the charges but in the end I was the one who ended up paying.

We were referred to Newman Restoration by another restoration company that was slammed by jobs as a heavy rain storm moved through Billings. Andrew came to our house directly and had his crew starting the cleanup right away even though they were working numerous other locations around town.They got all of the damaged wall board, rugs and other debris out with blowers running that evening. After the basement was dry, they were back in a timely manner to spray for mold suppression.The main water source was a cracked foundation, and though they did refer another company, they were able to do the repair themselves.The repair crew did the repair in a short period of time and we were ready to go. The workers were always considerate of us and our house. Protecting the floors and always leaving their work area clean and policed up. We needed our wood stove cleaned last month and they did a fabulous job! Very friendly and professional folks came to my house. No mess, just a nice clean wood stove ready to keep working hard with our long winter. They even had to get up on the roof, in all this snow, so bravo to them for that! I do NOT recommend them for duct cleaning. They charged me a larger fee to take apart my furnace. Not long after they left our ac quit working. I called and instead of coming out to see if they put it back together wrong I was just told it wasn’t anything they could have done. Well, they put the doors to the furnace on incorrectly so the door wasn’t making good contact with the safety switch to keep the system on and a fuse blew. We had to call an HVAC person who was kind enough to help us over the phone. It’s a shame these guys couldn’t even offer that basic customer service.

Our carpets are going to be replaced soon. I was amazed at how new they looked after Andrew cleaned them. Like new again so I’m dragging my feet a bit on the wife’s wool carpet wish. LolWorked once anyway. Andrew is the man!

When a local Lewistown operator told us he was too busy, we had to go afield. I was looking for the Billings companies our insurance agent mentioned and not finding them, there was Newman. The receptionist told me the process and that was exactly how it went down. Later that day their technician called, we made an appointment for the next morning. He determined that we had extensive damage and I put him in touch with our insurance adjuster and that evening, by email, there was an estimate for the work to be performed. From there everything went precisely as had been presented. We were able to hire a local contractor to put everything back together, but Newman performed quickly and efficiently.

Newman restoration did a fantastic job drying out and midigation of damage in my basement after a freeze break in a waterline. They treated my tenants with respect and dignity. Andrew ( the owner) was very effective in working with my insurance and did not abuse the system by setting up equipment that was not necessary. All the electrical cords were routed cleanly to prevent tripping hazards during the dry out process. I would recommend Newman Restoration to anyone during a disaster or if they need carpet and air duct cleaning.
