Words dont exist to convey the amount of gratitude I have for Jim. He came to my home at the end of his day to do an emergency inspection. He was beyond kind explained everything to me in full detail and ensured I had any additional resources that I may need. He even gave me financially friendly options and ideas to make sure my son and I are safe regardless of my financial situation. To say I recommend his services is an understatement. I will never go anywhere else.

Jim was very helpful to quickly fit us in for a mold inspection. He was very informative and showed us lots of pictures and factual details to show that we did not have mold at our residence. We were sure thankful he fit us in and provided just the service we needed.

I recently decided to have my car professionally cleaned. I was specifically concerned with the upholstery in the back seat of my car after letting my wet/muddy dog in after going for hikes. The upholstery was stained with mud and littered with thick black hair. I told the crew at Americlean about my concerns and they told me it would be no problem to clean the upholstery, and to drop off my car. They said they would call me when it was finished. One hour later, Americlean called me to pick up the car. It was spotless. Not only did they detail the inside, they cleaned and washed the outside, and even made the car smell nice. The back seats looked brand new, and all of the stains were gone. I always recommend Americlean to my friends and family, and will be coming back every time I need to detail my car.

Cant thank Americlean enough for coming to the rescue yesterday.Been living in my home going on 2 years now... was way over due for my carpets to be shampooed.Had stains in the living room, dark spots randomly and a smell that came and went every now and then.Was such a relief to walk into my home yesterday to not only smell the difference but see the difference!The tech Adam sent out a text prior to arrival to notify me so I was prepared.Megan Hughes was awesome about getting me scheduled and set up!It was so nice knowing my house was in good hands once I left!10/10 reccomend giving them a call and ATLEAST getting an estimate done for what ever your needs may be if not giving them the opportunity to blow your mind and help you out.

Great customer service! Megan was helpful over the phone, very easy to work with and accommodating! They were very backed up due to the hard rains and all of the flooding around Billings. Jim gave us advice over the phone, how to start the process, we were able to take our carpet in, they cleaned it and then Jim came and checked for moisture. Our home was flooded during the august 11th storm. We were on vacation and got home 10 days later. Everyone was busy. I called Americlean and Dakota and his team were on the job a few hours later. While buying our current home, mold was discovered in the basement one day before we were to sign the papers. Since I am sensitive to mold, our realtor recommended we call Jim at Americlean right away to determine if we needed to call the deal off. He came out within a few hours to give us advice.While it was not possible to determine the total extent of the damage without ripping out some walls, he gave us a good enough idea how to proceed. We notified the sellers and they agreed to pay for mold remediation. Americlean got to work right away and had our new home mold-free a few days later.Ryan and his team kept us informed of their progress and answered all our questions every step of the way. I cant detect even a hint of mold and Im told I have a sensitive nose. We are very pleased with Americleans work and their concern for our health.
