WOW!!!! I actually am at a loss for words. CBM was incredible! They were fast, friendly and stains that I thought were hopeless in older carpet, they were able to clean. Extremely affordable. Dwayne was honest and transparent, under promised and definitely over delivered! I own a property management company and they have my business for life!!!

The best in Billings. Extremely professional and knowledgeable. Were able to get me in on the same day. (Very appreciative). Had to have someone come out the next day because of a couple spots that didnt dry right. She said Thank You to me for calling, that she wanted me to be 100 % happy and she sent someone over within the hour. Only took maybe 20 minutes and my 40 year old carpet looks new. I never will call anyone else. I am completely satisfied and would highly recommend them. Thank you CBM!

Jay was absolutely exceptional. We had to get our carpets cleaned today because we are moving out of our rental, and Jay showed up. He was incredibly friendly, personable, and shared some hilarious jokes with us! I’m very impressed with their staff’s friendliness and effort to do an exceptional job. I would definitely recommend hiring them for any carpet cleaning jobs.

I just received my rug after having in cleaned by CBM. I’m so happy with the experience from beginning to end! Susan was very accommodating to my crazy schedule, and she’s so very kind, answering any questions I had. DuWayne was amazing in his knowledge of rugs, from very old to all the new synthetic materials today. Very interesting to talk to! My area rug was large, the price was more than fair after seeing the results! It turned out beautiful! They also sell carpet padding and cut it to size.( I wished I had known that! Did an excellent job and very professional. Came in with a black light inspection to find and remove stains and odors I had no idea where even there. Night and day difference in appearance and smell.

Duane and Jay work miracles with carpets. They have cleaned our hand knotted Persian 9x11 rug several times over the years. always comes back like new. we have 5 carpeted bedrooms in our home and have had them on speed dial, with kids and rescue dogs. One of our rescues shredded the carpet by the door in two rooms and CBM repaired the damage. they are very knowledgeable and I trust to leave them in my house when I am not home. cant recommend them enough 5+stars
