Sam and Addy are awesome and very good at cutting hair. Moved to Billings 3 months ago and they were the first (and last) barbershop I tried out. They have a great shop vibe and are hands down the best barbers in Billings. Recommend 10/10.

Hes now 5 and the only place we will go!Shes so great with the kids only one my son would sit still for.One time something happened were when we rescheduled an apt the new time never got put in. Addie is wonderful, I have been going to Rebels and Raszors for a few years now. I have never had a bad experience, the team is always warm welcoming and humorous! I recommend them for a great hair and even better customer service

I have never had a bad experience here. The owner Sam is the best, she always cuts my hair and beard perfect and the conversations that fly around are nothing but entertaining. Ive gone to other barbers in town and no one can match the expertise and vibe you can get here. Prices are what you expect from a quantity mens barber shop. It can be a little hard to get an appointment, usually have to make it one to two weeks in advance, especially if you have a barber you want specifically, but that just speaks of the quality of the cut youre going to get.

Samm is the best barber Ive ever had. She takes the messy mane of mine and crafts it into a respectable gentleman. This is the only place I trust to keep me looking good.

No masks, but of course its Montana. They were pretty friendly, though a new stylist at the door just stared at me for a minute or two until I was finally greeted by someone else. At the appointment, the stylist freaked out my boyfriend by producing a photo she had taken of him from high school that she still had ten years later. He overall liked the experience of The Works, however, and appreciated that he got the hot towel treatment even though he was keeping his beard. Personally, I loved his confidence after the good hair cut and facial. Overall good place, though I think my awkward boyfriend wont be returning for personal reasons.

When I arrived I was greeted by Sam and it was the best customer service I have ever had! Thank you so much for my amazing undercut!!! I love it I left in tears because of how happy I was with it.

Cost Cutters, Great Clips and Sports Clips were ok but I feel they always went up too high on fades and took too much off the top even when I told them not to. Seemed there was always a waiting list as well. Decided to look for another barbershop. Glad I found Rebels & Razors. Just called in ahead of time, got in right away (no wait) and was very happy with the fade I got. Definitely going back.

Wasnt bad on the customer service side. Asked for a medium fade. Got what was a high fade and the side werent even at all.Got my eyebrows waxed also. Ended up with two different shaped eyebrows.This place looked good. But was a huge let down. Only reason it got 2 stars is because the barber was nice. Even if my stuff was not to satisfaction.

Every haircut and beard trim I have gotten here has been amazing. The staff are fun and engaging and have created a uniquely fun atmosphere in their shop. I recently had a straight razor shave and it was one of the best things that has ever happened to me. You will feel like a king after your visit.

GREATLY skilled and professional group that treat everyone with respect and always do their best for the client no matter what they are doing. Throughout this unsettling year they have bent over backwards to uphold all safety standards and health mandate placed on their business. Nothing but respect for all of these barbers, and to the owners for running such a good shop.

Honestly I am a loyal customer of over 2 years now and they do give great cuts, but going in during a pandemic with a mask mandate to see zero masks in sight was enough to keep me from ever going back again. As I have mentioned in my previous visits, my spouse is immuno-compromised. I absolutely will not risk the health of my loved ones for a haircut, and was beyond disappointed going in for my scheduled appointment today.

The best shave and haircut I’ve ever had in my life! Addy did an amazing job, I left it up to her to cut my hair and style it because I didn’t know what I wanted, and I’m glad I did because it’s amazing!! Definitely coming back and would 100% recommend!

I made appointment the day before, they said they were able to see me and when I get to my appointment they said they didn’t have me schedule 🤬 go figure... yeah I wouldn’t recommend this place they didn’t try to schedule me in today just that will try next week sometime I’m like yeah whatever like I have all the time in the world for that... I’m a mom of 4 and I work I don’t have time to drop everything just to get hair cut I barely found the time today!!! Poor service 😡

I was delightfully surprised at how much I enjoyed the straight razor shave. The hot towel treatment was excellent. Talk about feeling spoiled. Our barber was Samantha. She is very good at what she does and she is quite personable. I love the shop . I seriously recommend this to anyone who might like a little special treatment. My son and I went there for our birthdays. I’m not waiting until my next one to go back.

Kim treated me like a king. It was my Birthday and I never had a straight razor shave before....so I treated myself. Along with a precision fade haircut, she delivered a great experience. I especially liked the atmosphere. They had a great waiting area for customers in the back with comfortable seating, beer on tap and video games. Mai was a doll. Pleasant to talk to and did an excellent job with my hair.

First haircut was great with Cedric but the second I got with Kimberly Wasn’t so good. I asked for a fade and all she did was shave my sides then trim the top which she rounded off for some reason. Good thing I like hats.

Moved to Billings in Feb of 2017 and needed to find a new barber. They came highly recommended. Cedric was my first barber. He is very attentive, thorough and fun to chat with. When he has been on vacation Ive been recommended to Sam and Addy. Addy is also so thorough and did a tremendous job. Its a great atmosphere and some of the best prices Ive ever seen for the quality. Dont hesitate, just book with them!

They cut my 11 year old daughters hair for $60. It was that much because apparently it was a designer hair cut. The guy at Ace of Fades did the same type of get up a a couple years ago for $25 and did way better. But I guess....cant compare. That dude was dope. I didnt know that just because they shaved a little design in the side of her head, that made it designer. The website said something like $5 for a design. And like $25 for a haircut. Should have lied about her age. She was 3 months over the age for a child haircut....

My 5-year-old loves going to see Addy for his hair cuts. She is amazing with him. They chat about movies and dinosaurs or whatever hes into at the time.

I had an appointment which i missed. I understand its my fault, but sometimes things happen beyond my control. After a brief phone call and attempt to reschedule, i was informed that i would be required to pay half of what i scheduled because i missed the appointment. No customer service whatsoever. I have been here many times and they have done a good job. I refuse to pay half for something i never recieved nor should i be expected to. That is a horrible business model. They have lost a repeat customer. They could have just rescheduled my appointment, and would have still made money from me. I will NEVER return to Rebels and Razors again!!! Best in Billings? I doubt it. If they were the best theyd have a little grace for a repeat customer. They are NOT the only barbershop in town. I shall take my money to their competitors!

I received a less than average haircut at an above average price. The ambiance and atmosphere is great but the haircuts- not so much.

Something important came up and I wasnt able to break away from work or use my phone to reschedule. I assume they blackball your number if you are even slightly late, because when I tried to call it went straight to voicemail every single time. This was 7 MINUTES LATE. This is supposed to be a business. They are completely unprofessional. Been going there for about a year and half and it has been getting progressively worse. Avoid them and find a better spot.

Best barbershop Ive ever been to. Staff is the friendliest and most natural Ive ever seen when it comes to stylists. They dont press or gossip unless youre down for it. Also, the waiting area is epic and they have movies for all ages as well as a couple gaming consoles and enough remotes for a whole family. Theyre great with all kinds of kids and adults and theyre always clean and professional.

I dont like to leave reviews but I was recommended to come here after I had a pretty bad time at another place in town (I will not be leaving said place a bad review as I have already spoken with them personally). I was just looking to get my hair evened out (its short and was very noticeably lopsided) and Dustin took me in comfortably and let me know he could fix it. And he did! My hair is back on track to growing out correctly and I couldnt be more grateful. Thank you, Dustin and everyone at Rebels & Razors for quite possibly the best and most comfortable experience Ive had in Billings so far. 👍

No haircut this time just had to run in and grab some beard oil, the young lady up front immediately asked me what I needed! As always amazing customer service! I dont usually leave bad reviews. Just got my hair cut and beard lined up. Worst cut Ive had in years. It was a 12 minute cut that I could tell was bad from the start, and it cost me $30. Apparently the 2 minutes spent lining my beard up was charged as a full shave, and I just spent 10 minutes fixing it because the lines were completely uneven. The cut was rushed. ZERO attention to detail. Id be willing to change my review after trying another barber there as Ive heard good things about most of them. I wouldnt recommend scheduling an appointment without knowing specifically which barber you want.

I can schedule my head shave and face shave for when I will be available and walk right on to a waiting chair. Actually heading on right now for my 1245 headshave.

Went there around 2 in the afternoon to see if I could get a straight shave. They told me to come back later that day when they had an opening. No big deal. They also said that they have a keg in the back with beer. So I come back later and walk to the back to wait my turn. The keg of beer was actually left over green died bud light from st Patrick’s Day. Disgusting. Then after I sat on the couch for a few minutes I sat down in the chair for the shave. I was so excited because I had never gotten a straight shave before and it was also my first full beard. She puts the apron around me and then pulls out the hair clippers and starts hacking away at my beard. I thought for a minute that she was just doing that to make the straight shave easier. I told her I wanted a goatee and she made one. Although it was crooked and the hair was different lengths ( had to trim it back at home to fix it). The whole process took all of about 2 minutes. Then I went to the counter and she said $12 please. I paid and tipped but I was so highly disappointed. I didn’t say anything but yeah I am never going back to this place.

I found these guys after moving to Billings in May 2017, they are the BEST! This barber shop is for men who like a great environment while getting a haircut, beard trim, and/or shave. They are always good about getting you scheduled and working with you in emergency situations, like surprise weddings.Kymberly is amazing when I see her for a hair cut and beard trim. But all the staff get a long really well and creat a fun atmosphere.

My husband got a hair cut not the best hes ever gotten tbey only took maybe 5 to 10 minutes their was patches of hair where it was supposed to be faded in not enough seating for customers. I felt like people were more excited about the keg then their haircut.wedont drink so we were more excited about his hair cut that was not good at all and was high priced for such a bad job.

The first time my boyfriend had a haircut with them one of the female barbers told a story about dildos in front of two little elementary aged boys that were also getting their haircut. then second negative experience was very recently were again my boyfriend went in for his normal haircut and left with several cuts and scratches going from the right side to the left side of the back of his neck. The barber who cut his hair never told him that she accidentally cut and scratched him at any point during the appointment or when he paid for the haircut. As we walked out I noticed he was bloody and then found all the scratches and cuts. I immediately took a picture. Upon returning home I looked at his neck closer and found that the cuts and scratches went from left to right. I took more pictures then I contacted to shops facebook page hoping to handle the issue in private. I sent the pictures along with what transpired and asked if my boyfriend could be refunded for the service and why the barber didnt just say something in the moment and why the barber didnt use a different pair of clippers seeing them continually cut and scratch him. The own replied actually very quickly only with stating that clippers bite with not being properly aligned and that she would talk to the barber to correct the issue. The owner then said she would contact us at a later date as they were out of town. I thanked the owner for replying and informed her that we were looking forward to the owner calling us the following week. She replied with a thumbs up emoji and I took that as passive aggressive unprofessionalism. This place was good at one point but the owner acts very childish, dismissive, and unprofessional. I would suggest going to Bishops which is three doors down the street where they have cheaper prices, more welcoming environment, friendlier staff and takes a lot of walk-ins.
