I’m from out of state visiting family and on our day out, my dad and I took my kid brother into this sports clips for a haircut. While I think Stacy cut his hair just fine, her attitude was atrocious. I sat and observed as she was incredibly and immediately rude to my father — who came in with a happy attitude and was surprised to be met by her behavior. She managed to talk to my brother with a positive tone (even though it was baby talk and he’s 6), but I genuinely don’t understand where she thought it was appropriate to speak to my father the way she did. I have never felt compelled to leave a review before, but the way she acted wasn’t cool and left a poor start to our family day. Don’t know if she was just having a bad day or what, but since I’m guessing most of her customers are young kids, she could probably benefit from an attitude adjustment.

This place should be its own TV show! The owner.. Rafa?...is a character and the other barbers add to the fun! Narrow, 2-story high room with a tiny waiting area in the front and the chairs in the back! Everyone feels comfortable and contributes to the conversation led by the owner. Haircuts are individually styled according to each personality! Ya gotta make an appointment!

They are super busy. Make sure you add your name to the list before you show up. Not enough people working. They do an excellent job for what they have. Its the new post covid world we live in now.

Lady brown hair was not professional, LONG WAIT due to they only have two employees in addition to that poor haircut, she suggested I try a barber shop and asked if one was nearby, she said google it lol never again for me or my boys

Yeah.I’m not impressed. I’ll stick to the west end store even tho I moved to the heights. my cut/fade was only half way finished. I can do that at home..!!! she Failed to give me the fade I had asked for.. I Felt rushed and no one was even in store. You can about see how this wonderful business is being run to the ground no wonder most ppl didn’t show up

Didnt bother to answer their phone to tell me they didnt have time to give me a haircut I had to drive down there to find out

Fair job for a cut. For a real fade go to an actual barber though. No straight razor option and sides were cut crooked

Depending on what youre looking for.. not very well rounded on the haircuts. They always say were stylists when you ask for certain things(usually with ethic hair) some (very few) go above and beyond to learn a few different things and theyre very helpful to the others who arent as skilled.. customer service is pretty good though. Which is why I met in the middle with a 3 star rating.

I just went in they were sanitary got got I wanted done and gave me a super relaxing hot towel and massage overall great place to get a haircut.

Showed up to get a haircut. Was told they were booked. Only there was no one else in the store. So waited ten minutes and no one else showed up. Still left as the lady didnt want to help apperently. Wont be back.

What was supposed to be a 40 minute wait, but became around 120.Upon finally getting in I provided plenty of details about what I wanted and even pulled up example photos.I explicitly said to clean up the neck, but leave the back and top alone.The very first thing Chandra did was take her clipper to my sides...and then roll right over to the back of my head.I ask her what she’s doing.She says I didn’t make myself clear.She also says it looks better this way.This was a waste of two hours.I regret paying.I will not come back to this Sport Clips, and I recommend you not waste your time and money.

Our boys hair were butchered right before pictures. Not even remotely close to what we asked. Stay away.

The only place I will take my little boy to get his hair cut. There is one stylist who does a great job. Overall most seem good though.

Used to be a pretty good place to get a good cut lately it seems like all the girls that I liked have left and they are just hiring bodies to fill booths. Been a loyal customer for about 4 years I won’t be coming back

I normally have a better cut and experience, but this time I feel like I got the new person that didnt know what they were doing. It was awkward for both of us I think. The haircut turned out fine, but I was given and charged for an MVP without being asked if thats what I wanted.

I came in and got helped right away because it wasnt busy. It was my first time at Sports clips so I got the MVP package for just the price of my haircut. They shampoo your hair, and put a hot towel on your face and they give you a shoulder massage with this little gun. My haircut is good and all the extra stuff was great. Might get that package next time too. Plus they play sports on the TVs that are all over. Ill definitely come here again.

6 women in here to cut hair only 2 doing their job and it was a horrible experience, waited over 30 minutes then took 20 minutes to cut my hair which usually is a 10 minute job at most. Do not recommend, poorly managed with inexperienced stylists.

Stopped in 45 minutes before close on a Saturday. Hardly anyone in the shop. The staff rudely said to come back tomorrow. They were clearly more interested in getting out for the night than working a full day. Just not nice people.

I understand that a lot of guys want to go to Sports Clips for the gimmicks, the Sports on TV, or the massage chair etc. Dont be surprised when you actually come out of there with a good looking haircut. They are very professional and friendly, and seem to be running promotions most of the time that will take a dollar or two off your bill. Great place for a haircut.

Called in an hour and ten minutes before closing asking if there was a wait or if something was wrong with their online check in because it was unavailable. Was told to come in there were only 4 people waiting. Went in and was told they arent accepting walk ins with nobody in the store.

Jessica cut my husbands hair and every time she used her clippers on his neck it pulled and poked. It left his entire neck and the bottom of his hair line red and burning. Not very happy

Sign on the door says open until 5pm. Arrived at 4:48 pm and was told they wouldnt take us. Excuse me, but if you are open until 5 you should take customers up until that time instead of turning away business. To me, thats just bad business.
