The employees are friendly, kind, and have great personalities. They are willing to work with my schedule. The owner of the shop has truly put in the work to find great employees. I have been to many barbershops who only care about the profit and not the customer. Ballistic Barber takes care of their customers. The owner Kimberly does a great job. In fact do to my schedule not working sometimes I have had two other people cut my hair than Kimberly and they did awesome as well.

Looked up barber shops and this was the top one to come up. So I went to get a head shave and beard trim and have no complaints. It was a nice place and great people. Would recommend.

The cut was awesome! Didnt care for the sketchy looking boyfriend interaction she had. Some hand to hand transaction. She only takes cash. Had to use their ATM that changed $2.50 and then my bank changed me $2.50, unexpected $5.00. Was not told in advance she only takes cash. Didnt offer the hot towel or shampoo included in the $25. When I mentioned it she said oh I can do that, didnt know you wanted it. (One of those head scratcher moments.) She said I didnt offer it because I have a hurt elbow or something. Im a generous tipper. I was expecting to tip her $10 for a $25 cut, but she only got $5. The other $5 had to cover ATM fees. Lol

3 times now I have come in and tried to get a haircut the last time for my kid. It says walk ins welcome but when we have tried to get a haircut they didn’t have the time, or were booked. Each time it has been empty and the person behind the counter seems to be more interested in what’s in their phone than cutting hair. 3rd times the charm as we will not be back for another chance from this barbershop.

Absolutely, my favorite place to go for a haircut and shave in Billings. Shane and the rest of the staff are really great at what they do and overall great people. I mention Shane because he is the main reason I heard about this place and the reason I started coming here. They do a phenomenal job and aim to please in both haircuts and are very pleasant to be around. This is a must try place and I don’t doubt it’ll be the only place you ever want to go to.

First of all, great barbershop and stylists. In my opinion this is the best barbershop in Billings (I’ve tried all the ‘good’ ones). Secondly, Tiana does a fantastic job. She has great attention to detail and I’ve been thoroughly satisfied with all my cuts. Keep up the good work team!

Dustin is off the chain. Best hair cut in billings. You will pay a little more but it will be done perfect. If you like a more modern haircut and are really particular about your hair. This is the place, and again dustin was an amazing barber.

Great conversation, a shampoo clean up at the end complete with a hot face towel with clove essence, and just a thorough job with a perfectionist touch. Ive been getting my haircuts from Geneva for ~10 years now. She is my favorite of anyone who has ever cut my hair. Now that she is at Ballistic, I go there too. Also, I prefer Ballistic to the other places she has worked. Its a classy place and doesnt have that wierd salon vibe to it.

Ballistic barber shop OR gods gift to Tyson... I pick the latter. Im 100% sure Geneva was heaven sent to handle hair... my hair. Truly amazed and impressed with these ladies

Having gone to regular, no-frills barbers for most of my life, I didnt know what I was missing. A little more expensive, but the haircut I got was really awesome. Plus, they give your hair a scrub with tea tree oil shampoo - its like a breath mint for your head.
