The service department at Denny Menholt ALWAYS takes such good care me. Terry and Jim in the service department are AWESOME. They always check EVERYTHING over on my vehicle, even if Im just in there for new tires or an oil change. I like that they are very proactive with serving their customers!

Recently bought a used truck from here we bought the extended warranty that was offered at a fair price . less than a month after the transmission and the computer had to be replace. Great Team and experience at Denny Menholt Chevrolet. We were traveling through Billings and had some truck issues. We were on the fence about upgrading and had our hand kinda forced. When a dealership could have potentially taken advantage they did the exact opposite. We traded our truck in for a New to us 2020 3500HD Silverado. The entire team was unbelievable. I’m not a fan of dealing with salesman and my wife gets on me about it all the time. We where pulling into the dealership and a salesman was walking into the showroom. He turned around waved and had this inviting smile. I told my wife I want him as our sales guy. Totally opposite of what I normally do. This is from 100 yards away. Tony the salesman was amazing!! Whoever the sales manager was, though, not so much. Just as I was pulling into the lot, there was a commercial on the radio stating that Denny Menholt will give you top dollar for your trade. I had already done my homework and knew what my trade was worth. The sales manager tried lowballing me by almost $2,000.00. If it weren’t for Tony, I would have walked out and spent my money elsewhere.

Michael in the service department was the most pleasant to work with. He was diligent and persistent on making sure I got back on the road safely. I had my vehicle in your shop for over a month. On Saturday we were driving through Montana, trying to get to Butte for the evening, in our new truck. We had never owned a diesel truck and the DEF notification came on the dashboard. We pulled into Denny Menholt Chevrolet, and Jore Trenton helped us fill up our DEF and explained the DEF to us. Not only was he helpful, but he did it complimentary. I had a recent air shock leak/failure, and found myself in a little predicament since my wife had promised to loan our Suburban to some family. I had a very tight timeline that I needed the repair done within, and John Murray made it happen. I thought I would have to make the repair myself, but I called to see if there was an outside chance I could just get it done. John told me to get there as soon as I could and he’d try to work me in. The repair was finished before the end of the day. Wow, that’s service. John does excellent work and takes great care of the dealership’s customers. Nice work.

The service that was completed and the parts replaced were exactly what Don and I had agreed to. He even went a step further and checked on an OnStar issue I had with my Buick Enclave which I purchased at Menholt Chevrolet in December of 2020. It is being taken care of. I am very happy with the service I received and with the friendly attitude of the entire staff.

Would 9/10 not purchase a vehicle from them again, Salesman Became visually upset when we refused to sign paperwork with an extra $4000 phantom charge on it! They were faster than other car deals i have been involved in, but the icing on the cake was when the salesman said he would fill the gas tank! we followed him to the gas station and he mumbled something under his breath and left as fast as he could. the pump shut off at $15.00 or $4.6 gallons of gas, so yeah we purchased a new (to us) car with 1/4 tank of gas, would have preferred he not even make the offer.

David is awsome to work with, I would recommend him to all my friends, better hang on to him, he is a great asset to your company.

Had oil change on Silverado Hi-Country done on 7/7/21. When completed, service pointed out an issue in oil line which was covered by warranty and with my permission, started the repair. In the meantime, provided the wife and I with a new model Hi-Country to finish our errands. Quoted 4 hrs, done in 2 hrs. Hats off to Jim.

Service advisor wouldnt listen to the problem, just decided he knew what had happened and refused to submit the problem to chevrolet. some of the worst service i have ever experienced.

Very disappointed with Denny Menholt Chevrolet. What started off as a decent experience when buying a new car ended up being just a typical salesman trying to make a buck at the end of the day. I flew out all the way from California to purchase a used pick up truck that I had been told was in pristine condition. Not true at all. I would not trust these people and I would never recommend this place to anybody. My salesman, and I won’t name names, straight up lied to me and had no idea what he was selling me. I should’ve known better.

I bought my first Impala 10 years ago at Denny Menholt. I knew when it was time for me to get a new car this year, I would be going to them again. They listen to your needs and don’t try to push you into to anything that you can’t afford or don’t want. Austin at CarMart 360 was so wonderful and helpful. He went above beyond to put me into my new Impala. I won’t shop anywhere else for a vehicle.

I live about 5 hours away, but I ran into Denny Menholt online. I called in and had questions about a 2019 challenger. I never once felt pressured to get that vehicle. Over some time I changed my mind and decided I wanted a challenger, but I knew that there were certain specs I wanted. Tink (Steph) helped me out!! She mentioned a challenger and told me it was blue and I just knew I didn’t want blue, but I asked her if she could take some pictures of it and the features that were mentioned online (since I was doing everything at such a distance. I later realized the vehicle was amazing! Tink helped me all the way through, passed me onto financing and then Danny finished me up. Danny was super patient with me and did everything quickly. I had a pre approval, but Danny Helped me to get a much better interest rate with a different bank. Tink then told me she would bring my new car the next day.... then she called back and said, actually. How’s today? She brought me the car the same day!! She and another associate did not get back to Montana until 1:00 a.m. Tink was amazing, very sweet and helpful and I can’t wait to do business again!! Thank you all!

He always has a price quote for work that needs to be done in order for me to budget. He explains what is urgent to take care of and what can wait for a min. He is a great service person

Several days after getting it it detailed, I discovered that my new temporary registration and insurance cards were missing from the glove box! This would have caused me a very serious problem if I would have gotten pulled over! Also a brand new rope I had in it for a dog lease was missing. I am glad I didnt have any more personal items in the vehicle! I am not happy about this!

My daughter needed to replace her vehicle that was in a wreck. John found the perfect car but it was rejected by the bank. After a pretty full afternoon of looking, paper signing, free lunch we finally got a car. Interest rates were way better then expected and monthly payments within her range. We had a very enjoyable, however long day with Wiseman. He was very helpful. He answered all our questions and worked with us to our satisfaction. I would recommend him and Menholt Chevrolet very highly.

Was promised a full tank of gas when we bought our car and ended up with only a quarter of a tank. Good people, but if you say Ill go fill up the tank, fill up the tank. Other than that small detail it was a good experience.

Always great service, plus they fixed an air bag recall and several other things in addition to our regular service. They are great about checking to see if repairs are covered under my warranty also. I wont take my vehicles anywhere else and will definitely purchase again from them in the future!
