I have been to this location in the past and it was OK but my last visit I was not thrilled. I am now getting along in years (90) and I have had to rely on several friends and relatives to do things for me. I needed an oil change on my car and did not want to bother anyone so I took it upon myself to get it done. I arrived early on a Saturday morning before anyone else was there. When they opened I was asked if I had an appointment. I did not but they advertise walk ins welcome and there was only 1 or 2 other customers there. They advertise to check the car and top off all fluids. I was told I needed a cabin air filter. The service guy showed me my filter and there was a leaf in it. I was confused and said OK. After 2 hours my car was ready and my bill for the oil change and cabin air filter was $104. so I guess I was charged $50 for the cabin air filter. As I drove away I went to use my windshield washer to clean my windshield and nothing happened. I could not believe it but there was no fluid in it. I thought they said they would top off all fluids? I went back and they said sorry and filled it for me. The guy behind the counter was nice and helpful but I feel like the service guy just did not care and left me wondering if anything had actually been done. I was speaking to my nephew later that day and told him about my experience and he reminded me that 1 month earlier he had replaced the cabin air filter and that it does not to be replaced so quickly. I am having to wait for a friend to come by and check to see if all my fluids are OK and topped off. Now am wondering if anything has really been done. Not a happy experience and now not so trusting of this location. Do not think I will be back.

GREAT job! Went in to thinking my car was going to need the oil pan replaced. Found out it was just missing a cap. The guys working their were super nice. They could have easily said the whole thing needed to be replaced but they were honset.

I made a last minute decision to go to VIP due to slow puncture from a rusty nail and Im glad I did. I was met by Al who welcomed me with a positive and friendly attitude. Although he very busy, Al made sure that he could squeeze me in as long as I was willing to be flexible with the wait. During the wait I got the chance to chat with Al regarding my vehicle and his extensive knowledge of vehicles was outstanding! Al was incredible the way he conducted himself and I was pleasantly pleased to see him sanitize the waiting area chairs after customers had left, something I havent been seeing in other places. Overall I had a great experience with VIP and I will definitely be returning, Als knowledge and experience and can do attitude made me feel at ease that I was being looked after and not scammed which is normally how I feel at other auto shops. Fast, efficient, cost-effective, and work hard to satisfy. Sometimes may not get it exact the first time, but they always work to make things good and right. They offer good/occasional discounts on service and are always professional. I’ve been coming back to them for many years and will continue to do so.

I set an appointment to have 2 tires mounted on rim. When I got there the manager proceeded to rudely tell me I picked drop off car instead of stay with car. I showed the confirmation email that showed I selected stay with car. He proceeded to still tell me I was wrong and that the online schedule service is broken and that it would be an hour and a half before they got to my car. I only have an hour lunch break I wasn’t aware I had to take a whole day off of work just to get 2 tires put on. I will not be giving them anymore of my money they don’t care to fallow the schedule. what’s the point of having it?

I have had great service from VIP in Billerica several times, they have worked on my car and done a fantastic job every time. No long wait times and always some one there to answer my questions.

They went above and beyond for us when we got a unexpected flat tire. They got us right in and when the tire was not fixable they came up with many solutions. They truly care about their customers and will do whatever it takes to get the mission accomplished. They even have a great military discount program which is hard to come by these days. Had a set of new tires put on my vehichle and i guess they were too lazy to put back on all the lug nuts, couple days after job was finished i noticed that 2 were completely missing and were probably not tightened to spec and had came off driveing = rookies

I decided to get regular oil change, tire rotation and balancing at this place initially to test their service. The manager was very professional and customer oriented. They showed me the bad cabin filter and advised me to replace it. They do not cheat. It was very pleasant experience after trying almost every other service center in 5 miles radius. I would definitely recommend this place for your every need for car maintenance. I will use them for all my future car maintenance needs.

I was so thankful to stop in at VIP tire and service in Billerica. I was on the hunt for somewhere cost effective to get my oil change done and get my windshield wipers replaced. Then, I popped a tire and was panicking trying to find somewhere to get a new one! VIP was able to order me a new tire and take of my service needs on the spot!

I work right down the road so the Billerica location is very convenient to get services done while I am at work. I have worked with Ken at VIP several times now and he is always helpful in getting me on my way back to work as quickly as possible.

Been here a few times for oil changes, various vehicles. Each time I’ve come with one of my better vehicles they always leave with a new blemish. Prices are fair but the carelessness is getting to me. Yup, that’s my engine cover resting on my fender. Minor scratch, no real harm so I guess no foul but I’ll be looking for somewhere new

Ken and Matt are the best, they are both super personable and take the time to let you know about any upcoming needs that our cars will need and a timeline for when it needs to be done.For example went for an oil change today and Ken told my fiance that we will need a new battery before the winter otherwise it could leave us vulnerable to breaking down somewhere. I work nights so its that type of extra care and service that give us peace of mind and allow us time to plan on whatever service is needed so where not caught off guard or last minute scrambling. Amazing customer service. Very very friendly, and I have to say in the past month alone I’ve had 3 tire punctures on my Truck, Trailer Tire and Car Tire and the trailer tire they (or more specifically Al and James) just replaced the valve stem free of charge in about 10 Minutes which was great and unexpected 👍🏽. And the car tire I brought in today 07-02-2020 was near the end of the day they had no “spaces” left for appointments or work slots and multiple other shops including where I actually bought the tire(s) said the puncture could not be fixed and a new tire was required,,, but Al and James managed to squeeze in the time to actually check it out, and they got it done like nothing ever happened. I am extremely appreciative, not only for them to take the time to fit me in when the schedule was already full and they were almost closing… But their attitude and professionalism and of course quality of work are some of the best I’ve seen anywhere in the country.

Made an appointment for 10:30 am today over a week ago. I received a confirmation email and went down to VIP in Billerica. The man there told me the oil change would take an hour. I went back 45 minutes later and they never even started doing it. The man was outside taking information about another vehicle. I asked him why they didn’t do the oil change and he I had to wait. I said I had an appointment which he proceeded to ignore me. I went inside and told him I couldn’t wait to please just give me my keys. He handed them to me and said have a nice day!!! Terrible service there and very rude!!!

On our RV trip from Michigan, up the east Coast, we needed 5 Goodyear tires, After calling around, found a pleasant guy, Algenix Caceres, at VIP tires in Billerica, MA(where my wife grew up) He ordered tires from Maine and got them in a day, the price was right .We appreciate the timely & caring manner . VIP always does a fabulous job with my oil changes and tires. I have been to various other chain companies like Midas, and Sullivan tire and have had nightmare experiences. VIP has always been professional, on time and ive never had any issues. Ken the manager is a joy to deal with, along with the rest of the staff.

My car battery needed replacement and I was able to get in and out quickly. There is a t.v. room and bathroom available and a dunkin donuts across the street. I want to thank Ken for helping me out and letting me know about other services that I will be taking advantage of in the future. I will be getting new tires, rotations and oil changes here in the future.

This was my first time here even though its right near my house and I have to say, my experience was great. The gentleman I dealt with was very knowledgeable and very helpful in answering all my questions. They even told me, (which I didnt know) that I had to get a power steering fluid flush. The only thing that I wish they had was a soda machine or water bubbler, but there are plenty of places where I can get something to drink around there.

I have been here 4 times and everyone is super friendly and will accommodate you in any way that they can. They always acknowledge that they appreciate how patient you are and try to make you feel like the only customer there. It’s the only place I’ll go for tire service, or pretty much anything else.

I came in with a donut and my tire in my trunk. AAA told my their might have been a nail or something that caused my tire to go flat. VIP checked the tire for me found no nail but let me know the tire seemed to have come off the rim but no damage was done to the rims or tire lucky both looked fine to continue to drive on so they resealed my tire on both sides let me know maybe their was a pot hole that caused the tire to come off. To my supersize they even took the time and filled my other tires with air, my light was on that one was low and it was off when i got the car back. the service was fast, friendly and went above and beyond to make me feel i was leaving in a safe car.

Came in for an oil change and they inspected the car. during the inspection they checked the cabin air filter. They showed me the dirty one and offered free labor to install it, I declined as I can change it myself. They failed to install the filter, filter door and glovebox correctly, even the free labor is not worth it. Not coming back

I cant begin to tell you how amazing the customer service is here. Every single time either my wife or I have ever stepped into the building weve been treated incredibly. They have never recommend anything we didnt need and even more importantly they take the time to explain what and why you do need something. The whole team is great, but I typically see Al when I go (I think he works all the time) and he is a super star!

My dealer tried telling me I needed over $1000 in repairs, it seemed fishy so I went to vip for a second opinion. The staff was informative and friendly and revealed to me that almost nothing was wrong with my car. The repairs I did need were done in less than an hour and at an honest price. Will surely return in the future.

These guys are AWESOME! I came in about 3 weeks ago to have a tire repaired. They said the gash was almost unrepairable but they would attempt to fix. They did not charge me on the premise that Id come back shortly for new tires. I damaged another tire and came in for the new tires today along with an oil change. I had a flat in my jeep with a stripped lug nut and they took it right in an fixed the tire without a problem. They were very friendly and helpful. I would like to add a couple of weeks ago i had 4 new tires installed at VIP in Billerica and service was great and they did an awesome job. Highly recommend them

Very rude guy at the Tire and Service counter. I walked up to him asking for help with my car, but he straight up told me to go fix it myself then walked away. Very unprofessional. I would totally recommend getting your car serviced from another shop

This place is absolutely wonderful! They always take me right in, even without an appointment, and always look for additional issues and bring my attention to them immediately, even bringing me out to the vehicle to show me! I was in desperate need of a new battery today. I called a dozen local garages and automotive stores in the Littleton, MA area to no avail. As there was a raging snowstorm no one could/would help me. Then I spoke to Al at the Billerica store. What customer service!! Although they were booked solid for the afternoon Al worked with me and fit me in and I got my new battery in less than an hour. The technician who did the battery install checked over my car and inflated my tires even though they were so very busy. Amazing experience at a great price. This store will be my go to place for ALL of my automotive needs from this day forward. Thank you Assistant Manager Al!!!!!!!

I went for a tire change, put on the wrong tire, cut the cable in the tire. They are too ignorant to make a simple tire change. I went to the place in watertown same company .They broke something while wearing it, but they fixed it. this shop will break the car and deliver it to you like that. Dont go !!!

So I’ve come here a few times to have tires mounted and today I stopped in thinking I needed my brake pads replaced. I was having extended travel when braking so I figured after a few short frantic stops I needed new pads. About 30 minutes after dropping my car off I got a call from Ken who I left my car with saying my brake pads were still basically brand new and he didn’t feel right charging me for something I didn’t need done. Every experience here has been fantastic and it’s comforting knowing car repair shops with integrity still exist.

Jose is wonderful! He helped me install a light bulb on a busy Sat. The service dept was unavailable. He took it upon himself to check in with the customers that were waiting in line. Your store is lucky to have him.
