Our tax preparer failed to tell us that almost nobody will accept the american express credit card we got our refund on. Told us that our bank shld transfer the money over to our bank acct and nope nobody does that either. Now we will have to keep using the atm and pay the fee everytime. Not dealing with them ever again.

I will never go to this place ever again did my 2019 taxes and they made a mistake and now I have to wait another 6-8 weeks to receive my income because of there own mistakes I have called the corporate office and told them what had happen and they told me I should get a refund back of what they had charged me back which that didn’t happen called the manager and told me she would call me back and never did which ain’t surprise which is bull if I paid them to do my taxes and if they made a mistake then why charge me for it this place is a joke but
