Friendly service. I will complain that my front skid fell off on the turnpike after they did my oil change and did not properly secure it back onto my SUV.I would like the company know that the South Portland store will try to make you get the fully synthetic oil change, which is double the price of a conventional oil change. When you say you just want the conventional they respond by saying they dont have any normal oil in stock. Pretty BS upselling to me, if you want to try and pad your numbers try improving your sales pitch not straight out lie to paying customers. That individual store lost my business.

3.5 days for them to replace o2 sensors, do an oil change and diagnose a leak. In a pathetic attempt to search for my leak, they cut a section out of my easily removable fender liner. Not only figuratively they cut corners, they literally do! (see second photo) After telling me it was brake fluid, and they were more than certain that’s what the issue was, it was over filled coolant! These guys can’t tell the difference, pretty nerve racking that service technicians can’t decipher one from the other.. Two days later in traffic my RPMs drop below zero (see first photo) still no explanation for either. Called to speak with the manager Friday and he hid from the phone call. Never received a call back. They advertise fast, quality, and professional service, and I received the exact opposite. Biddeford Vocational School could do a better job. For $750 they’ll make your vehicle run worse, damage parts of your vehicle, hide from phone calls, charge you full price then decline to accept responsibility for their lousy work!

I have taken my car here for an oil change exactly two times. Both times during the “free inspection” they found my brakes needed to taken care of “soon” (although they were not new, they were also NOT OLD AND GIVING ME NO TROUBLE EITHER). Within one traffic light of leaving their location the first time my right front brake pad FELL OFF! I took it to my regular mechanic and dealt with it. Recently I gave them the benefit of the doubt again. Now my rear brakes are grinding incessantly!! My mechanic assures me it shouldn’t have happened. I can prove nothing but I don’t trust them now. Two stars because as far as I can tell my overpriced oil change was fine.

I would only post a review for a business if it is a memorable experience, period. I have received excellent service on my 2007 Subaru that made me feel like I have brought in a Lamborghini to a high end shop. John and Trevor were very knowledgeable and explained everything I needed to know about the needs of my car. This place earned my loyalty for years to come!

Just got an oil change from these guys and on the print out they said they topped off everything. But I was sitting there watching them and they failed to top anything off or even check my tires, windshield wiper blades, nothing was checked... Very poor service would recommend going to a different location

The manager Charles and his staff were the best. I was getting my first oil change on my new car and the greeter girl Callie (very friendly) really made it easy to figure out all my cars information(I had NO clue 😬). I got out in 15 minutes at most, everything went perfectly and everyone made me feel so comfortable . Will definitely be returning!

This was the worst jiffy lube I have ever experienced in my life would not bring my vehicle there to even have windows.. was ripped off $51 didnt even get oil amongst other with the employees having bad attitudes and working extremely slow. Girlfriend and I were extremely uncomfortable and aggravated when we left..

Terrible, slow service. My husband waited over an hour for an oil change on our car. There was only one car ahead of him having the oil changed when he arrived. The garage was empty for a period of time while our car still sat outside waiting to be taken in and worked on. Also, they did not vacuum the floors or wash the outside of the windows as they are supposed to. This was our first visit to this Jiffy Lube and it will be our last. We will be going back to Prompto, right down the road, half the price, and the people are always quick and friendly.

Went in for an oil change told them I wanted the $45 package. they gave me the $69 oil change, I never got told about it and it never got explained to me why. They got their money that is all the care about. Will not go back that is just dishonest practice.

The crew that was there when I got there. Could perform my oil change because on a 2015 a six year old car they werent trained enough to do my other services. That being said Id rather they not do them if they dont know how to. Rather then try to do something and mess up my car.

Tried ropping us into a $70dollar oil change. Very unprofessional people working there. The girl...I dont know her name. Working there was Very sarcastic. Rude. The young man with the neck tattoos was also unprofessional. I would not reccomend this business nor would we ever go back!! Also...THE GIRL THAT DROVE OUR VEHICLE DID NOT WEAR A MASK OR GLOVES!!

This place customer service is outstanding. Dropped by to get an inspection. As I thought I needed brakes all the way around. Great deal btw I had priced them out beforehand. Brought both my cars in at same time and decided to leave my car overnight. I was unable to get back to pick up the car for most of the week. They were amazing. Great job on breaks, a tire had been plugged for free. They even cleaned the snow off the car for me. Always had excellent service here before, but now Im sending everyone I know there. People you can trust is rare these days.

Went there for an oil change. They charged $120 just for the oil. When I asked if they changed the filter they said no, and that would cost an extra $70. These people are con artists. The same oil change at prompto right up the street is $56 and that obviously included replacing the filter.

Online it says they close at 6pm. But they stop taking cars well before that. If after 5:30, wait till the next day and get there before that.

Went to the South Portland location and they didnt put my airbox back together on my brand new work van requiring me to figure out why it was making weird sounds. This is not the only time I had problems with South Portland.Biddeford is why this gets 5 stars. They get me in and out without all the upselling.

The service was friendly and it was a pretty painless process to get an oil change here. The facility was clean and they offered coffee. The wait time was 20-30 minutes on a Saturday afternoon. It was much more expensive than I was expecting it to be though, even with a coupon. I think its because my husbands car takes synthetic oil. Shop around before coming here if youre cost conscious.

I have never had such an amazing experience getting my oil changed until I came to this place I was a little skeptical at first cause it was new and different but I’m glad I took the leap to go in cause the service was spectacular they greeted me the second I pulled in were more than nice and quick to get me in the place was so clean and welcoming the employees were fantastic especially the new manager Justin mitza who assisted most of the process letting me know what oil change would be best for my car and also informed me of the prices before they started rather than surprising me with it at the end he was so welcoming and friendly and his smile says it all when I was greeted to overview the service I was getting they were very descriptive and they didn’t try to push me to buy anything I have never had great service like this anywhere else and I will never go anywhere else for all my cars needs I will definitely return great work to all the employees and I will definitely see you soon:) best 79.99 I ever spent can’t wait to go back and get my all new tires and brakes ❤️

Im already leery of quick oil change places, but when they told me Id have to come back because no one currently on staff could drive manual transmission, I was basically convinced they dont know what theyre doing.

I went to Jiffy Lube to have my oil change I noticed that my driveway oil is leaking this is the third time this has happened to me it had the oil filter on crooked very very pricey I do not recommend them go to Rigby Auto on Lincoln Street in South Portland the best in the business

I just left from getting an oil change at the Biddeford location for the third time. There was one younger gentleman running around doing everything which I noticed the last 2 times I’ve been there. Everyone else was standing around, smoking a cigarette and one reaked like alcohol. Very unprofessional and I won’t be returning. To the kid doing everything: find a new job your better than jiffy lube and will go far.

This place is a joke. Almost $1500 in damage done to my Jeep during a state inspection because the so called mechanic lifted my Jeep wrong and collapsed the under side of it and wont accept liability for it. My wife and I witnessed my jeep collapse under the lift they used. They raised my jeep in the wrong spot.If I could I would rate them -5 Stars I would, even giving them 1 star is too much. When confronted about this they were acting like middle school kids trying to be bullies.

The guys at the new Jiffy Lube in Biddeford are great. I came in with a small issue and they gave me a number of options on how to address it. They didnt pressure me into paying for any services other than what I came in for, but instead gave me recommendations on what they and the manufacturer recommended on my vehicle at its current standings. They were all very smart and nice. I spoke with the manager afterwards and he even stressed the importance of customer service he has personally. Great experience and great guys.

89.99 for a synthetic oil change, quite expensive for penzoil. The under car tech did not re attach the heat sheild appropriately, which promptly began dragging after leaving. Gabe was upfront and courteous but the lack of solid mechanical skill is apparent. Do your oil change yourself. Youll pay the same amount, including buying oil, jack, etc for the DIY. Then youll know exactly what gets done.

My husband went here for an oil change in his company vehicle. They took his car back, he waited a half hour, and when he left the oil change light was still on, meaning they didnt give him an oil change. We have no idea what they did, but it wasnt an oil change.

I was in after having an oil change done at a competitor only a bit over two weeks earlier. I had leaked in excess of 2 quarts of oil.On arrival and being greeted I told the mechanic what was going on. Not long after my car went in the service person came in to tell me the oil filter had been put in the cartridge but the cartridge had NOT been tightened. The offer was made for them to tighten the cartridge and me be on my way.I opted to have the oil changed again knowing Jiffy Lube normally provides much more service than the lower priced competition Id been using. Things were handled professionally and quickly considering all Jiffy Lube does in addition to changing the oil.Going forward Ill be using this Jiffy Lube location for oil changes and other minor needs. The truth is had they had this location sooner, I would have been using them before now.

I went in for a radiator flush and all they did was fill the coolant yet still charged the $100. It was the manager who did the service so that speaks to the quality of the people they hire. Check the work before you pay and drive off.
