Very clean place, I like how they take cards for payment because I was tired of getting change from the bank before doing laundry. Also the woman who works there is really amazing at her job. I definitely would recommend this place to everyone💖

Amazing Washers and Dryers. We have used many different laundry facilities as we travel around the country, but our clothes have never smelled cleaner after washing here. They do a excellent job keeping the machines clean so the cloths dont get that musty smell.

I’m not really sure how thorough this all works,( first time) I dropped my white comforter and pillow cases off to be deep cleaned. I paid extra... Just to pick it up and get it home with hair on it that NOONE in my household has, an abundance of speckles from other clothing, and the scent is much less than fresh. NOT HAPPY..... I see you have to approve your reviews.. So let me add this... If you don’t like your job, move on. Do not cut corners. $50 to wash a comforter and 2 pillowcases... (That weren’t washed )....is robbery... Not the first time I’ve heard of trash service from you guys. I shouldn’t have even tried you guys to begin with but, mistakes happen, of course. However, this was plain laziness.

Such a clean little laundromat! Nice big parking lot of your in an RV. Yay! And Lisa was quite helpful as well. Only downside was the number of machines that were out of order. Owner should get that taken care of.

“Running into the dry cleaners real quick to drop of some shirts” is consistently an unrealistic expectation. It’s quite comical actually. Picture a sloth working the front counter moving at a speed that is so exaggeratedly slow it seems like you might be on a hidden camera show. I have had 5 items take 30 minutes to get tagged and logged in. I feel bad saying this because it’s often elderly women working the counter and I know they’re doing their best but I just don’t have time to allocate 30 minutes once a week to drop off my dry cleaning. I had to find another cleaner.

This is my usual go to laundromat. I usually go on Sundays but I decided to go in today. Usually on Sundays, there is a very nice woman that works. Today however, the woman that was working was extremely rude to me and multiple other customers. While I was getting my change out of the machine, the machine was out of coins and I simply asked to get my two dollars. She got all irritated and I was told that I “better hurry it up” She also had her mask off a few times as well which is absolutely not okay during a pandemic.

Have,been doing my laundry there, for number, of yrs, and always found the place to B clean, though, they do have frequent issues, with their hot water !

If I could give this a no star I would. Given the coin shortage not many people around town have quarter rolls on hand so I could do laundry back at my apartment complex because it is coin operated and cheaper then any laundry mat. so after going to these guys 3 times to get quarters with no problem today I ran into a problem with the lady that was running the dry cleaning. I went in with a 20 to get quarters I greeted the lady saying hi how are you politely and she said good thanks so I persisted to go get quarters out of their quarter machine and the lady stopped me and asked are you doing laundry here I said no.she said that I couldnt use it and I told her no one else gave me a problem but ok. Aggravated because no one had given me a problem before I was on my way out the door frustrated. Then she told me oh ok then you can use it . thinking to myself are you kidding me?! I said no its fine have a good day she said you too to me. Went to the bank afterwards to get the quarters I needed and asked if they were having a problem in getting quarters because you guys gave me a problem and they said no so why the hard time ? I wouldnt do laundry there anyways even if I had to. Not with that attitude I got.

Super nice staff, and the cost is lower than some laundries.

Went here because my washer was broken. It had been years since I had been in a laundromat and a lot has changed. Did you know you cant use cash anymore, I didnt. You have to load your cash onto these prepaid cards, I had no clue how to do it. The staff was very nice and explained everything. Made the experience as painless as possible. Thank you guys!

Ruined my clothes. My whites are tan now. I asked them to use my laundry detergent because of skin allergies and they didn’t. Burnt my clothing and obviously left my clothes in the dryer so they were EXTREMELY wrinkled. I will never use their services again.Four hours of laundry and another two of ironing. Casualties are five pairs of pants shrunk and ruined and four burnt shirts. Two shirts ruined and one sweater shredded. Do not let these people touch any clothing. I would question the cleanliness of sheets and towels as well.Management still hasn’t responded to my calls.

Always has an available washer. Dryers work well. Wish they had longer hours, especially on weekends (closes by 5, last wash 3:30)

Awful place worker threatened to have my car towed because l was parked in front of place in Biddeford, Maine when I have a physical disability a Dr has determined because of a hip replacement and bad back and there is no handicap parking. I think they should be fined for not having any handicap parking. No other associates ever give me a hard time. She needs to be moved to another place you guys dont care about people with disabilities. The store is in the 5 points shopping center. It is 9/12/2021. I bet if I was a veteran she would not have said anything. If I fall and get hurt carrying my laundry to car I will sue company. Worker was sitting on her cell phone whole time I was there.

Great place to get your clothes cleaned

The older lady that works at this place is not a nice person. You think if some one was in the service indusrty they would at least be semi personalable. However this woman is just plain rude. Plus the dryers dont get hot enough to dry and it take 25 cents for 5 minutes so your there a while
