This is the first time I am using laundry services, where you drop your clothes off, for someone else for wash and fold. I was sceptical. But as picture shows, they did an amazing job! My mom wouldnt have done it better 😄. So welcoming people! I am so happy they are close to me Highly recommend Booms Laundry!

Friendliest people ever! There are a ton of washers and dryers so Ive never had an issue getting my stuff clean. Prices are okay. There is a machine to change bills into quarters, which is a great perk.

Absolutely EXCELLENT wash & fold laundry service. Like, seriously....unbelievable. I’ve never had my clothes folded and organized so perfectly from any other laundry service. Boom is extremely pleasant, remembered me just my second time dropping off, and just has such great energy; you can tell she cares about her business and her customers. Super clean establishment and she is definitely taking the precautions set in place during covid seriously. Highly recommend Booms Laundry and I’m looking forward to giving her more of my business!

Im sorry if this is going to be long but I been coming here off and on for the last couple years after moving to Biddeford! I am always greeted with a smile and a hi and when I leave they always say thank you for coming in! Only once (a while back) I made a mistake without realizing it put in a soap that was meant for the efficient washers not theirs and the owner came up and politely told me while I stood there trying to figure why there was so much that I either put to much soap or used the kind that would go into the efficient washer he offered to start it for free to get the suds out but I declined because it was my error and they have been nice to me everytimei go in! I tether go to them then any where else due to that they are nice and helpful and very socialable as well! They have all there machines up and running and they have a soda and snack machine and not to far from where I live and usually plenty of parking and 2 doors to enter and exit from! And dont forget they keep the place clean!

The best laundromat around imo. Owners are friendly, prices are fair when youre washing your own clothes and its definitely clean inside. This is the only laundromat Ive been to that actually clean cleans my laundry. Ive found at a lot of places you have to use extra detergent/softener and your clothes still dont come out right or clean. I dont have to use a bunch of extra soap at this place and my clothes always come out clean and smell clean too.

Very modern and clean facility. Lots and lots of machines and seating. Coin machines. Vending machines. Television. Basically everything youd need here and more.I visited in the middle of a snow storm and they kept the place spotless. Staff is friendly! Definitely my familys new laundry spot, right around the corner from home.

This is the best Laundry mat Ive ever been to! Its very new inside, so everything is nice and tidy. Its very clean!! Its a family owned and run business, which is a great reason to come and do your laundry here to support our local family owned businesses. They are a full service laundry mat, drop off and pick up. The wife is very sweet and always smiling, friendly. The husband is funny and really nice. The machines are all in perfect working condition. Theres a big flat screen TV with a large sitting area. Tables and chairs. Many big folding tables. The bathroom is very nice!! Everything about this place is great!! I never have to worry about leaving my laundry there while it washes and dries. Highly recommend. Havent gone anywhere else since I found them.

Clean, organized and filled with friendly people almost every time I go. They have massage chairs, candy, games, vending machines, a fish tank to check out, and best of all - COFFEE haha I have never experienced anything broken or out of order in this place and have always had a pleasant visit.

I have never been to a laundromat before. Ever. So I was nervous for some reason haha. When I got there it was so nice and spacious inside, even when busy. There were plenty of washers and dryers and everything was so fast. There was even an arcade machine that kept my fiance busy : )

We went to do maybe 2 loads of laundry today and they have some laundry service in there taking up more than half the washers and every single dryer!!! The person working working was pretty rude also had to wait 10 mins for dryers I wouldnt suggest this laundromat sorry

The owners are the sweetest.. They have a small separate room for the kiddos, old school games, tv, etc. They go above and beyond what your normal laundry service would.

I have only used a laundromat once, I went in and accidentally put my blanket in a smaller washer. Not knowing there are specific washers for blankets. The small sign that indicated this was not noticeable. I was told kindly by one lady about this misconception. Then a man comes up and rudely chimes in. Input from one person wouldve been enough. If I had been a repeat offender I wouldve understood the double lecture. However, this was my first time. Not to mention I had a family member pass away that day so with that and this rude large man yelling at me I cried in my car for an hour. Maybe you should be kinder to your customers even if they make a small mistake because of not knowing proper protocol with their first visit.
