Always clean and the employees are really inviting and friendly.The only reason it doesn’t have more stars is it seems really cramped and not as open as other Planet Fitnesses in the area. They also only have Stand up tanning beds. I prefer the lay down due to it being more relaxing after a good hard workout.Over all an awesome place ❤️

I moved and didn’t realize that only at my home planet fitness that I could charge my card on file. Michael was so sweet to offer his personal money so that I could buy a drink since I left my wallet at home.(I didn’t take his money though, but it’s the though that counts). He then helped me change my home base gym and remained patient and very comminutive. Thanks Michael!

The staff at the Planet Fitness here in Biddeford Maine are amazing. I feel safe, welcome and at home in their gym. Im beyond grateful to the staff, and hope to continue going for years to come.

Frequently unclean areas. Some weight machines need maintenance. Came tonight and womens locker room had been mopped for the night. Looked like there was a flood. Not a single area to change shoes without getting your socks soaked. Gross. Also HATE how they flick the lights off and on 5 mins before close. Its very alarming, especially in the locker room or on a moving treadmill. Thinking of switching to the Y

Excellent customer service. I’ve been a member for a few months and haven’t had a single problem with the staff yet. And the motto is true. I have a few extra pounds and don’t go to the gym often but I feel no judgement from the other members like I did at YMCA.

If you get the black card you get unexpected amenities like tanning, massage chairs, discounts on purchases.They have plenty of parking and equipment but unlike other gyms you can also sign up to use a personal trainer with no additional charge.Im very happy with my new membership.

I frequent various PF locations from Maine to Delaware every week. Biddeford’s PF is BY FAR the friendliest & cleanest gym I have ever been to. I love how the staff truly takes pride in their occupation—Their always doing something.. cleaning equipment, washing down cleaning stations, interacting with members, always with a smile. 10/10 A++

Per policy, the gym is now requiring masks at all times (including cardio machines) and not just while walking between each station. Staff are friendly about it though :) everything looks clean and supplies are always stocked. Bathrooms and locker rooms are always clean. Havent used the showers so Im not sure how regularly theyre cleaned and sanitized.

I’ve never had any issues with planet fitness in Biddeford, staff was always friendly and work out area is usually clean. Falmouth location needs to take some notes instead of talking to someone’s husband.

Nicely renovated compared to the old building by Smittys. Everything is clean and well kept. Only gripe is that its a little small compared to the Sanford PF.

They will tell you to wear a mask walking in as they are eating lunch at the front desk with their mask off, makes sense. A lot of people coughing in there. They should educate people and tell them not to come to the gym if they are coughing. Walking in the gym with a mask won’t help if you have someone beside you coughing lifting weights. This place is awesome. For $24 a month I have a membership and I can bring anyone anytime. For free mind you. They have massage chairs and beds and tanning beds that also go along with my $24 membership. Now anyone who knows tanning knows how much it cost for a monthly membership minimum $35. So the tanning alone is worth the membership not including all of the machines. They have a really cool 30 minute workout. Weights oh, they have everything you need to get in shape. They even have this thing called a buddy where you can find a workout buddy. Cant say enough about it!

Ive been going every day for a week now and this place is great. Everyone minds their own business and is there for the same reason.. Id recommend it

Called over the past few months to cancel membership. No answer.. no answering machine... when i finally did get an answer.. they would not cancel membership over the phone (with attitude). Finally went in to cancel and now get $39 fee for membership. When I call in about that, am told, again with attitude there is nothing they can do about it.If they had only emailed users when they were going to startup, we would not have blindsided by all these charges....

First time back since Pandemic started. Very pleased with new safety procedures that include face masks and social distancing with disinfecting of equipment before and after use

New location is MUCH better!!! More spacious, trainers, classes... I was DEFINITELY happy with the changes made, & was SO happy that I didnt cancel my membership that I was going to do... Excellent customer service!!!

Relaxed environment, lost some stars for having pizza. The equipment is well kept and if it breaks its usually fixed the next day.

I joined Planet Fitness 5 months ago and try to go three days per week. From the initial meeting with the trainer (Pete) through the present, I have found the staff to be friendly and accessible to answer questions. The gym membership is of mixed ages and abilities and is respectful of others. I have benefited from my workouts and look forward to reaching even greater goals. Five stars for sure!

Good gym. The staff is awesome. The place is clean. Just starting to show some age. Bathroom is a bit tight . Overall, a very pleasant experience. I left a star off as they finally have WiFi, but I was only able to connect once .so I am still burning data. I am not a computer novice, so when I am unable to connect, its not a problem on my end. Fix that issue and this gym would be stellar.

Very happy with this planet fitness overall. Great equipment and staff but some of the people that go there are mean and will yell at you in the parking lot if you don’t get out of your parking space fast enough. So... pros and cons.

Ive been going to this location for the last 4 or 5 years. The place has always been clean and they have always had a great variety of equipment. Yet they keep upgrading and adding new items. The staff is always friendly, as with the rest of the patrons that visit. The price is extremely fair compared to other gyms in the area. With all they have to offer, why would I go anywhere else?

They have a great array of machines and a fairly knowledgeable staff, they were able to answer most of my questions about workouts and thier tanning bed.

Excellent clean facilities for workouts, and they have a hydro massage that you can get if you are a black card holder. Only $20 a month, and well worth it

I have been a member for over 4 years. I find the place to be excellent in every way. The gym is clean, the machines have all been recently upgraded. Perhaps older negative reviews are from the past. For $10 a month, its a steal.

Wish the hours were a bit better. Staff is nice. Layout isnt my favorite compared to some of the other PFs

Ashley is the worst customer service manager I’ve seen. She is horrible and calming down situations. After this experience I wouldn’t even set foot in a planet fitness. They don’t care about you just there money.

I dont go to this gym anymore because I was made to feel extremely uncomfortable by an employee who works here. Being watched while changing on a few different ocassions made me just sick to my stomach and very, very upset. The changing room is not a strip club for your enjoyment

Typical PF: clean, well lit, and friendly staff. However, the hours are AWFUL for a Planet Fitness facility. They dont open until 7am on weekdays and they close super early on the weekends. Disappointing

I work alot and have been trying to go to the gym every other day. My problem is. Unlike the gym in sanford they do not have wifi. They also are not open very late on the weekends. The one in sanford is open 24 hours a day Monday -wenesday. I really wish they were open later so that people who work second shift have to place to go to workout. And maybe add some ceiling fans. It gets hot on the treadmill and stuff.

Cancelled my membership yesterday due to some members making stupid random high pitch noises between 8pm to 10 pm and the staff doing nothing about it. I am getting a membership at impact fitness today and hope to avoid the white trash attitude.

I had a really negative experience here before. The gym is a complete mess. Not worth the money you spend. Employees are always on there phones. The spray is always low and hardly any towels. When I spoke with Ashley the manager she was unprofessional unhelpful and just plain horrible. This place is a joke. Stay away is my advice.
