As an avid watch collector, there arent many brands that can be spoken of in such high praise and accolades as Vacheron Constantin. One of grail watches is the Overseas model and the new one is a fantastic display of the the brands awesomeness. Also, the service is absolutely stellar and if I could afford all the pieces there, Id be a happy fella.

I had a great conversation with Eric during my last visit and he showed me a different color of the piece that I was wearing on that day. We exchanged contact and in email I mentioned I will be visiting Geneva and he responded that he would gladly setup a factory tour during my visit. After that I did not receive a single email or call from him for 5 weeks and at first I emailed and check to see if everythings OK for him, as I usually got timely response especially from representative in such prestigious brand. Unfortunately not a word after he confirmed he would get back to me.

I have been waiting for my watch strap for over 3 months. It is really upsetting to buy an expensive watch for every time you need to change the strap, have to wait months
