Horrible experience. The place is nice and clean but My nails looked so bad and I had no luck explaining to a very bossy girl that this is ugly. In addition she cut by skin by accident but still that hurts. I wound go again because I had to redo my manicure the next day.

Horrible customer service. Do NOT book online. I received confirmation of my appointment 1 week before via email, arrived at their location and they did not record my appointment. They did not work to accommodate me nor seem to care.

Went in 6 days (4/17) to get a gel manicure and pedicure. The service in the salon was great. Everyone was very nice and attentive. I was interviewed to be on one of their social media outlets and while being interviewed they promised me that my nails would last 3 weeks. Just days later they started chipping without me doing anything that would cause nail damage. I decided to call to get them re-touched and I was denied the service because 4 days had gone by and I didnt have proof of the verbal promise. Nobody made it known to me about this 4 day policy. The quality of work that Nail Sunny puts on social media didnt meet basic standards. Please be advised when getting your nails done here to get a written guarantee.

Just speechless!!! It’s an amazing salon with amazing staff there. I loveeee it! They are so smiley and friendly, even bring coffee with candies🥰🥰🥰 And my nails of course are just perfect!

Price does not match quality. Made an appointment for a full set and pedicure. They only did the full set, completely forgot about the pedicure. It took 4 hours to do it. I didn’t want to be there any longer so i left w/o the pedicure.Also, they only post you to their social media if you’re attractive

Excellent service great price. They pay very much attention to detail. They got me in and out. I had 2 technicians servicing me tonight. It was great. They did an excellent job on my cuticles on my hands and feet. Best nail salon I’ve ever stepped in!!! 5 star service!

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. My hair was frizzy, curly, and very damaged from previous work of another muster. I was ready to cut them all off! When I first came in, she recommenced an amazing shampoo and conditioner for me to use until my next appointment. Master was 100% right. Thank you Nail Sunny for saving my hair

Good afternoon. I’ve been going to this salon for the 4th month already, I really like the quality of service, it suits me right in time (removal, manicure and coating), we fit in an hour and a half. The masters and administrators are very nice and friendly. I found out about them on Instagram, very popular website, I liked it.

My favorite place since opening. These guys won my heart, whem I first came there very find and friendly hostess met me showed me everything and after the first manicure I realized that the masters in this salon can be trusted)I am happy with everything, a cozy interior, a pleasant friendly atmosphere, kindest administrator,, meets with delicious coffee, you can come with a child) everything is fine!

Before going in there I was a bit worried as their salons in Russia are #1 and here based on their social media photos I noticed not a great job... However, I still went there and I think its really about which nail technician you go to. I didnt get manicure at almost midnight (the only time I could go there) and Maria did such a good job. Service was great, they offer tea or coffee with sweets.Trust me, I would rather over pay to this nail salon $40 for clean sanetized gel manicure, than paying $35 to a regular nail salon were mostly Vietnamese use dirty and unsanitized equipment to do gel manicure that infact falls off after a day or two with hell knows what inside of that get (hair, dirt, dust, bubbles etc).

THE BEST NAILSALON! I have been there today and I just got amazing service. There are three nail technicians who are Afro-Americans. So basically at this ponint they can not be racist. Maybe you just do not like the service or you were in a bad mood, I feel sorry for you, because Nail Sunny it the best nail salon I’ve ever visited .

The most awful nail extension in my life!!! The staff is not qualified in the nail industry! The procedure took 4 hours (acrylic nail extensions). The result is complete frustration and horrible nails. ((The quality of the work that Nail Sunny posts on social networks is not true! Please keep in mind. I didnt even get a receipt.

Nail sunny is a nice salon but I would only go to a few of the techs for quality service. I’ve been going since it opened & only Liza would be able to do my nails. She’s efficient, detailed & down to earth. Everyone else is snobby & take way too long!! A gel mani & pedi with anyone else would take 3-4 hours with Liza it’s only 1.5 & it’s great quality!! Cute salon but they have somethings to work on!

I would not recommend to anyone.Came here on vacation after following their Instagram and was impressed... but had the worst experience possible. Not only is the salon VERY overpriced, but my technician Ninnjma was on her phone constantly. My cuticles are cut up on every single nail and bleeding, I can only hope they sterilized their equipment or Ill have to see my physician if I contract an infection. At the end when I looked at my nails you can very clearly see the lines showing that my nails were not filled properly. Due to the service costing over $125, I felt the need to address my concerns with the receptionist at the front of the salon. She was very nice and attempted to call management and took photos of my nails... and had Ninnjma discuss the lines across my nails with me. After explaining multiple times that it looked like she did not even fill my nails, and showing her the cracks in the sides of my nails as well, she became very combative. Refusing to acknowledge that there was an issue. My friend was with me and attempted to politely re-explained the issue with my nails since she couldn’t comprehend what I was saying the first time. Ninnjma instead of listening to concerns, she shoved her hand in my friends face and began to raise her voice which was extremely disrespectful. I couldn’t believe it.To be specific, she said, “I can hear her, I don’t need your comment”.I ended up walking out of the salon, with no solution because I couldn’t withstand being treated the way in which I was, especially after being a paying customer. And sitting there for over 3 hours.Ninnjma treated myself and my friend with such rudeness. I hope that management takes her employment into consideration, after reading this review. It’s beyond my comprehension why they would employ someone who can’t get off their phone to do their job, treats customers in an inappropriate manner and isn’t capable of quality work.

At first glance, this salon looks posh and of high standards. But one experience at Nail Sunny has insured that I won’t be back. The staff are welcoming, but their running operation is havoc. Not only was their ombré machine broken, until I made a request to fix it in order to complete the desired manicure, but the owners infant daughter was running around the salon, taking pedicure carts away from the worker and spilling water on the floor causing a safety hazard.In addition, the staff is in reality extremely unprofessional. In one sitting I witnessed two workers engaging in an open dispute regarding drill bit tools, all while tending to a customer, and other workers having full on conversations amongst themselves also while tending to customers.My own experience, left me with a gel manicure that lasted one whole day. After this period, the gel began to chip and peel; I now have air bubbles under the nails which I have never experienced at any salon. The “masters” as their called at Nail Sunny, didn’t even clean my nails after the manicure, leaving polish and drill residue on my hands. My pedicure matched my manicure in the level of disappointment. My pedicurist was careless, cutting my cuticle on 4 toes and drawing blood. She also forgot to put a top coat on my polish.Ultimately I returned to Nail Sunny that same day to have my pedicure smudge fixed, and I was recommended a gel polish upgrade. The receptionist repeatedly told me one price for the up-charge. I paid and upon giving me my change, she realized that she had made a mistake and tried guilting me into paying more money for her mistake.I am utterly disappointed with Nail Sunny. Needless to say but I would not recommend, it is notches below decent.

I went with my bestie. She needed a manicure pedi. They paired her with Kate who was absolutely amazing. She fuxed two broken nails and made her hands look normal again.Then Kate proceeded to give her a pedi that even I was jealous of. We spent quite a bit of time there, but it was totally worth it for my bestie to be pampered as well as she was.If you go, ask for Kate, she is awesome!

I went there to take my acrylics off and the amount of pain I went through was unbearable. She filed my nail down to the point where it would burn the top of my nail because of the speed she was using with electric filer. She would some times miss the nail and it would file my skin with would burn so bad. I paid $20 just to have them file down, it wasnt properly done because I still have acrylic on my nail beds.

Terrible for acrylic nails. Worse shaping that I get when I drive to Fullerton for my girl who charges $45 for what this place charged almost $200. They legit cost 4x as much and looked 4x worse. My mistake.

I got there little early and ask them if they can start work on my nails they said no which was fine. After that they called me and asked me if I can go there 20 minutes late because they are behind, I said okay Ill wait another 20 minutes so long story short I had an appt 1pm they made me said for 35 minutes extra. There is no parking lot, the girl who made my nails done was way too slow it took 2.30 hours to make gel manicure done and since I was so In rush I asked her to hurry so because of thet she messed up 3 of my nails,,,,her and the stuff were nice but come on,,it took forever to make my nails done and plus not even perfectly done. My expectations were much more from them.

They are so RACIST here. They will only give good customer service to white people. I saw them turn away people who werent dressed in designer or were another nationality. The wait time was ridiculous and they blamed it on a system malfunction. Dont get your nails done here. Pedicure was decent.

The work is 5 stars.The experience is a whole other story. I have been following this company online for years and was very excited to get my nails done here. Do not get me wrong I will be back to have the one technician Rocio do my nails again but it was not the experience I expected. I booked the appointment on Wednesday evening online for a MULTITUDE of services because I wanted to splurge and felt like it should be a simple process. The evening prior to my appointment the salon started calling me at 9 PM to confirm certain details, ask if I could come in earlier, and made me a little hesitant about the appointment. During one of the calls they made sure to tell me their prices had increased versus what is advertised which was fine but it was almost as if they were hoping I would cancel.The day of my appointment I was 15 minutes late. If you have not been to this part of Beverly hills there is little to no parking easily available and a lot of the streets are one way or have a very short time to make a left turn. I missed a turn on Canon and had to wait in traffic to come around. I immediately called and said I would be about 10 minutes late and they said fine.When I arrived I checked in and waited a further 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged me and the lady gave me a choice between my nails and my pedicure because I was late. I said fine my nails are more important as I can wear closed toe shoes to the event I have the coming week. I assume she was the manager but she was incredibly rude to the technician and said You must be done by 4 PM. The fact that I was only 15 minutes late should not have lead to that kind of a conversation in front of a client. The young lady starts doing my nails when someone comes up and says we can do your pedicure. Great so we moved over I took off my shoes and the next thing I know someone else comes over and says The technician can only do a gel manicure and NOT your fill. And we cannot do the pedicure now. At which point I said fine I guess I will have to leave because I need a fill. I they tried to reschedule but it was not convenient for me so I was going to leave with just acrylic no fill, no paint nothing on my nails.It was at this point my experience changed; since the tech had already buffed off the gel from my last set I pulled out a HUGE stack of money from my purse which everyone saw and I tipped the technician $20 for removing the gel as the technician was GREAT and you could see she was frustrated with how I along with her were being treated. I was preparing to leave when they came back up and said she can finish your set and design. We will figure out a time for your pedicure. So I move back to the technicians table and after 3 hours I left with one of the most amazing sets Ive ever had. I also left with the strong feeling that if youre not an instagram influencer or clearly exude money when you walk in your experience is probably quite different from others.At the very end of my set the manager came up and asked if the technician was almost done. I clearly had 3 unpainted/designed nails and it was obvious that yes she was almost done but that she had some work left to do. The tact the ladies have running this salon is non existent. I paid $145 for the fill and designs I had done and I tipped the technician $60 simply because it is obvious they dont really value the technicians working there and the experience management should be providing to ensure return customers. The technician who designed my set is an amazing ARTIST and I am coming back simply for her work as she was this salons saving grace in my opinion. If I had any other technician I would have left and gone somewhere else the moment they told me they could not perform the fill I had booked online.

I went there twice and very disappointed. Two times I paid $50 for gel manicure and it didn’t stay even for a week. Today is a fourth day and I called them to tell that how come gel didn’t stay even a week. Manager of the salon decided to ignore my call and handed over front desk “ to fix it I need to pay full prise “

I had an appointment here 1 week ago!So when I had confirmation they didn’t send me anything about how they work during the quarantine!So I waste 1h to drive in both ways!I was here couple times and had average experience!This place overrated and overpriced!And girls who work at front desk unfortunately don’t say to specialists about their clients at waiting aria!And I always wait for 30 minutes it’s not normal for this type of salon!

When we arrived, the meeting “How to Work with Customers” was held, there was zero attention on the part of the staff and the blonde manager. 30 minutes passed, we were asked about the coffee bill, after that the coffee couldn’t be made — the coffee machine didn’t work / there was no water / no milk, etc. 30 minutes passed again, they sat at the table and said to wait 😄 Wait another 20 minutes, everyone speaks to each other / exchange impressions on customers 0 attention 🤷🏽‍♀️ Chairs are dirty, nails, dust (photo attached). The girl-master sawed off my nails and ATTENTION-the dust was blown off with the mouth 🤷🏽‍♀️New technique😄I dont say anything to get through and make an appointment. I asked for pedicure and manicure at the same time, I come, there is no one master, you will do it in turn. In the end, the manicure and pedicure lasted for about three hours, considering the number of customer-oriented meetings 😄I do not advise, there are a lot of salons in BV-quickly and efficiently

A place in which you absolutely do not want to return, the price does not match the word ABSOLUTELY, Russian negligence and irresponsibility in person.Quality for good luck only if you get to a good master. I hit the whole two times.The staff behaves as if you came to their house to stay without demand for a month. It is absolutely not pleasant to be here and it is sad considering how much effort was put into opening this salon.And of course they didn’t hear about cleanliness here. Dirty tables and the remains of someone’s nails ..... 🤮

She arrived at 4 pm for a manicure. I called for 2.5 hours, asked that the master be Russian-speaking. I drove from Santa Monica for terrible traffic. When they came to them they said that the master was not. And they didnt even deign to call me. As a result, left without a manicure, with a spoiled mood. I do not recommend this place, the staff is irresponsible. Lose a lot of your time.

The manicure is super, especially for a girl from Mongolia. But with a pedicure it’s bad, they do conditional scrubbing of the foot.
