Best nail salon Ive ever been to. Very accommodating and professional. They did an amazing job on my eyebrows as well

My previous nail technician was out of town so I stopped by for a walk-in at Beverly Hills Nail Design and was thoroughly disappointed with the services provided.I’m only giving this place 2 stars since the lady working on my manicure was actually really nice. However, when it came to paying I wasn’t notified in advance that they preferred cash payments. I thought that was very odd since previous nail salons I went to had no problem accepting either credit or debit cards or even Venmo. The lady who did my pedicure then proceeded to repeat herself that they wanted cash. I told her over 5 times that I didn’t have any cash on me nor was I told that they preferred cash payments and that I could only pay with my cards. She then proceeded to ask me for my debt card and asked how much tip I’d give for her to input. I told her “Is a $10 tip ok?” and she gave me the most insolent look but told me “yeah sure fine” with attitude.Now for a simple gel manicure and pedicure combo I’ve usually had to pay around $40-70 since I do not do any designs. At this salon they charged me $110 plus the tip so the total came out $120 for a mediocre nail job. I’m not usually one to complain about the prices but for a mediocre job? This place wasn’t worth it.

Great place to get your nails done! Very efficient and the staff is nice

Not professional at all. And terrible customer service. When I asked them to do my nails better, she got angry and started to talk with her own language to her coworkers. Terrible experience 👎👎👎

So kind and friendly! I wanted pink and white ombré full set, they weren’t very comfortable doing it but told me that they’d try their best, and they sure did! So happy with the quality and service!

My nails are very chunky and not clean. I will not be coming back.
