I was in Los Angeles for a long-term project and decided to reach out to Bedford Corporate Housing for my living arrangements.I filled the online form around 10 PM on Saturday and to my surprise I got a response within one hour from one of their talented associate Ms. Soumia (Mia) Abdoun. She was very proactive and hands-on which was really helpful if one is in a rush (which I was).In less than a week my corporate living arrangements were taken care of and I enjoyed my stay for three months. Elliot is wonderful. We lived at the BW for 7 months after being displaced from our home due to a major flood. Elliot was super responsive to all of our requests. 2020 was our year of devastation. Not just the Covid pandemic had us in its financial, emotional and physical grip, but we had three major incidents of water penetration in our multi-level house of many years. We had to relocate. After searching ads and data bases we hit the streets focusing on Westwood. This is where we found The Glendon - a remarkable oasis of greenery, tranquility and beauty... from the outside. Inside, the available units were mostly small and bare. But what Elliot Joelson of Bedford Corporate Housing showed us was exactly what we wanted. A tastefully and functionally furnished our two-bedroom Unit had a fully stocked kitchen, a large loggia balcony and was tranquil enough to make us feel as if on a cruise. Every issue - from adding furniture (desk and chair) to having a dedicated manager appear to deal with life minor emergencies (thank you, Mr. Pat Beck) was promptly taken care of by Mr. Joelson. Our relationship with Bedford matched the setting - simple and gracious. We left their Unit feeling refreshed and (I confess) slightly regretful of leaving too soon.

Julie was incredible! She responded immediately to my request with multiple options. She was able to secure an apartment for my co-worker that same morning! I was working with other corporate housing companies, but with little success because of their lack of response. Julie made this experience a pleasure, as opposed to a struggle, which is what I was experiencing prior to reaching out to Bedford Housing. Thank You Julie!!!

Fantastic, modern 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment. Heart of Beverly Hills, walk to everything. Great amenities including super comfy mattresses, BIG TV’s, great water pressure. Convenient 1st floor location with gated subterranean parking and an elevator. No disappointments.

We stayed at the Runway in Playa Vista. The neighborhood is awesome with parks, restaurants, and stores literally right outside of the building. Julie and Pat from Bedford housing were awesome to work with. They were both very kind and helpful. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed during our stay.

Needed to find short-term housing rapidly, and Bedford housing was extremely responsive. Was able to reserve a very well furnished, comfortable apartment in an outstanding location at the last moment, and the entire transaction was virtually trouble-free. They do everything for you, and in particular Julie gave us a very complete tour of the facility with excellent instructions as far as what we needed to do to make our stay comfortable. Also, a few weeks later there were some minor issues which she was able to resolve quite rapidly and efficiently. Julie helped to make a difficult situation for us quite manageable, and she was extremely professional and yet extremely friendly. Would highly recommend.

This was a very convenient place for my parents to stay while they were getting their new home in the area set up. It’s proximity to UCLA and the shops in Westwood can’t be beat. The apartment was very clean when we got there. We had no issues checking in except maybe that we were missing a couple of towels but when I spoke to Matt he was very helpful and got us some extras that same day. Great location and great service! I made a reservation with this other company and it was an awful experience and I went to Legacy building where they provided me with Soumia business card and I contacted her right the way. I was actually able to book the unit within five minutes and she brought the doc to the lobby at Legacy wishing 15 minutes and I signed and paid everything and she did the check in for me. Everything went very smooth as I never expected it. Much appreciate it.

We often have complex, intricate requests for housing with little to no notice that require a lot of finesse to pull off. Julie never fails to do so!
