I love this family owned business. They work very hard and the staff is extremely friendly. It is really good value and my pedicure is excellent! Try them out, you will not be disappointed.

Daughter went in for acrylic nails and came out with short thick stubs . Called and asked for them to fix and had to beg for them to take off . $52 for these and want another $52 to repair .usually go to DQ nails and will never recommend Top nails .

Really enjoyed the massage chairs. We were given water bottles while we got our pedicures. They treated us well. I would definitely go back.

Love this place.. They rub ur hands arms shoulders neck and back after they are done with a manicure.. After the pedi they rub ur feet and calves.. It honestly feels amazing. I would give it 10 stars if i could ✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨

I came in to get my nails done for just a regular shellac, it took the guy an hour and twenty minutes and I left with LOTS of polish on my skin. I also feel like he used a different color than what I originally asked for because the color looked way lighter on my nails than it did on the swatch. I left feeling super bummed :(

Sometimes it’s good and sometimes it’s not. Sadly, it’s expensive to get a manicure and still have dirt under a nail. For whatever reason, they didn’t remove callus’ this time or scrub my feet for the pedicure. I expect more for spending over $80. I wish the service was more consistent. The location is clean and the staff is friendly.

I got regular polish for my pedicure and she said I was dry right away. I’m not a genius but I know it’s not dry!! Another employee came over when I was requesting to sit under the dryer and touched them to prove they were dry. She clearly messed them up! Then to “fix” it, she just painted over it!! So it’s bumpy and just looks horrible. The cuticles that she cut are all jagged and I had to go home and recut them myself. And I was WAY over charged!! I’ll never go back there again!!

Took my Granddaughter in for her first pedicure and manicure. Lady asked us if she could help us We tell her what we wanted. She suggested we return in an hour. We did, this time someone came up to us, we told her what we wanted, she walked off, we thought we would let our granddaughter pick out her polish. Then they took people that came in after us, though this is suppose to be first come type of deal. After more than 3 people that arrive after us were taken we left. This was a HUGE disappointment for our granddaughter as then it was too late to go to another salon. Poorly organized, extremely rude. As with what happened with Oprah in Spain you should really not judge people on site, you just might run off someone who knows how to just how to discourage people from coming to your store

Very shocked at the price I was charged for my shellac/gel nails....I normally pay $27 at another salon but by the time she was done adding up everything it was $35.31 and I hadnt left a tip yet (which they prefer in cash) so I gave $40 and told her to keep it for the tip...I thought it said $16 for shellac but she kept adding stuff like shellac nail removal $5 and the tax and thought wow never been charged this much before... so I wont be back here...they were very polite and not much of a massage if hands like my other salon...only reason I went was mine was full....never again

I typically only get pedicures from this salon and they do a great job. They are always friendly and really take their time compared to others Ive been to. I am never offered a drink but I know they have them available and put signs up that they do provide a free drink if asked. It would be better customer service if they offered but I cant say Ive ever been to a salon that has offered me a drink.I did take my mom and a couple of my bridesmaids there for my wedding a couple years ago. I had made an appointment thinking wed all be getting our nails done at the same time but that was not the case which was disappointing.Im going there with a wedding group tomorrow and making it very clear wed like to all have pedicures and nails done at the same time and if they cannot accommodate, well go somewhere else.

Unprofessional. The front desk lady was to busy in her phone to get off her chair in the waiting area to greet me. Then proceeded to take her shoes off and thoroughly relax with her dirty feet all over the furniture. My nail tech was polite and did an average job. She did take a phone call on her personal cell in the middle of my mani. Would not recommend.

I rated them one star because my Gel manicures do lasts a long time. However after patronizing the salon for about two months I will not be returning. For the prices they charge for a manicure and pedicure their customer service should be better! I am very disappointed!

Decent prices, but not worth walking into the middle of a soap opera. They did a mediocre job on my shellac nails and pedicure. Pedicure actually wasnt too bad, but they missed a lot on the sides on my finger nails.The kicker was while getting my nails done, two of the workers started arguing and screaming at each other for about 10-15 minutes back and forth. The worker that was doing most of the yelling was in the face of another at one point-- who was actually actively working on a woman! Incredibly unprofessional and the other workers seemed embarrassed and apologized for the drama.

I get pedicures here all the time and have always had a positive experience. They are always very polite and friendly when I am there.

My regular shop was closed today so I stopped in. I will not be back. I have an event tomorrow and my nails started chipping soon as a left. Never will I go back again. I dont want my money back I just wont go there again. I expected quality but all they were worried about was quantity..

I took my sisters-in-law, mother, and myself here to get our nails done for my wedding. Terrible. I called the week before to make a reservation for my party of 5. The woman on the phone sounded exasperated and acted like she didnt have time for me. She sighed into the phone several times while I was making the appointment. I should have run then. When we arrived, they acted like they had no idea we were coming and had to wait just as long as the walk-ins. Other reviews talked about being offered a drink, we never were. I saw their drink cooler, but was never offered a drink. The only person I saw be offered a drink was a woman who had been sitting at a manicure station alone for over an hour and was threatening to walk out. The pedicure was ok. I had acrylic nails done. Five of my nails were bleeding when the woman was finished. The women then blamed me for the incident. My sister in-law got a manicure and was cut so badly they couldnt get the bleeding to stop with just a paper towel. Instead the man proceeded to use some type of glue to stop up the cut. He did not ask or inform her before doing this. She said what ever he put in her finger was extremely painful. My mother chose to leave a smaller than average tip because of the service she had received. I was not finished with my nails when she left. The staff then proceeded to question me when she would be back to finish tipping. AVOID THIS SALON. Terrible service. Sketchy practices.

I wanted to try some place new, so I went here for a pedi today but was not pleased. The lady that I talked to on the phone and that greeted me when I walked in was very nice. However the lady that actually did my nails wasnt friendly at all. She was quite bossy and rude. I was happy with my toes though when it was all said and done, until an hour later I looked down at my toes and 3 of my nails were smudged. Really? I waited 10 mins for them to dry before leaving...so Im very upset that they are already ruined. Will not be going back.

Horrible pedicure!!!The lady doing my toenails cut them completely curved and too short so now I have to worry about an ingrown toenail. Then after she was done she looked at me and asked do you have cash for a tip?Are you kidding me?I came here instead of my usual place because its closer to my house, but I very much so regret that decision.

Hubby and I went in for a pedicure.. Excellent service, but wish I would have been offered water or a pop. Was thirsty the whole time there. Saw bottled water in a fridge towards back of establishment, but was not offered any.

I received a gel manicure less than a week ago and four of my ten nails have ALREADY chipped. Not my best experience.

Nails too short. Nail person didnt speak or understand english. She refused to do a childs manicure but would do polish. Since we wanted manicure, I went elsewhere.

Absolutely terrible service. Sat waiting for nearly an hour and still had not been started . Under staffed and no communication. Left without being taken care of. Will never go again.
