I have been very pleased with Alex for my nail person. Hes always willing to try new things with me. I have two places that I go and Alex at Universal is at the top!!!I do a lot of Nail art and Chicago Bears themed colors. I enjoy that one girlie treat.... Great pedicures as well!!!

My absolute favorite nail salon in the QC! It is stunning inside, very clean, and the best pedicure Ive ever had! They truly honor appointment times and I have never had to wait to long to have excellent service and a relaxing experience. 10/10 recommend universal nail salon!

We love this place. They do a great job, can often get you in as a walk-in, and are very friendly. I take my girls here to get their nails painted. For $8, they think it’s the best “spa” experience ever! It’s pretty new so they have a very clean and well decorated salon.

I have been here several times for a pedicure. Each time has been a great experience with high quality service. I have tried a few places in the Quad Cities and this is by far my favorite.

Very clean, relaxing and friendly atmosphere. By far the best pedicure Ive gotten in a very long time in the QC area! They took their time and when getting ready to leave they noticed a smudge of paint on my toe and immediately fixed it which I really appreciated. Also, great color selection. Universal was the best nail experience I’ve had in the Quad Cities. It’s a beautiful, clean salon and the wonderful ladies did not rush through the services. Incredible value and very nice staff.

They are very professional, and articulate. I like to wear a natural size nail. The best manicure I’ve had in a long time, due to precise detail and taking time to make sure all skin is clipped. I love not being rushed!

I went there with my wife for the first time and boy do I have to say! Such a clean place. Looks really high class with the chandeliers. Will get another pedicure soon!

I got a dip done here after a not so stellar experience elsewhere. I wanted acrylics put on because the dip I had done at another establishment started cracking and breaking after a week. The gentleman who did my nails assured me his would be different. HE ALSO WENT THE EXTRA MILE and told me if his dip broke he would put acrylics one me at no charge! He cared enough to notice I have good natural nails and did not want to harm them.2 weeks later, my dip is intact and still beautiful! I lift 6 days a week and have NEVER had my manicures last this long! Try them, you wont be sorry!

Beautiful and friendly environment. Nails were done well but WOW...SUPER expensive! Cost me $50.00 for 1 full set of nails and $35.00 for a classic pedicure.
