Love these ladies. Their amazing and I refuse to transfer to Allentown. Id rather travel

This office has the worst communication, they never call to notify of cancelled appointments, rescheduling or closing. then they only want to do things by appointment only even for the simple drop off or pick up. I missed my recertification due to them closing for training, never notified then never notified theyre open again, I dont have a car right now so I still have to Pay for a taxi to Allentown now, because they are accepting walk in by drop box, however Bethlehem wanted me to schedule at times when my kids have school or I have work. They need to change things so that benefits can electronically be deposited during regular pick ups.

I remenber that i had a appointment, and in the desk is not was people but i was like: hello, hello, because i heard something, and a blonde girl told me that the system not was working and in my mind i wa like: Are you serous girl?... you have a phone you can call me and notify me the issue, is a waste of time.... and the appointment we reschedule for the next day, but again when i was there no one was in the office.. this is so disrepectfull..

They dont even answer their phones.

These are professionals that never answer the phone. It you have a emergency and need to cancel or reschedule you never ever can get ahold of anyone on the phone. Very friendly staff though. I love all the ladies there. They just need to get a receptionist to answer to phone. Also wait time is ridiculous but they do get very busy sometimes.

Don’t even waste your time! I called prior because I had previously been told my income is too high. They said if I get pregnant or my income gets lower would qualify again. I went in with all the paperwork showing I was pregnant and they said that even though my income is the same I don’t qualify. Wasted an entire afternoon for nothing. Don’t even bother

Love this office especially when compared to the office in allentown. The ladies here are way more welcoming. You get appointments faster its not overly crowded and your in and out. I think the longest I ever waited was 10 minutes. Unlike allentown I once sat there for an hour in a half.

They need the old team back. The new girls are rude. Honestly i dont think they know what they are doing.
