Horrible organization from top to bottom. DO NOT try to work with them. They dont care, dont want to get involved and their best line is Its not my job. An organization paid to help people with disabilities. Are you kidding me?? Please dont even try to work with this company. They have zero compassion and even less empathy.Hateful, hurtful people.

Case managers listen to us if issues arise, always receive calls back, help however they are able. I am unsure why others are unhappy.
