Amanda is fantastic and Dr. Andolino is very friendly, nice and professional. The office is very clean. Our whole family goes here.

I called the office for some general information, the lady who answered sounded completely annoyed. I was looking to switch to a new dentist & orthodontist. I wasn’t too familiar with the type of dental plan I had, although I said they were considered “in-network” under my dental plan. She continued to give attitude as I tried to find what type of plan I had. Whether it was HMO or PPO, I wasn’t 100% sure. Before I can even find the answer I said i believe there was a D in it. She said “well if it’s DMO we don’t part take in it” I felt like she didn’t want to deal with any further questions, even after I told her they WERE under my in network list of providers. At that point I wasn’t interested in becoming of patient of theirs. Who talks to there clients like that? I told her I would move to the next provider.

If I could give this office less than one star I would. Worst experience I’ve had with a dentist. They told me i had a “few” small fillings and they were so small that it wouldn’t hurt and didn’t need Novocain. I had to stop them immediately after they started because the pain was unbearable. I got the Novocain and I allowed the dentist to finish the one he started and that’s it. I had pain in the tooth for months after that. When I followed up with a different dentist they told me I had no cavities and they didn’t find the “few” cavities that I supposedly had before. Shady.

This place is HORRIBLE! And they were NOT KNOWLEDGEABLE about which tooth was giving me the pain. I never received a diagnosis and treatment plan. They also did not help with anything to numb the pain. I sat in their parking lot crying from pain, and ended up in the ER due to it being evening time and the pain unbearable. The following day, I saw my dentist that came back from vacation, and he helped me instantly and knew which tooth was causing this horrid pain.They are also SCAM ARTISTS when it comes down to their BILLING ethics as well!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PRACTICE, there are so many great dental practices in Bethlehem. Unfortunately due to their lack of knowledge, leaving me in pain, and no diagnosis/treatment plan this place has traumatized me!! STAY FAR AWAY!!!

I wish that I could give Dr andolino a 0 star because thats was he deserved I went in for a cleaning on july and he decided that he wanted to fix too old fillings on my molar tooth I went back on August for the fillings and the Dr. was in a hurry from one room to the other and in that hurry clearly he touched my nerves and ever since my toothache had never stopped I went back for him to tell me I had and infection and that I needed a root canal $$$$ I explained to him that I did not had any pain prior to that day and he came up with a thousand excuses he gave me antibiotics and nothing helped in September I called the office cause I could not handle the pain and the receptionist was so rude and not accommodating stay away from this unprofessional place.

Rudest receptionists ever, I normally don’t complain about a place, but when you ask to reschedule, they make inappropriate or snide remarks. They do anything to bill your insurance, even if that means making you come in for An apt for no reason. I got a crown done there and it fell out WITHIN A YEAR. they are taking forever to get me back in for an apt when a tooth falling out should be an emergency. If you live in Bethlehem, go to a better place then this greedy place
