My experience here has been unpleasant. First of all I understand that this whole pandemic is stressful and not many businesses can handle the new way of life. When I first arrived I called the office because I wasnt sure what to do. The lady on the phone answered rudely and said to go to the door. I went to the door and there was a sign saying to text upon arrival. I noticed the lady inside already with a family so waited. She looked completely confused when opening the door to me and asked, did someone tell you to come to the door. I said yes I called. She apologized and asked if I could text instead because there was two families in front of mine to be checked in. I completely understood and returned to my car with my kids. In less than 10 minutes I received a text to come to the door. Again the women apologized. She was extremely nice and friendly. She knew how to talk to my children and make them feel safe and calm, since they dont like going to the dentist. She took our temps and had us wait inside since there was no one in the lobby. Once she was ready for the next family she realized they had no masks on besides mother or grandmother and asked them to wait because she had to ask her manager if they could be seen. I can hear her manager Kathy (what a witch) and another receptionist (the one with the lighter hair) viciously saying No they cant be seen, Their idiots if they didnt bring masks. The young lady returned to the family and asked the mother or the grandmother if they wait in the car they can exchange masks and the two kids could be seen. Now the kids were a bit younger. As the young lady is explaining what they can do, Kathy storms to the front and says with such attitude, I dont know why you wouldnt bring a mask. We wont see you, absolutely not. The little girl (patient)started crying. As she walks away the young lady apologizes multiple times and tried calming the little girl down. They went outside. Im not sure what happened next but Im assuming mother or grandmother found a scarf to put around her mouth and was able to go in. Once in the back everyone was super friendly and the female dentist explained everything and answered all my questions. Loved the ladies in the back. Once it was time for us to go, my kids and I walked to the front. NOBODY WAS SOCIAL DISTANCING!!!!! They had multiple families in the front desk area waiting to take X-RAYS or to check out! I walked up to Kathy and asked to make an appointment because my kids had to return. Kathy rudely said I cant I cant go sit in the lobby. She then asked the other receptionist from earlier make her an appointment and she responded with, No! They then argued back and forth. The receptionist went back on her cellphone and was eating out of a mug! She finally told me to go to her and she was telling me they had nothing until September! My kids couldnt wait that long. It wasnt until the third receptionist who was busy on the phone the entire time got up and said, Ill make the appointment. She found me an appointment for two weeks later and she was nice about it.I have never experienced such rudeness at a business before. If it wasnt for the ladies in the back, the lady who checked me in and the lady who checked me out this wouldve gotten a one star rating. They shouldnt work with people if they dont know how to act. And this wasnt the first time Ive seen those two like that. Its almost every time we go!Theres also no other way to give a complaint because every time I try or my husband they say the manager isnt available shell call you back! What if I want to complain about her who do I call then?

I know pediatric dentists are hard to come by, but NEVER EVER take your children to Bethlehem Pediatric Dental. My son has endured tremendous pain & suffering due to their negligence and couldve died had I relied on their practice. I question how they have a license to practice at all. Flipping Medicaid seems to be their top (and only) priority. I wish I had known that sooner.

Absolute horrible all they care about is getting the money. Refuses to see children and do work unless you pay over $2000 before the child is seen and the insurance is billed. They give you no notice on paying this amount and will not work with you on reasonable payments. When asked for the itemized bill and everything thing done they dont provide you with that copy. They then billed for additional money after the procedure since that is all they care about. They are not there to help the children at all and all about lining their own pockets with more money. Staff was nice and pleasant and easy to work with.

The doctors and staff members are all so nice and caring. I love that a parent can go In the back with their child and I love that the dentist lets the parent and child know whats going on every step of the way. My daughter was so scared of the dentist until we found this office, now she looks forward to going. They do a great job!

From several personal experiences Ive had with the front desk to the DDS and technical staff, we will not be returning. The doctors are clearly over booked and in a rush. My son has been rushed through many times. He was scared several times but luckily I was with him to calm him downThe receptionist were unpleasant when I had an unexpected issue with my insurance. They were unhelpful and unwilling to work with me to get a routine appointment rescheduled. Due to my circumstances, even though I was willing to pay out of pocket I was told to fix my insurance first before making an appointment.Ill be looking for a new pediatric dentist. I was never overly enthusiastic about this dentist. Ill try to find one that Im happier with.

Very nice pediatric dentist. They worked with my son even through his fears. The office itself could use some cosmetic improvements (peeling wall paper, torn seat cushions), but knowing what its like to have kids everywhere makes the conditions quite understandable. If you want to focus on high-quality professionals with kid-friendly people skills, this is your place.

Worst dentist ever!! My sons dentist didnt have gas so they sent him there. From the beg it was horrible!! When I called to make the appoint they were rude, when we checked in they were very mean & nasty. They took my son back & said I had to what in the waiting room, I felt weird about that. They brought me back when he was done cause he ended up shutting down (he has autism). I finally found out from him that they didnt use the gas, they strapped him down & just gave him novocaine without numbing the area first!! He was traumatized by this & I couldnt get him to go to a dentist for a year!! The whole point of me taking him there was for the gas & they didnt listen!! I wouldnt even send my worst enemy there!!

This was basically my first real time at a dentist in years and at first it was okay. I ended up having to get 4 cavities filled. The dentist I had took about 15 minutes to fill two of my teeth. They gave me one shot of Novocain which did nothing. I felt every single thing that was happening and it was the worst pain I ever felt. I couldnt eat properly for weeks. When I went back to get my other two teeth filled, they were appalled by the job the other dentist did to my other teeth. I had a different dentist this time and she called in the dentist who was helping with my teeth and started to ask her what she was thinking and she completely lied to her saying how she doesnt remember !! This place was a terrible experience and I do not plan on coming back. Still, after a year, I have terrible pain throughout my whole mouth. I do not recommend ! I do not like writing bad reviews but the fact that I am still in pain, I had to say something.

Took my 3 year old over for the first time and i really wish i knew this before it awful to be in a room with another patient and listening to the dental assistant telling the kid I will give you double of everything so there was not excuses for her to clean her teeth as she had a bunch of cavities. And the person who was doing my child cleaning did not have much patient or neither the Dr to get her to open her mouth nicely they where just trying to push in on her mouth Glad they did not hurt her with the tools. If you are a pediatric clinic Im assuming you need to be a lil more patient with the childrens. (PLEASE UPDATE YOUR PHOTOS BECAUSE YOU DO PUT TWO IN EACH ROOM NOT LIKE IT SHOWS ON HERE)

Please dont take your kids here. My son was on antibiotics for a long time when he was born and in turn it ruined his teeth. This Dr kept saying dont worry about it they are only baby teeth. He had pain and it was horrible. Thank God I took him to another dentist because he required immediate surgery and if not treated as this Dr wanted he could have died.. They are very negligent and uncaring. If I could sue them I would!!!

Awful experience. I’m so glad I trusted myself more than my daughters dentist and pushed for a second opinion. Even went for a third opinion to be sure. We were completely misdiagnosed and if we would have followed through with the proposed treatment plan, my daughter would have underwent unneeded sedation, caps, and trauma. The doctor’s behavior was also rude as I was scolded for questioning her treatment plan and voicing my concern about our appointment. Turns out my concerns were absolutely valid.

For being a pediatric office they are not very friendly and as a new patient I was very underwhelmed with how we were treated. The office staff is not very warm and friendly at all. We were rushed through the office visit. I couldnt even tell you the name of the dentist we saw, I had to look up her picture when we got home it was that impersonal. The nice part about the visit was both of my children were seen at the same time in the same room but one was done a little before the other so when the dentist wanted to talk with my about Child 1, and child 2 was nervous in the chair, not wanting me to leave his side, they seemed annoyed. They talked about my son and his anxiety among each other like I wasnt in the room. I prefer a pediatric dentist at this age but not sure I will stick with this office.

I hate to leave negative posts for businesses, but I really dislike bringing my children here. I also dont think all the employees are bad. There are some diamonds in the rough, but thank God my wife primarily deals with them. Granted my children are not ideal dental patients (6 and under), but this is a pediatric dentistry. You would think theyd have some experience with children that arent necessarily fans of having their teeth worked on. I cant imagine I have the only children that cry and wiggle around. They just seem annoyed with my children if they dont lay there like a board and do exactly as told. Very little effort is made to comfort them or attempt to make the experience more pleasurable for a child. As adult, Im generally talked AT when dealing with them. The blonde at the front desk is always just a ray of sunshine (haha), but generally everyone at the desk makes me feel unwelcome. Reminder calls sounds like a threat. If it happened only once Id let it slide, but I have yet to leave there without feeling like I survived rather than its such a great place.

This is a place for children ? They have the unfriendliest receptionists and staff I have ever seen in the many states Ive lived in. You walk in with your scared of dentists child and the people at the reception window dont even greet you nor acknowledge your child, they act like DMV workers with a long face, the personality of a stop sign and they talk to you in a very cold manner, not what youd expect from a Pediatric Dentist Office thats dealing with kids. I was sitting waiting to be called in and a Father walked in with his little boy, the receptionists didnt greet while he was standing there, she asked your name ? in this nasty tone and the man didnt hear so he said excuse me ? and the receptionist snapped back with a worse attitude she already had and almost yelling she said your name ? like she was bothered by him. And this is just the reception, when they get you in and the Dentist shows up all winded trying to catch his breath, rushing (cause hes running from one patient to another) and now he takes care of your precious child in a rush and it shows clearly, more like a production sweat shop, no love or care whatsoever for the poor children that are terrified of dental work. Ive been treated better at the mechanic. They do everything in a hurry and again you ask them anything about your child cause they look at you like Whats your problem ? Im God so roll over and play dead Im stressed the whole time Im in that office ...... When you walk out the staff at the counter looklike they dont want to be spoken to, totally ignoring your child or you, never directing a word to the child to make them feel comfortable or even cracking a smile to anyone. I dont know who trained these people or whos running this place but the staff seems to be so morbid, miserable and lack human spirit. I have been to other offices in other States I lived previously and the staff is always Disney Friendly and animated with the kids and the Dentists are sweethearts, the way they should be cause you are dealing with children. Horrible place I dont recommend it to anyone. And to the staff all I can say is Quit your job if you are that miserable. and go back to the PA farm you came from where social skills arent needed when you are milking a cow. BTW all the positive reviews here about this horrible place are obviously their staff posting fake reviews, you can tell cause all the fake positive reviews look the same with almost the same amount of words.

Horrible dentist office im not sure where to start its been horrible for awhile however i continued to go with kids. this last time was it kathy in the front desk was sooo disrespectful beyond belife and trust me i have gotten use to the nasty attitudes and non customer service skills from these people in pa living here for 6 years but this women was a witch! not ony did she talk over me not letting me get a word in edge wise but she also was shacking her finger at me like im a child! she threatened me and my family also not allowing me to talk to any dentists on duty at the moment. i will not go back with my kids seeing how they have so many clients they dont need my business haha ya right! they are not good dentist they always seem to have issues with everyones teeth and when you do need an apt for something serious they give you a month or two later because there so booked! by that time your kids can haveserious issues not only with making there teeth worse but with there health! they do not have any manures at this place there a bunch of hillbillys that bully and threaten you because they hate there lives and take there stuff out on there clients. if they spoke to a mother this way i could imagine how they are with the kids when your not around! kathy should be fired! also i have went to good dentist with my kids this is just not the place you want to go if you want to perserve your teeth if you want them to take out your kids teeth then this is your spot! i believe they tell all there patients they need work done to get more money by the insurance company this is for sure a shady place and should be investigated!
