Very disrespectful and unprofessional. The band of my Movado watch broke. I went for dinner and it broke in exactly 20 min from the moments he fixed it. He had just put in a piece of wire to put the band together. I brought it back and requested my money back. He was disrespectful and angry. And he charged me $30 for that. Don’t waste your money
This place has really good watch repair services at a very reasonable price, along with a 1 year warranty on the battery life. These guys can handle high end watches and I have been going to them for the last decade, sorry about the delayed review guys :o) I found that the work is done very quickly compared to dropping off my watches at a jewelry store and waiting for their repair guy to come through. If you need your watches serviced this is by far the best location I have found, check them out!
Best place for battery replacement. Fair price, great service.
This is a fast easy place to get watch batteries, or sizing the bands. I found them after a huge holiday sale when I bought some great watches at J.C. Penney, and they were recommended for sizing the bands. Their battery prices are reasonable and they will do it while you wait or shop.
Service is good, and prompt (they can usually do it while you wait). Ive had batteries replaced and watchbands put on. For some reason they are not listed in the mall directory online, which is annoying (and since they have to be paying rent, they should complain about it).
My wife had a Michele Watch battery changed on her watch here as they came recommended by the Nordstrom watch saleswoman. My wife came home saying her watch was not working, wouldn’t sync and may be broken because she just had the battery replaced. I looked at the watch and the instructions for changing the battery as provided by Michele. First, the backing was not put on properly— there is a dot on the case and a dot on the backing that are highlighted in the instructions as needing to align. They were off by at least 90 degrees. This made the removal of the backing very difficult as it is “keyed” to fit only one way. Once i was able to get the backing off, it was clear the o-ring was pinched and not properly positioned. But then, as i looked at the battery which is almost the size of a quarter, it was apparent between the instructions and the way they placed it in the watch that the battery was placed in upside down— the polarity was incorrect! Upon removing the battery, placing it in with the correct orientation, placing the o-ring into the groove and placing the watch backing in the correct orientation, it all went together very easily and the watch is working perfectly. It was so easy to do, and required very little pressure. It is hard to understand why they had to “chew up” the coin slot on the watch’s backing to change this battery. It was clear to me that excess pressure was used and was unnecessary.
Asked about battery life on a watch and when one of the employees answered he replied with calling me a racial slur, keep in mind he is Indian! Don’t support this racist business
Fantastic customer service... Great understanding people!
