Brought in a disabled phone fully expecting them unable to fix it. However, they tried their best several times even though they knew it was low probability of getting the data back. Definitely a 5/5 experience and they will have my business from now on for any phone repairs needed.

Horrible customer service I bought my iPad to fix a cracked screen, they gave a a price of $139, they called me back to say that the price was 189.00 . We told them no not fix it. I came back to get the iPad. And the screen was completely broken, then they don’t want to fix it, the owner said he was not dealing with it anymore!! And they want us to leave the store!! Horrible customer service.

Got a screen protector for my phone from here and also the dude put it on. But there were bubbles and by the time I reached home, the protector was coming off from ends.This is when I contacted the store and there comes the owner, one who understands and thrives on customer service. He invited me to come back for a replacement - the one that suits well, both for the device and my personal needs. Now I have this perfect screen protector - no bubbles, no coming off the edge etc.Definitely coming back for any of my phone issues and needs.

My daughter dropped her IPad and the screen shattered. Eventually the screen went blank. I thought there would be no hope to fix it. I went to Apple initially and they said I would have to buy a whole new IPad of course 🙄. I came into the store and right from the start amazing customer service, they greeted me and I felt welcomed. I had no idea if my phone was fixable but I knew if anyone could do it they could. They gave me an estimated time and after the wait I came back and it was good as new. You never know with water damage but they did an amazing job. Highly recommended for the service and pricing.

The Fix was highly recommend by a friend of mine. Even with the otter box case I have broken the glass on 2 phones this year. Myself and my coworkers all bring our phones to The Fix and Alkan always takes great care of us. They are polite and offer quick service I was in and out in 15 minutes.

Great repair service, got my iPhone XR back fixed within an hour and a half for prices far less than Apple themselves provide. Maria (I think her name was) was very responsive, polite, knowledgeable and ethical when it came to my repair! Great workers, items, and repair service.

I had dropped my phone in the mud and couldnt get my phone to charge. I was panicking because I use my phone for work and I thought I was going to have to get a new phone The Fix was able to fix my phone quickly and got it charging in no time. They have excellent customer service and saved my phone. Will recommend them highly to friends and family.

I thought I would get my phone back glass replaced and they told me put some tape wait for it to settle now I have my phone almost falling apart. With no refunds it hard to dislike.

Buyer beware. I have an iPhone 6s. I brought it to the store for a rugged cover and they sold me one with a pop socket. It was a pretty pricey cover because of the pop socket knob. Within two months the knob broke off. I brought it back to the store for a replacement. The young lady behind the counter told me the best she could do was give me five dollars off a new rugged cover or she could glue the old one back on for me. When you go to Montgomery Mall and pay top dollar for an item you expect the merchant to make good on the product or replace it if it fails shortly after you buy it. Poor business practice.

I walked in inquiring about my charging port being broken on my galaxy S8. The gentleman at the counter stopped in the middle of what he was doing to talk to me. After I explained the issue he looked at my device and was able to fix the issue and double check to make sure it was fixed. I recommend going here. There is not many places where the quality of service is like this. The individual that helped me went above and beyond as well as out of his way to do this. My phone now charges perfectly and lots of money was saved.

I mean to get straight to the point i went to get my screen fixed and they ended up screwing my whole phone over now i have to get a new one because mine is border line unusable. don’t go there.

Went in during my break from work to get my phone checked out, it had been restarting all morning and wouldn’t turn on. First I tried the apple store, but they told me it would take 8 days to get an appointment, this place was immediately willing to try everything to get my phone back to normal no matter how long it would take.

My iPhone was not charging.I was on my way to the ATT store in order to buy a new phone. I saw The Fix and thought what the heck I might as well try it. Maria took a look at it, cleaned the charger, and now my phone works perfectly. The cost was unbelievably low for this service. Thanks so much Maria!!! You saved me a lot of money.

I went to get my Pixel 2 charger port replaced. Maria took a look at it for me and after a few minutes handed my phone back clean as whistle! It works like a charm now and didnt cost a cent. I would definitely recommend this shop for its great customer service. I will be back, when my phone Actually needs repairing.

I normally never write reviews but after my experience with Maria at The FIX, I felt utterly compelled to leave one. Maria optimized professionalism & care in every single aspect of our engagement (and for someone who works directly in customer service, I was completely floored by my experience). Not only did she provide me with an overview of the product offerings, but made specific recommendations based on my personal needs and more importantly, NEVER pressured me to buy. Once I selected the products/services I wanted to purchase, she performed the reattachment (my phone case had completely shattered), and even went so far to clean the back end of my phone to ensure that my new case wouldnt be damaged. If other organizations had employees like Maria sitting at the helm, theyd be the largest/most successful in the world. Truly amazing experience, provided by a truly amazing employee. They tested a new battery, which didnt work, so they tested with a new charging port, which did work. They assembled it perfectly, with great attention-to-detail. Now my phone works like new! The Fix is a great repair company and I would recommend them to anyone.I had a situation last week where a kiosk in the mall had accepted The Fix coupon claiming it as their own. This company was not only dishonest with me about being the correct store that I was looking for, but they also had made my phone worse than it was before handing it over to them. After I had realize that I was not at the correct company, I found the store The Fix and they repaired my phone as good as new. Im very pleased.

This place is awesome. My husband and I were walk ins wanting to get our screen protectors replaced. Not only did they do an excellent and fast job replacing our screen protectors, but they also did a thorough cleaning of our phones while we waited. Our phones look brand new ! Fast, courteous, professional - can’t say enough good things. Also well located right by the food court, across from Chick-fil-A.

My phone screen was cracked so I took it to The Fix and the day after they put a new screen on, my phone started glitching. It would type by itself and open and close apps. So I took it back to The Fix and they once again put a new screen on and a few days later the same exact thing started happening. I was not at all pleased by theirs work and would not recommend this place.

They were very helpful and quick repairing my screen. Something was off when they returned it but as soon as I told them, they were very receptive and changed it again. They went through tests until they were sure the phone was working perfectly.

I had a very nice experience at this store. Several other places I tried did not know how to transfer my contacts from my very old flip phone. However, this place took the time to look at it and was able to do it. I was very happy!

Man, where would I be without The FIX? I was in town for my companys conference, and managed to drop my tablet on the concrete floor. The screen cracked, and I needed the tablet for a meetings presentation later that week. I brought it in to The FIX, and the folks there were super friendly and efficient, no BS! They had that screen repaired in no time, looking brand new again. I highly recommend these guys!

The Fix in Montgomery Mall is amazing. Alkan repaired my water damaged iPhone after the Apple Store said it could not. Apple said Id have to buy a replacement phone for $300. Repair was less than a fourth that. As a result, I bought some reasonably priced accessories from the fix. Very happy to give this new company my business!

EDIT: they did an /excellent/ job in about 25 minutes.Courteous staff seemed a little overworked but were eager to help me order a replacement rear camera glass. Will update review after it arrives and I have them replace it.

Roger and Syndi at the Fix in Montgomery Mall were AMAZING! After spending 4 hours in the Apple store being lied to, etc, I went to The Fix.They were professional, courteous, knowledgable, and proved their expertise in what the were doing. Roger opened the device in front of me (not behind a back room) and revealed to me where the Apple store had not only damaged my device, but they lied about parts. Roger put it together, was totally honest, and cant begin to explain how satisfied I was with the services. I will never go anywhere else. Worth every penny.

I went in to get my phone repaired because I dropped it and it cracked. Their work is amazing, my phone looks great, but for what I got done it was overpriced.

They were simply awful! They charged us to fix our Surface Pro screen and after coming back and forth like 5 times from a team member at our company, they didnt fix the screen and fully charged us! I would highly suggest never going to this store!!! I also will be filing a complain with the BBB.

Very happy with this repair shop : my phone had visible crack on the screan after I dropped my phone. I thought I needed to replace the all screan witch wouldve cost me round $300. Surprise and happy Alkan was extremely honnet to tell me that the screan was ok and it was just the screan protector. So Alkan was not in business to only make money, but he a string ethical standards. He saved me $275. Happy customer would recommend then to you

I can’t believe how well they repaired my iPhone 6. I was having so many problems with it. I tried going to so many different stores, and the fix is the only one who could help. I would come here if any of my devices are broken.
