Please for the sake of your mental health, which is what theyre supposed to help with, NEVER be a patient with this group. It is literally impossible to get in touch with anyone at the main office. I really wonder what they do all day. I have been trying to get in touch with anyone about forwarding my health records to my primary care physician and something that should be extremely simple is so difficult. So damn unprofessional. Some of the worst care I have received. You are better off finding another physician.

Incredible! This establishment was flawless! Would recommend to anyone needing blood-work done or someone who just wants to sit back and crack open a cold one. The treatment of women here was fantastic here too. A shining jewel among Bethesda.

Be sure you know what you are getting into with the administrative side of this group that hides behind an inefficient and extremely frustrating portal. Had similar experience to the other reviewer in terms of our credit card being charged a large sum (without forewarning) for six months of invoices that were never posted so we did not know the funds were owed. Charges can suddenly appear as well...for things you dont actually owe! So watch the portal carefully and keep track of every single appointment, transaction, when you pay, etc. If you and/or your family are experiencing a challenging time in your lives, these experiences will only add to them.The care has been good--but the admin side is a huge part of the experience and cannot be overlooked.

Ok so i guess i will be the first to tell everyone how terrible this company is when it comes to handling money. I came here to speak with someone regarding how to handle all of the deaths i had in my family recently and I accidentally missed two appointments and was charged around 125 for each one. (i was aware and ok with that), what i was NOT ok with was that after 30 days, if there is an outstanding balance, they take it all out of your account. They say it is their policy, but there was no written documentation on their website about it or anywhere on the documents they physically provided to me. I called them to complain and they voided that transaction so that i could get that money back and set up a payment plan. The next issue that happened is that at some point around MAY, the transactions of my payment plan that were originally successful starting FAILING. There was money in my account, so then to my understanding, my balance was at a standstill. No notifications about it. You cant reach the billing office if your life depended on it. There is only ONE person at the billing office and they take at least a week to get back to you. I could go on and on about how terrible the billing service is here, but i will leave it at this. I ended up just paying the full amount i owed and i am done with it. Great therapist, but terrible service from the billing department. Thank you to my friend at the office for helping me out through this because this was so stressful.
