Ive worked with one of the psychiatrists that currently practices at WCWCW and I can not describe how wonderful my experience was with her! She was compassionate and a good listener and I wouldnt be where I am today without her support. Id highly recommend visiting for your psychiatric needs!

Ive been seeing Dr. Alam for about a year. Ive seen psychiatrists for the past two decades but have needed help my entire life. Ive never been to a psychiatric office that listens and evaluates my needs as much WCWCW. Ive struggled to find a psychiatrist that can evaluate my needs based on my prior history including immediately being prescribed stimulants and anti-depressants. The past year has honestly been the first time in my life where weve worked out a stable, sustainable treatment plan and I can see the positive changes. Id recommend seeing Dr. Alam and this practice if you want to experience how mental care should be handled, something that doesnt always happen in other places.

Dr. Alam is one of the very few doctors Ive seen that have really listened to me and tailored my treatment for me. She took the time to check up on me and really go above and beyond.

The office and staff are very friendly although it can be difficult to set up an appointment on busy weekdays. Aside from that Dr Alam was very informative and understanding of my background with ADHD. She was able to give me the best help possible and I was comfortable telling her about all my needs and concerns. I will be visiting Dr. Alam regularly

Extremely unprofessional doctors & office staff. Very poor communication skills all around. If you care about your loved ones, please do not send them here. They will do more harm than good...

If you are seeking proper care and attention in regards to your mental health, DO NOT see this group. As a patient of Dr. Alam, I was withheld treatment for a condition I was diagnosed with 12 years ago and was forced to completely go off my medication due to her misunderstanding. I have had severe consequences mentally and emotionally because of this. I contacted Dr. Alam a WEEK ago trying to resolve this situation and have NOT heard a single response. A family member that referred me to this group also contacted Dr. Hookman, the founder of WCWCW, and they have yet to receive any response either. They also contacted the office manager for assistance. This groups grossly negligent lack of communication with me, a patient, has been shocking. If you are seeking care for your mental health, you deserve a doctor that is attentive, easy to communicate with and cares about your mental health and well being. It should never be this difficult to ask for and receive help from any physician. This group does not care for their patients, and I personally think it is dangerous to put patients being treated for mental health in any type of situation like this.

I recommend working with this group. They have been a huge help to me while I was an expectant mother and beyond (6+ years). I have recommended multiple friends to this office and everyone seems to have a positive experience. My only concern is that the price for service is pretty significant so i hope they are able to offer a sliding scale for patients that need it.
