Really enjoy living here. Well-kept and my unit is very nice with great views and updates throughout. Great location too - a short walk to lots of great restaurants and shopping.
I toured this apartment but ended up having to move to Howard County. Its gorgeous and the people were really nice. If I ever do have to move to Bethesda it will be here.
5 years have quickly passed since our arrival at Bethesda Place. We have enjoyed the friendly staff and excellent service provided. The apartments sizes exceed most others in Bethesda. Metro proximity, access to biking, walking and varied dining out make this location ideal for retirees and all others.
We love our home here. The apartments are beautiful and all newly renovated. The location is great, just in proximity to the metro and all the great restaurants and shops of downtown Bethesda! And the most important thing: Bethesda Place Apartments have the friendliest staff! Its a great community to live in.
We love living at Bethesda Place. The apartment is a great size and we love having 2 balconies. The cost is reasonable compared to other apartments in the area. The management and maintenance staff are outstanding - very caring and very responsive. They are finally starting a much needed renovation of the lobby and elevators.
Ive been living here since January 2018 and have had a fantastic experience so far. The staff in the front office, leasing office, and security are very friendly and helpful. They know the residents on a first name basis. One of the factors that helped me decide to move here was talking to multiple residents who had moved to a different apartment complex somewhere else in Bethesda and then came back to Bethesda Place. I now understand why. Would recommend to anyone looking for a relatively large, affordable apartment in Bethesda.
Great building, staff and location.
I’ve only applied but first impression was really impressive. I walked in for a possible tour without an appointment to look at 1 bedroom apartment. . I was greeted by Ms Evelyn, who was immediately able to tell me what 1 bedrooms were available now, what would be available, the cost of each, in an instant without missing a beat. She told about positives in the building and in the community, knowing exactly what’s what, exactly where . She even gave me some Bethesda guides, . She then took me on a tour and was very patient, letting me see apartment more than once. The grounds are nice, clean and much more available space for the price compared to other buildings. I almost missed the building because it doesn’t always show in searches for Bethesda apartments for some strange reason. Evelyn was nice, fun and straightforward and breathif fresh air . I hope you have her forever. And I’m keeping my fingers crossed for apartment.
We shifted to Bethesda Place Apartment on March 2015. We have been living here for over a year now. It is a great place to call home. All office staff is great at assisting, but Evelyn Alston is outstanding in her skills; she has been very helpful to our needs. The Bethesda Place apartment has exactly what we want, all in walking distance.
Fantastic! Evelyn and Debrah were very accommodating and overall a pleasure to deal with. Any issues with the unit were always addressed within 24 hours. Residents were kept abreast of any and all maintenance, holiday office hours, etc. Parking rate was competitive for the area. Inside/outside appearance of the building was always kept professional. Location is also great, very close to downtown and several nice restaurants.
The staff here are what make it such a special place to live. They are friendly and really bend over backwards to make everything perfect, from the management to the front desk staff to the security folks and maintenance team. The staff here would sooner die than have anything be wrong with your apartment. The folks who live here are pleasant and the building has a community feel with a nice mix of families, young professionals, and retirees. The apartments are large compared to other options in Bethesda and the construction is superior - in six years have scarcely ever heard sound from any of our neighbors. The newer buildings seem to have smaller units and the walls are more flimsy - for the premium rent, they charge it just doesnt seem to be a good tradeoff. The location here is amazing as well - 1 block to the Metro, 4 blocks to our daycare, 2 clocks the elementary school - a million restaurants in walking distance. I would really have to think hard to find downsides to mention for this building - there is a lot of construction nearby, but that really hasnt bothered us and seems to be everywhere in Bethesda. The recycling bins are in the garage, which sounded inconvenient, but we just take the recycling when we go to the car - havent given it a second thought after we moved in. Overall, we are really happy to live in Bethesda Place and will be said when (if) we move out someday.
Its refreshing finding an apartment that cares about its tenants. Clean grounds and friendly office as well nice amenities and well maintained.
We have not been here very long, but we do feel very welcomed. We love everything about it since it fits our needs very well.
Great, quite building with the best price per square footage in the area
