Budget as a company is unprofessional! I went to drop off the vehicle to the location i originally rented the vehicle from. My reservation clearly states my return time at 5, so why didnt anyone take the time to tell us a drop box wasnt available and the office would be closed (even though on there website it clearly says every budget has a drop box). We call the 1800 number they inform us we can drop off the vehicle the next day to that same location. We show up the next day and to our surprise the store is closed for Easter. So once again we call the 1800 number and the only option we had was to keep the car an extra day and pay for it or drive an hour out to a diffet location and drop it off at the airport all on Easter. I will NEVER do business with this company again Enterprise would never let this happen

This location was in our hotel and was much more convenient to my friend and I to extend our rental cars than our original pickup location. Ali was very friendly and helpful to getting us a better rate and allowing us to keep our rentals while we were on assignment out here. We highly recommend renting your car here!!

Inside Marriott Hotel lower level. Very convenient and great customer service. Good selection of cars too.
