Poor service. She provided a quote, took credit card information, asked if I wanted her to put coverage into place that day. I said yes and waited, but I received no confirmation or binder so that I could cancel my existing insurance. After two days, I called to find she had left on vacation. I spoke to her assistant, who said there was some issue with my auto policy that he was unable to explain or address. I asked that Nicole call first thing Monday upon her return; she did not. I wrote her and called her and left a message; no reply. I will take my business elsewhere because my experience with this agent was unacceptable.

Nicole June is an excellent State Farm Agent. I am very pleased with her service. I have recommended my family and friends.
