My company and I have had a business partnering relationship with David Munson and his team for quite a while now. Our residents have always been satisfied with the level of service they receive and when it comes to networking support we can always count on the Munson office to come through. Recently I have noticed my own personal auto insurance premiums have increased even though I have no reported claims on my record. I was ready for a change and some savings so I reached out to David and he connected with his top agent, Max, and I could not be happier with the ending results. Not only am I saving hundreds each month now, but the level of service has been outstanding. I even referred my mom to speak with Max because I know he will look out for her best interest. I’ve tried for weeks to get in contact with David. If you care about talking to your agent, dont go with this agency. The closest to David Munson you will get is any representative (which change all the time) available. You will never actually talk to David. The service is okay, depending on who you speak to. Every time I call, the person I spoke to last no longer works there, making it extremely difficult to connect with this agency. You are better off calling a 1-800 number since you speak to a different rep each time and never speak to your actual agent.

Best insurance company ever they really help people every interaction i had has been positive and they really make sure your covered everyone aint. stay woke!!!!

The service provided by this office has been excellent from start to finish. I was helped out by Miguel Palacios to get my car insurance initially. However, after experiencing their services and seeing the quality of their products, I decided to take my life insurance and homeowners insurance with them as well. I phoned two and a half months before my auto, home and umbrella policies were to be renewed. I spoke with Michael Laskin. He was very helpful and attentive and gave me quotes on all three with State Farm. I then approached other companies and brokers and when alternative quotes were $1,000-$2,000 more, for in some cases less coverage, I returned to Michael to confirm the quotes. It was all very smooth and professional which gave me confidence for the future.

David and his team are great! They are thorough and work to provide the proper coverage and service relative to your needs. Highly recommend utilizing David and his team to ensure you and your assets are taken care of.

I wouldnt suggest coming to David Munson for even a quote, much less actually working with this agency for insurance.Last year, I went through a process of getting homeowners insurance from State Farm via David Munsons agency.We ended up not closing on the house, and I informed them of this. Not to mention, we didnt sign paperwork, they hadnt received key documents they were requesting, etc.But turns out they started charging me anyway!When I told them about this, they apologized, but get this—they couldnt simply refund my money electronically. They had to issue a paper check. They were quite eager to take my money out but quite slow to give my money back.Then, of course, the check never appeared. They pointed to US Postal Service delays. I asked why they couldnt FedEx it, considering its their mistake, but of course, that was not possible either.In the end, I reversed the charges through AMEX. Id highly recommend working with AMEX. Not this agency.Oh, and through all of that, not a single word of acknowledgement or apology from David Munson himself.Id seriously worry about being supported by this agency in the event of an actual issue.Look elsewhere.

I walked in without an appointment, was kindly and promptly attended to. Alan was very detailed and attentive with my auto coverage needs as well as reducing the premiums as low as possible. They also have Spanish speaking staff for those who speak little English. I highly recommend this Insurance Agent.

This was the smoothest experience I had with an insurance agency. Got an apartment that required the renters insurance to meet specific guidelines. I sent the requirements to Davids staff and, not only did they provide me with a policy that covered the minimum requirements, but they also educated me on why getting more coverage would actually be safer. Getting covered was definitely quick and easy.

Couldnt have had a better experience with David. Someone is always there to answer the phone, and if David is unavailable, I would always get a call back shortly from him. He was able to answer all my questions and sit down with me to explain the quote line by line. Much later he helped me out in a huge way when I had a problem arise with my mortgage company. I usually dont like to leave a review but I am in this case since incidents like this can potentially ruin someones life!! I have a rental condo and had a severe water damage. I contacted David Munsons office to file a claim. When adjuster called me she asked me if Im sure if I want to claim for this since I have one thousand dollars deductible and one thousand dollars coverage. I told her that I would check with my agent. When I called my agent and told them, they said thats too low, Im not even sure if we have that kind of coverage they said they would check and call me back. They didnt even know I had that kind of insurance. Someone called me back and said thats what I have and thats it. When I asked to speak to Davis Munson, they said he would call me back and he didnt. I had to call him again and again to speak to him and he said thats the insurance I have and theres not much else. I told him that as an agent, he didnt do his fiduciary duty. I feel that he didnt look out for my best interest and he didnt explain anything to me. He said he will look in to it and call me back. Its been a week and he never bother to call me back and I have been calling him everyday and the person who answered the phone kept on saying he is busy and he will call me back but he never did. I called him again yesterday and the person who answered said since David Munson is waiting for an underwriter to call him, its not even worth talking. Basically even after all this happening he still isnt doing his fiduciary duty. Not giving me any advice. How would you like it if your house burned down and all you have is one thousand dollar coverage with one thousand dollars deductible? I feel like an agent like this can ruin someones life!
