It’s been 4 month since I moved in to this magnificent and one of a kind building in Bethesda. I love everything! Exceptionally supportive community and property management team. Special word is about Trevor. He is amazing, very professional and thoughtful, virtuously managing and taking care of everybody, me and neighbors are blessed! This gentleman even helped me when I had a flat tire in front of the building. He changed the spare and saved me! So much compassion and understanding in any situation that could pop up. If you live in 7770 Norfolk rest assured that you are in a good hands. I’m so grateful that life connected me with people I can trust and rely on 😊
Ive lived here for a few years with my wife and dog. Its a quiet but very friendly and polite community and the neighborhood is full of restaurants and very dog-friendly. The staff at 7770 Norfolk are fantastic. Everyone at the front desk, everyone in the leasing office, the cleaners, and the maintenance crew are all incredibly accommodating. Rent is expensive but the service and amenities are on par with the price.
Love this apartment! Great place, great location. Walking distances to grocery stores and lot of restaurant choices. We love the roof top pool with grill facility. Beautiful view from there! The most important is the people works there are great, always have great service from them. I have to give a special thank to Trevor who works there. He is so passionated in his work and always give help to residents when needed!
This is the best community to live in Bethesda. I love the amenities, the pool, rooftop. The staff is very professional and friendly. Everyone in the leasing office was helpful and made my move very smoothly. The maintenance guys are super fast and respond to all my requests very promptly . Amazing people who work hard to make sure the residents are taken care of. Definitely recommend
We have currently been living here for over a year. The facilities and condos are extremely nice but what makes this place special has been the customer service. Trevor at the front desk always greets you with a smile and promptly takes care of any concern or need you may have, very professional. Not to mention Lou at night, very helpful and a outstanding guy. Zenet does a great job as part of the leasing team. Wilson keeps this place running as part of the maintenance team, he is prompt and efficient.Overall great place and even better staff!

Beautiful building with spacious bright and modern apartments. The facilities (gym, pool, rooftop) are great and the staff (lettings office and concierge) are very helpful. One concierge definitely stands out for his attitude, willingness to help and professionality- Trevor; residents and management are truly lucky to have him- this is what gives the overall experience a 5star review!
Building is centrally located and very convenient to restaurants, Starbucks, and activities in the Bethesda area. This is a relatively small building with hands-on service and attention. The resident service provided by Trevor at the Concierge Desk was particularly exceptional and differentiated my living experience here over the past two years. Whenever I needed something addressed - maintenance, parking, elevator reservations, etc. Trevor was always proactive in getting it done and following through.
This building is in such a great location, close to downtown and has the best rooftop views for sunsets! The staff is always so friendly and willing to help with anything. Trevor is always so nice and cheerful! He is so great to see every morning to start everyones day off on the right foot!

My family and I moved to 7770 from out of state, and are very happy with the accommodations. We love our apartment, and the location is fantastic. I would argue that one of the best parts of the property, is the front desk staff, in particular Trevor. He is always extremely helpful, positive and genuine. Not knowing much about the area, Trevor has been a tremendous resource for us, not to mention a familiar face for us to see every day. Lou is awesome on the weekends, as well. We are big fans of 7770 as a result. If you do a tour, be sure to stop and talk with Trevor when you do!

I have lived in Norfolk for exactly 2 months now. The building has exceeded all expectations. The leasing office, concierge, and maintenance team have gone above and beyond to make this stay excellent. I have lived in 7 apartments in 9 years across 4 states and this is the place to be.At the concierge, Trevor, is one of the most personable and helpful members of any building management team that I have come to meet. He, like some of the members of the team actually live in the building which I believe has incredible advantages to the resident experience. On another note, Trevor has become a new friend and very helpful with all else outside the workplaceLou, at the concierge, actually came up to my help me with my AC when nobody was on site on a Saturday night when it was 85 degrees out.Natalia, who helped with my leasing, not only sold the property extremely well but connected with me for our same interest in techno and music festivals.Everyone you meet that works at this property has made moving during COVID-19 not only extremely easy but something I looked forward to.
I moved in with my wife and son about three weeks ago, and I must say, I have nothing but good things to say about this place. The apartment is huge with high ceilings, and the location is absolutely fascinating. Thanks to very professional and knowledgeable staffs like Zenet and Natalia, the move in process couldnt have been smoother. A great facility full of great people!
My husband and I have lived at 7770 for about 14 months. We even had our wedding here in the community room last summer. The CIM team was amazing to work with for the entire first year, and we feel the the new property manager (Windsor) has done the best that they can to keep residents safe this year in dealing with the ramifications of COVID-19. We especially appreciate the efforts of Trevor who is the head concierge. Since we moved in, he has been there to greet us in the morning, knows our names,and goes above and beyond to ensure that we are well taken care of. We are glad to have someone like him running the front part of the office!
Currently looking for a new place to move. Checked out Windsor Bethesda and the website is amazing and welcoming. First time called and someone said they would reach out and nobody did. Second time I send a message/email and still no response. Called again today and spoke to a young lady that was rude. Asked about the MPDU program and she said they dont have any available which I completely understand. But when I followed up with more questions she seemed annoyed. Told her okay have a good day and just hanged up on me. The place is lovely but I will be looking else where if this is how their staff is. Also they do not have a wait list. Which kinda sucks. I know Ava Wheaton has a list for people interested in the MPDU program.Update: received a call today from the property manager, super sweet and apologize for the inconvenience from yesterday. Will be touring the a unit and I’m super excited. Thank you for reaching out !
I have been living here since the building opened but have stayed because of the people. The concierge Trevor has been here for a long time and is simply amazing. He knows everyone in the building and makes us all feel like we are the most important person here! The current property management team is also top notch! The building itself is fantastic. The apartments are well designed to maximize the living space. Great amenities as well, my favorite being the rooftop pool. There is no need to go away on vacation - just go to the roof and relax.
The customer service at this building is amazing. The team works hard to make sure you feel right at home. I recently had an issue where i was not able to locate my package and Aaron, one of the afternoon concierge went above and beyond to make sure i didnt leave upset. He checked the storage, amazon hub, and all around the office. In my previous building concierge would never have even gotten up from their seat! The team provides excellent support and service, especially during a pandemic.

Our experience has been excellent. The concierge and leasing staff are knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Our move-in was facilitated by having access to the freight elevator for 4 hours. Our apartment has been well-maintained and was spotless when we moved in. We could not be happier with all aspects of living here.
Incredible building. Great location and amenities but what sets it apart is the property team. Trevor and Lou at the front desk make you feel like family and always greet you with a smile when you’re coming or going. The maintenance staff is impressive. I’ve never lived in a building where maintenance responds this quickly to any of the few issues we’ve had. Wilson is especially helpful. Just recently he came to look at a drain issue and after fixing it quickly started looking around to see what other proactive maintenance he could do. He polished and descaled all the fixtures and increased the shower water pressure! The speed and professionalism of all the property staff is great. The cleaning staff work hard every day and all of our building common areas are spotless, including the roof deck.
I moved into the building recently. Trevor the concierge has been amazing. and extremely helpful. Zenet, Lease Consultant has been a joy to work with from the first day I spoke with her by phone to meeting her in-person She is caring and personable.
I definitely like the amenities, the floor to ceiling windows, but would like to particularly commend Trevor, the icon of the front desk at the building. Being a non-native speaker of English, I wouldnt properly express how impressed I am with how he carries himself in serving the residents. He definitely takes his job to new horizons, setting a niche of his own, and lends through his presence and professional friendly spirit a feeling of comfort and being at home to residents. His presence is definitely an invaluable asset. Lou is also such a courteous and friendly face, and a reliable person whenever in need. Superb choice of front desk team.
Elevator issues here is atrocious!!! Not worth the price! Go elsewhere and pay less with better experience and the garage parking is tiny and doesn’t fit my truck or my wife’s SUV! Sales office is a complete trash but concierge team is amazing! We can’t wait for our lease to be OVER and move!!!
I have lived at 7770 Norfolk for 2.5 years and it has been a great experience. Kuddos to Trevor who leads a top-notch concierge staff of friendly, professional, and attentive folks. Trevor continues to ask how he can assist me and if there is anything he can do to improve my living experience even after two years. He always offers to bring deliveries to residents’ doors, and there’s no task to small or large that he will not offer to handle personally with a smile. The whole staff here is pretty great and thats why they have a building full of happy residents.

I currently reside at 7770, and one of the best parts is the maintenance team. Anytime I’ve had an issue they have been through in fixing the underlying issue, and make any minor repairs I have needed stress free!

Great building. The location is perfect with metro, shops and restaurants just a short walk away. It has great amenities and common areas. The attention and helpfulness of the staff is outstanding, specially the concierge team. Trevor, who manages the concierge desk on week days, goes above and beyond to assist, he is very professional, polite, friendly, and diligent. His willingness to help the residents is truly exceptional. The other members of the concierge team are also consistently excellent. Overall this is a beautiful apartment building and a great place to live in.

This is a great apartment building. I have only been here forsix weeks, but one of the things I really appreciate besides thegreat location and the amenities is the staff. I have been living at 7770 Norfolk since 2016 and I love living here. The location is perfect and I love all the amenities...Especially the rooftop! The building is always clean and the staff is very friendly. Trevor and Lou have been working at the front desk since I moved in and it’s always nice to see them and chat with them. They both go above & beyond for the residents.
One of the things I heard most often about 7770 when looking for a place to live last year was how great the staff was. Recently, I had an opportunity to experience that first hand. Trevor went above and beyond and I really cant say enough about his willingness to help me as I recuperated from surgery!

My husband and I have lived at this community for about six months and have really enjoyed our experience. We moved into the building on recommendation from a friend who is also a resident, and would recommend the same to others. It’s been great so far. The staff rally make all the difference. Trevor and Lu, the front desk concierge staff have been immensely helpful and truly provide the extra luxury feel to the building. They are so friendly with the residents, know everyone in the building, so ensure that added security and are always helpful with deliveries and packages which is a great service.

Ive lived here for almost two years. Very nice and clean building that is in an excellent location with great restaurants literally right out the front door. Very modern, beautiful rooftop and rooftop pool. CIM (previous management company) and Windsor (current management company) seem very nice.That being said what separates 7770 Norfolk from all of the other luxury apartment buildings in the area is Trevor, the concierge. When my wife and I were debating between similar buildings in Woodmont Triangle and Bethesda Row, the tipping point for us was reading all the tremendously positive reviews of Trevor and how much people raved about him.Two years later, I can say with confidence that all those reviews were accurate and he truly is remarkable and is a great consistent presence in the building, creates community and is super helpful day in and day out. He always goes above and beyond every day. If you are debating between buildings to choose, I would absolutely suggest you take this into consideration as having a concierge person in your building is great, but having a concierge person in your building that is Trevor is AMAZING. Worth noting the weekend concierge, Lou, is awesome as well.So between those two you are always in good hands 7 days a week. I speak from experience having lived in a similar luxury apartment building in the same neighborhood where the concierge was light years behind what Trevor and Lou bring to the table. They are quite an impressive duo.

Typically, I dont post reviews but an extraordinary outcome deserves recognition. As a relocation consultant, I needed to lead a move for a client who was unable to return to her apartment from overseas to gather her belongings. EVERYTHING needed to be moved from apartment contents to her car to her bikes in storage. Norfolks concierge Trevor who I have had the pleasure of working with previously came to the rescue again! He provided me parking for an entire days move, managed the elevators for me, was available for every call and text for which I needed assistance and all with a smile and a yes, Maam. The over the top move was trying to identify WHICH of the bikes were my clients and his effort to identify them with an unmarked key...until he honed in on the right ones. If that wasnt enough, he then at the end of his shift came up to the unit to see if there was anything else I needed. Trevor, you should clone yourself and are an dynamic example of what customer service means. I cant thank you enough as I was never confident that those bikes were going to make it into the shipment. Thankfully, they are are en route now.

7770 Norfolk is a wonderful community! Theres enough privacy and you dont hear your neighbors because of the thick walls. The concierge staff is amazing and make you feel so welcome especially Trevor! He goes above and beyond like many others. Ive had packages delivered to my door just because the concierge was on their way up to another floor. Talk about top service!
I wanted to provide a glowing review of Trevor at the front desk. Trevor was actually the first person my family met when coming into the building to look at apartments, and was one of the deciding factors between 7770 Norfolk and another building in the area, for our residence. Always attentive, “on” and humble in his approach so as to make you feel at ease and also keep you tuned into what’s happening. A building event, package delivery, coordination for large deliveries, etc. he is proactive in getting the information across and just as quick to help you with the door or elevator. Trevor is possesses a rare attitude and energetic approach to work and we were very delighted that he has come back since new management has taken over.
As one of the first tenants to live in the building, I have truly enjoyed my time here. Front desk concierge is first class. Trevor is extremely accommodating and is always looking out for the tenants. I am consistently impressed with the management team and overall staff in the building.

My husband and I have loved living in 7770 Norfork, specifically because of Trevor, the concierge. He is amazing! He used to lead a team of equally fantastic colleagues, but many of them are no longer here after a management change. :( Some cons: One elevator is always broken. Living in a 20 story building with 2 working elevators is no Bueno. :)
I moved to Norfolk Apartments in 2016 with my friend. I always enjoy a welcome and friendly attitude of Trevor and small talk. With the change of management, some concierge changed, but I was relieved to see that Trevor remained here. He continued through the years to be attentive to details and provided value care. For example, if an urgent package arrived, he did not wait for the system to notify us but called and informed that it is at the desk for pick up, occasionally he even delivered it. During COVID 19 quarantine, my partner is in the vulnerable high-risk population. Therefore, like many others, we stayed in prolonged isolation to stay safe. He often not just called to notify that grocery arrived downstairs for pick up, but extended the courtesy to bring them upstairs whenever possible. This gesture moved me so much because it provides relief from me going out for everything for both myself and my partner and truly brought both of our spirits up, reduced anxiety, and validating that even though we were isolating, we are not disconnected from the outside world. So grateful to be residents of Norfolk apartments surrounded but caring staff.
The amazing maintenance staff Fransisco and Wilson came by the other day and between the two of them, the knocked off my list in no time! They were polite, tidy, helpful and super speedy. I so appreciate their hard work!
I literally ran out of DC to move in here because my former neighbors were smoking all day and night. I like my new apt. at 7770 Norfolk Ave a ton! The building is quiet (high ceilings/I seldom hear any of my neighbors) and smoke free (management enforces it!!) It is a few blocks from the Bethesda Metro and there a lot of really good restaurants within a block. The amenities are great (rooftop deck and pool, real gym, Amazon Hub, food trucks that visit, Starbucks next door,...).The staff is very helpful, friendly, courteous...the custodians, maintenance, everyone at the concierge desk, the leasing team, the property mgr. They also promptly and efficiently handled the Covid-19 pandemic.
Ive lived at the Norfolk for 2 years. Its a fantastic building and location that recently went under new management - Windsor. The best feature of the old company CIM was the staff, especially Trevor the head concierge. He fields a range of requests promptly and courteously and is always willing to assist when you need it. I hope that the new company will keep him here as head concierge on a permanent basis. The property wouldnt quite be the same without him.

Ive lived here for 3 years and its a great property - beautiful finish out and property well- maintained with great service even with the transition of management from CIM to Windsor. Big kudos to Windsor - the team has been exceptional in managing the community through the COVID crisis - which isnt surprising given their focus on really personal attention. My family and I have lived at 7770 norfolk for 12 months, and we are excited to stay for another year. What makes this community a unique residence is the management team and concierge. The management team promptly responded to covid in accordance to cdc guidelines, and helped make this building feel safe. maintenance requests were also always addressed in a safe and professional manner. Among the excellent staff, Trevor deserves a shout-out. He always goes above and beyond for the residents, and helps create a warm and personable atmosphere in the lobby. He’s been such a huge help whenever we were in a bind. His warm personality, professionalism, and commitment to detail, reflect not only our experiences with the new management team, but also our experience at Norfolk.
I really enjoy living here! The staff is fantastic and super helpful. Especially Trevor. I had some issues with my moving truck and he helped to make that a smoother transition. Since moving in, he has helped me settle into the area from providing good restaurants to check out to good movies to watch! He is beyond helpful and wants to ensure all the residents are taken care of. 7770 now feels like home.
Great place to live! The staff here is the friendliest of any place Ive lived - always welcoming and willing to any help. Maintenance, which you can request easily via the resident app, is very quickly and efficiently. Theres always events for residents, usually monthly, which is great. Apartments are roomy, comfortable, and built very well. Cant recommend 7770 enough if youre looking for somewhere to live in the Bethesda area.
Prime location, the cleaning staff does a very good job, and Trevor, the concierge, is excellent.
I have lived here since July of 2018 and loved every minute of it. The building is in an amazing location and the building itself is beautiful. The biggest asset 7770 Norfolk has though is its wonderful staff, and the concierge, Trevor, in particular. He is always very kind and greets most of the residents by name as they walk by. When I was moving in most of my furniture arrived before I did and Trevor was incredibly helpful in receiving everything and getting it moved up to my unit. The whole staff is incredibly friendly and helpful with anything you might need.
Trevor at the front desk is amazing. He helped me learn how to tie a tie when I was running late for work! He learns everyones name and is a joy to have around
7770 is great. Ive realized one of the main reasons it is as good as it is comes with atmosphere - led by amazing lead concierge Trevor. In my time living here, Trevor has gone above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome and is a quintessential part of the 7770 community. Thank you for working with the best ( aka Trevor!) !!
I’ve actually considered moving just due to price but they have so many reasons to stay. I’m also a fan of the service. Trevor truly does go out the way to help. His willingness to help the residence is truly exceptional. He goes over and beyond the job and is a great addition to the staff.
7770 Norfolk is an amenity-rich apartment complex in Bethesda. The location is perfect, metro/shops/restaurants are just a short walk away. The best feature, however, is the excellent customer service provided by all staff, especially Trevor and the rest of his concierge team. They make you feel at home.
Love this apartment community. I have lived in the apartment building since its original property management JBG. We are on our third change in property management. However, each management company has been successful in building upon the initiatives of the previous company.Windsor Communities is our newest management company and they are really impressing me. I will admit I was worried initially; yet, they have stepped up to the plate to engage renters in a way I do not recall previous management companies doing here. They had a tall task with coming on board just prior to the pandemic. Windsor has actively worked to provide optimal customer service during a challenging time and coming up with new community experiences. They make sure to treat both renters and their pets. We have had the occasional Food Truck Friday. They have partnered with the local pizza company to give free pizza away. There were goodie bags for dogs. We also had goodie bags at the start of the pandemic filled with comfort items.Staff remains friendly and responsive. Trevor, Lou and Richard are friendly and willing to help out. Maintenance staff is available.All in all, I am still happy to live here 5 years later. I hope things continue to go well.
Trevor at the front desk is truly an asset for the building! HE ALWAYS courteous and attentive to us tenants. He follows up on every maintenance requests that are put in, and he is very personable. He will greet you warmly! SUPER FRIENDLY!! This is the type of service that you do not find everywhere.
I have been here for about 3 months so far and its been incredible to this point. The whole building is very modern, clean, and secure. The staff at the front desk is also very friendly. The rooftop pool is an amazing touch and it is always great to bring a few guests up there. Gym is nice and you can access 24hrs, which is a plus. The only suggestion I would make is to put a pool table in the resident lounge. It is a great open space for one and it would bring more neighbors together!
We recently moved into 7770 about 2 months ago. Our first experience, which was one of the main reasons we picked this place to be our home was because of Zenet. She initially gave us a detailed FaceTime tour of our apt, she was prompt with responses (to our many questions/emails versus competing properties) and gave us an overall feeling of confidence with our choice to live here. Since moving in we have had a great experience; from the hospitality/professionalism of the front desk, maintenance crew, Ms.Cathy and also enjoying all the upscaled amenities. If your looking for a place to call home in the Bethesda area, definitely come check out 7770 Norfolk Apts.
Weve lived here for a little over 2 years now and have really loved it. Its the best apartment complex Ive lived in. The people here are very nice and, before the pandemic, we had several resident get-togethers hosted by the management, including international cuisine night.I dont have any complaints about the recent management change and both management companies weve been under have been good. Some of the original concierge staff with whom Id built a rapport with were replaced with the change, which is expected, but I was especially bummed when I thought Trevor was gone because I see him every morning on the way to work (at least, in the pre-COVID times when I went to the office). But then I found out that he was staying, which Im glad for since hes always smiling and in a great mood in the mornings as well as is very helpful. Like the one time I had to come downstairs first thing in the morning and ask him to make a note for maintenance to come fix my toilet, which I had somehow managed to flush a whole stick of deodorant down and couldnt get it out. Thanks again for that, Trevor.If I had to find something about the complex to complain about to make this seem like a legit review Id really only be able to say the elevators tend to have technical issues more frequently than youd expect. But its not really a big issue unless you cant climb the stairs or are hauling something large upstairs, at which point it can be a bit of a wait, especially if the freight elevator is reserved for someone moving.All in all, a very good experience living here.
The staff at 7770 Norfolk are usually pretty good, but I have to say that Trevor, (Concierge Desk) starts each of my work week days with a smile and hello. He is always friendly, knows me by name, and he is always very responsive to my questions and/or concerns. GREAT asset!!!!
Having lived at 7770 and seen employees come and go, Trevor Workman, who staffs the front desk is the public face of this building and he puts his best foot forward. He is exceedingly polite and professional, but also has a sense of humor that puts people at ease. He seems very concerned about the welfare of all of the residents. He gives the place personality. Recently, I noticed odd behavior by someone near the building and I alerted Trevor, and he thanked me for reporting the behavior and repeatedly asked if I was OK and if I felt safe. (BTW, I do feel safe here.) Who does that anymore? Not enough people.Trevor also offers to assist me with packages and makes sure that even if I do not accept his assistance that at least he will press the right floor for me on the elevator. I appreciate his many acts of kindness.It is people like Trevor who make living here feel like home.
I have lived at 7770 for the last year. I love the location. The residents are friendly and the staff is great. Trevor, the lead concierge, is amazing. He is always courteous, pleasant and helpful. Trevor is one of the main reasons I enjoy living at 7770.
First I been living in the building for two years, love it here, location is awesome the stafff remarkable,Trevor flatt out impeccable what he does,profesional and always smiling face ready to help,if you can stop the dogs using the only green space behind the building
I have lived here since the building opened. Management has changed a few times which alway causes some stress and bumps. Timing for the new management company was bad due to COVID 19 and things did not start out in a positive way. However, over the past couple of weeks things have begun to change in a positive direction. I look forward to this continued positive momentum.
