Thermal windows is top notch in every way. Dee came out and measured our windows to be replaced. Shes super professional and so kind! I dealt with Brian as well and he was very friendly and no less professional. The final cost was very reasonable and If I ever need any windows again Ill use no one else! I couldnt be happier!

My wife and I had our windows from Thermal Windows, Inc installed yesterday, 12/10/20. We could not be happier with our new windows. They have improved our home so much, that it is like living in a new modern home. We are so glad that we did this. Our sales rep, George Bowers, showed up at our home right on time and was a real pleasure to deal with. He assessed our measurements in short order, then sat with us and laid out all our options. He was very knowledgeable about his product offerings. He was very patient with us as we changed our minds several times about what color and products to use weeks after our meeting. When we finally decided on what color and products we wanted, George asked use to guess how much the total cost would be. My wife and myself were both way higher than the actual cost. We were well pleased with the cost of this project. When the installers contacted us for an installation date, we were very surprised at how quickly the windows were ready. When the installers arrived, they were very professional and installed all of windows in one day!! They were a pleasure to deal with and did a wonderful job of installing the windows and the clean up. We cannot find any problems with the installation or the windows. I would strongly recommend Thermal Windows, Inc if you are considering new windows.

This company has been amazing to work with. We had our windows installed yesterday and they are beautiful! The entire staff from the salesperson to the guy that did the measuring to the follow up with updates to the 3 men that installed them has been top notch. They even called this afternoon to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction. I highly recommend them! They are extremely professional but also personable!! We will definitely use them in the future!!

Our windows from Thermal Windows of Bethany were installed last week. They are beautiful windows and we couldnt be more pleased with the appearance and quality. The installation was careful, and the guys cleaned up really well. As I watched the team install the windows, I realized that they were working slowly and carefully, and it dawned on me that this is a company that from ownership and management on down is careful to do quality work and to take the time necessary to get everything right the first time. The guys spent four days installing windows in our entire house, and it made me feel really good to realize that there was no pressure from headquarters to get the job done fast and to get on to the next one.The windows look beautiful from the exterior, and from the interior they look great, and feel extremely strong. My house feels like a fortress now! We highly recommend this company.

Very unprofessional and rude. Not willing to work with you on the job. Don’t provide scaffolding because they will not use it and postpone the visit. When postponed expect an extra few weeks out from then. Would never recommend. You get better service and same quality a Lowe’s. Would rather pay more to have a company that wants to help you.

We recieved several estimates from local window replacement companies, and went with Thermal Windows due to window quality and price for whole house replacement windows. The estimate process from initial in-home estimate to formal estimate in their OKC office was a good experience and well explained. We had the lead paint inspection and an installation professional come out to the house to look at the actual replacement process. The installer crew announced their arrival time as expected and surveyed the existing windows and went to work. It was a good 2 man crew that has worked together for a long time and it showed, they were quite professional.We had very old replacement windows that were replaced, which required extra cedar backing and trimwork, then all exterior trimwork was covered with aluminum break metal which was cut to fit onsite so everything matched the existing siding.We are very impressed with the entire process from Thermal Windows, highly recommend.

We got our windows two months ago. We recommend this company highly. We had one very minor issue. They fixed it to our satisfaction. The windows have made a huge difference in being able to keep our house cool this summer. They also look great! I was thrilled that we could work with a local Oklahoma company!

Couldnt be more pleased with Thermal Windows Inc. They came out to measure. Arrived on time. Provided plenty of color choices. Came back to remeasure then shortly thereafter came back to install which took less than 2 hours for 4 windows. Cleaned up and on their way. The windows are exactly what we wanted and well be ordering from them again!!

A large branch broke one of our windows during an ice storm. We called Thermal windows. Thae service man came out to assess the damage and measure for a new window. We had to wait 6 weeks and when the replacement came in we were told that the window could not be replaced because of a bent frame! Do not recommend this company! Thermal windows graciously resolved our problem. Gave them 5 stars.

Dont have them install your windows. Terrible customer service, they dont communicate and you have to call them to see where your job is at they dont ever reach out to you

The sales rep came out to my house smelling like cigarette and coffee. Aside from that, the quote she gave me was higher than the building supply company(CBS), by almost double. They also subcontract out their installs to other companies(jc siding and construction, when I had one of my windows replaced in 2008).

Refused to repair a window screen because it wasnt purchased there...okay with me - ill buy windows someplace else. Be aware of the TERRIBLE business practices here before you choose. All they had to do was take my money.

We had used Thermal Windows to replace an entire 5x5 bay window when the original seal broke. They did a great job for about the same price resealing the window was going to cost. So when we broke one pane of a bedroom window, I called them *first* only to hear they no longer do any jobs under $1,000. Very disappointed; guess theyre not into anything but mass, high $$ remodels anymore. Looking elsewhere.**EDIT/UPDATE** After posting this review, John, the GM of Thermal Windows, contacted me on 1/24/2020 and wanted to offer his apology for what he offered was a miscommunication about job minimums within his staff, and that no firm $1,000 minimum is in place. He asked if there was a way his company could regain the job, but I had already committed this repair to a different company. I told him we were totally impressed with their prior work on our window, and that was why they were the first company we called in this instance. I also told John that I appreciated his effort to contact me, and that Thermal Windows would remain a preferred option for future work should it arise. Thanks to John for reaching out. I appreciate it!

Product and installation crew, independent contractor, first class. Schedule information impossible to get. Not responsive to inquiries. If you can wait a long uncertain time you get what you contracted for.

In March 2019, Thermal Windows replaced 13 windows in my house, and my home is much more comfortable than it was before the new windows were installed. Thermal Windows did a great job installing the windows, and they quickly replaced a window that was defective. I chose Thermal Windows with aluminum frames, but the company also offers vinyl. I realize that vinyl frames are supposed to be more energy efficient, especially in cold weather, but I wanted the durability of aluminum. I definitely recommend Thermal Windows.

I bought a house that had windows installed from thermal windows by the previous owner. i called to get the warranty transferred to my name. I was informed that since I didnt call within the first month of moving in, that the warranty was void. I think this company doesn’t have faith in their own products, therefore i wont be using them for replacement windows when that time comes.Edited 11/13/19 second response to thermal windows. You are incorrect. I did not wait eight years to inquire about warranty information. I inquired a few months after moving into my house which had windows replaced by the previous owner. Your assumption is wrong and during the busy and stressful time of purchasing a home and moving, a month is not a fair amount of time. I would recommend revising your policies to allow a little more time for that. The company that did the roof had no problem transferring the warranty after a few months of living in the house. Maybe apples to oranges but roofs are another expensive component of a house.

I highly recommend using Thermal Windows if you are planning on replacing your windows. They put out a great product and they have excellent customer service. They stand behind theyre warranty and are promp to come and address any issues you may have. I will be buying all my windows from Thermal Windows.

We have had trouble with one window of many we installed in our house when we had it built. It would not open or close easily until today. The service manager and the district manager came to the house and spent time to really research the issue, making sure that the window had been installed properly initially, and found a defective part that was causing the window to not open or close correctly. They replaced the parts, made sure it was functioning well, and told us to make sure we let them know if there were any further issues with any of our windows.

Ordered replacement panes that came from factory cut wrong. It has been four weeks and still no windows. Same story each week that factory is busy. You would think they would try to fix their mistakenot make it worst.

Mixed bag: The salesman I ordered through and the quality of their windows was excellent. On the other hand I was treated with total distain by another employee when I requested a copy of the manufacture’s installation standards/specs sheet (so I could install them as designed) and one window was weeks late without the store consistently keeping in touch and instead I had to call them. They manufacture quality windows but one employee’s attitude issues cost their review two stars.I am a highly skilled home remodeler who also recognizes that many companies require their products to be installed certain ways or with certain materials to honor the warranty. Before attempting any installation it is wise and prudent to obtain and read the manufacturers standards and perform the install according to that document. During my working career as a inspector and administer overseeing large public utility grants I learned the importance of reading plans and following construction standards and I admit I am not used to a company that shows disrespect to a customer who asks for those documents showing how they expect an installation to be preformed for full warranty support in the case of a failure.
