We had a horrible roof thanks to the home sellers not looking into their company. It was improperly installed. American roofing came out several times to try and see if they could find hail damage after storms to help alleviate some of our financial burden. When they couldnt, they gave us ideas we could use to patch it ourselves instead of charging us for something they didnt think would work. We eventually HAD to have it replaced. They knew our issues and worked us in quickly before the next rain season started. The roof looks great and we have no more leaks. 10/10. After the hail storm wrecked our property, we called All American Roofing who not only restored our roof and guttering, they made it even better than before! They brought it up to code by installing the correct venting and so much more! I am so thankful for them! I called 3 different roofing companies, including the so called preferred provider my insurance company sent out and they all charged about the same but I got much better quality and so much more with All American.

Just 6 weeks after the Norman hail storm in April 2021, AAR installed a beautiful new black asphalt roof with all the up-to-code vents added and new guttering, entire staff was professional and willing to answer any of our questions about the process. We never had to fight with our insurance, AAR took care of everything!

Satisfied with the work that was done so far. There were some minor hiccups with our dryer vent BUT they came out immediately and repaired it which is very important to make it right if issues occur. Neil was great. Very responsive and active in the process from beginning to end. I would recommend them.

Best job ever! We have replaced 4-5 roofs over the last 45 years using a variety of different roofers, including the biggest and most well-known roofers in Oklahoma. No one did as good a job as All American! Neil Cagle has built a quality company second to none. The crew that replaced our roof was led by a father and son team that had been putting on roofs for All American for over twenty-five years. Cant say enough about Pedro and his crew. Neil looked out for us every step of the way and went above and beyond to make sure we got the highest quality job possible. He even upgraded us to a solar powered attic vent and Class IV Impact Resistant shingles at no extra cost. His gutter people did a great job as well replacing all of our gutters. This is a company that you can trust to treat you right. His staff handled the paperwork to get us a reduction in our insurance premiums for the new impact resistant shingles and gave us everything we needed to get a tax credit on our new solar powered attic vent. Susan in particular was very helpful. We will definitely be using All American from now on. You just aren’t getting the best job available if you use anyone else.

It’s almost uncommon to have anyone come out for an inspection and not offer repairs or let alone suggest a new roof.And then to have them say they can do the repairs with an area I was concerned about (at what seemed like a respectable price) but they don’t think the roofs comprised and I’d be in a sense wasting money (were in Oklahoma and the next hail storms not far away)I guess what I’m try to say is it’s nice to have a someone come by and be honest versus being more concerned about their commission. That alone is reason enough for me to save their number for the future and call again when I’ll need a new roof.Thanks Dustin

Neil and his team were very informative and helpful during the preliminary phase. From explaining the cost and inspection to how they were able to cover our deductible with zero out of pocket cost. Additionally, Neil was able to up-sell an impact resistant roof and explained that this may help reduce our homeowners insurance up to around 20% discount, which helped us save quite a bit off our mortgage bill per month. Although, the upgrade was not covered as far as paying more out of pocket, it will pay itself off in two years due to the reduction in our homeowners insurance. This was a great selling point and I highly recommend Neil if you ever come across this review. They did a fantastic job on our roof and were on time despite the rainy weather the day of construction. If we could rate them more then 5 stars on here, we would definitely do so.

All American Roofing replaced our roof about 7 years ago. They were fast, pleasant, and professional. Trees fell on our roof from the ice storm this year and we were certain we would need a new roof, but, not at all actually! They came out and looked at it and the roof stood up and held strong. They didnt charge me to come inspect it and they truly stand by their work. I highly recommend them!

Jamie was very responsive and courteous. He repaired a vent pipe and didn’t try to over sell my needs. Another roofing company had told me my roof was damaged from hail and it needed replaced. Jamie looked at it and determined the damage was very little and not ready for replacement. I will be calling them to do the work when the time does arise. He only had to repair the vent pipe cap. Our area was hit by a hail storm earlier this week, so I called All American Roofing in Bethany to come out and take a look before I filed a claim. When he came down, he showed me all the photos he had taken. Everything is good; I do not need a new roof. I must confess I was surprised by how detailed he was and I have already sent a photo of his business card to my sister because she needs to have her roof checked, too. I dont remember a lot about the whole experience, probably because it was no muss no fuss, easy.In 2016 I called them again because I was about to sell that same house, and there had been quite a few hail storms over the 14 years with that roof. When the insurance adjuster came out, they were trying to low-ball me. The owner of All American fought quite a bit on my behalf so that I wouldnt have to pay out of pocket. He was a pit bull. I really appreciated it. New roof, great experience.This week I had them come look at my new place, thinking I was going to need a lot of work done. Upon inspection, he said I dont normally try to talk a customer out of work, but you dont need our services and recommended a much less costly solution from someone else. I appreciated that.I would recommend these guys to anyone.

All American Roofing came out and determined the cause of the leak. They worked with my insurance company. Great service and they were always available to answer questions and concerns. Roof is great we have not had any leaks. The workman were very efficient in clean up afterwards. They are a local company here in Oklahoma City, I would recommend them for any roofing concerns

They threatened to put a lien on my home. They did the work, it was sub-par quality at best(ridge caps are crooked, other poor workmanship). They sent an invoice that I received 30 days after completion, then proceeded to start calling me and threatening a lien within 5 days of receiving the invoice. They also dated the invoice 24 days before it was received in the mail, I know the postal service is slow but it isn’t that slow. Will never use this unprofessional company again.(Update) This company continues to fabricate lies, they responded by saying they mailed the invoice on 3/24, that’s still an 11 day trip across the metro area, interesting. My intention was to treat their invoice like I would any other invoice/bill that I have ever received and pay it within 30 days of receiving it. Take this review however you like, any future roofing jobs I have will not be with this company.

I called All American because we had a roof leak and we thought that the roof might need replacing. Jaime came to the house (very promptly!) and inspected the roof . He stated that the roof was OK and that tthey should do a water test to determine the cause of the leak. Jaime and 2 other gentlemen returned, again very promptly, and determined the cause of the leak. They quickly repaired the problem and the leak has gone away. I very highly recommend this company due to their honesty, promptness and general superior customer service. If you need a roof or roof repairs call these guys first!

All American Roofing is a great company. Jamie did our inspection and worked with our insurance company to agree on needed repairs. All work was completed professionally and in a timely manner. Our house has never looked better. I would highly recommend them. Give them a call for an estimate.
