COULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS SPA MORE!!!!! My experience at Face2Face Spa Studio was unforgettable. Miss Antoinette couldnt have been more sweet, friendly or accommodating. I celebrated a milestone birthday here with three of my girlfriends, and we essentially took over the salon for an entire Saturday. HIGHLY recommend this! The Spa is peaceful, serene and has everything you need to leave feeling like a total Rockstar. Antoinette helped me choose the proper skin care products for my skin type (bye-bye Mary Kay!), and I havent looked back. My skin tone is more even, my pores are smaller, and my blemishes are fewer and farther between. I cant wait to go back and pamper myself. Pro tip: Dont skip on the massage. Maria gave me the most amazing deep tissue massage- I still think about it. Happy Relaxing :)

My niece recommended me this place. I made an appointment with Ms. Antonette. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. The place was impeccable clean and the atmosphere very relaxed. I explained to her about my skin concerns and advised me a deep cleansing facial. WOW!!! When she was done my skin was radiant and felt AMAZING soft. Ms. Antonette you’re the BEST!! The best place for facials! I went in with my super super dry skin. It was horrible! But she made my skin come back to glowing, hydrating! She’s is very skilled and knows what she’s doing. Also she will recommend products you need for your routine! I give this place 10 stars out off 5!

I booked a deep tissue massage with Maria to take care of some shoulder pain I was experiencing. She was very accommodating of my needs and made sure to check in during the massage to make sure I was comfortable. The massage room was decorating nicely, there was soft music playing, and the massage oils smelled so good. It all made for a very relaxing experience. I feel so much better after the massage, and I will definitely be back!

Im giving a 1 star not because of the services that I received from both talented women Ms. Shelia and Maria, however the owner. I was greeted and waited on by Maria who have some powerful hands. Maria was professional and worked out every achy muscles after kickboxing for over 7 months. I enjoyed conversations and my very 1st facial with Ms. Shlia. However, upon check-out I was charged due to my husbands absence and due a loss we experienced in our family. I would not return.Everyone goes through life and the very way you treat people only displays that people lacks empathy. To both Ms. Shelia and Maria thank you for staying and ensuring that I was ok after the owner walked away and pats me on my back. Never again! Shelia and Maria is 5 star quality!

She is busy but always assured me her attention and truly gave me her time when it came to my skin evaluation and facial. WOWWW!! my face - after a very dry winter and I had very flaky;dry hurting face was revived 1000 times with the facial!!! So luminous and hydrated and my skin looked 10 years younger!!! THAT is the power of a attentive and knowledgeable esthetician and that is what Antonette is. Good prices ; great location and easy street parking. She offers many services aside from facials ; lash lifts ; skin tightening etc. and fully trained and licensed. I had the most amazing experience here! Antonette was very, very knowledgeable on a wide range of services as well as products and just pleasant and professional. I had the most thorough facial/ dermabrasion that I have ever experienced. She was was sure to check in with me throughout to ensure my comfort. The spa itself is very cute and clean. I recently visited face to face for slimwaving An when I tell you its the bomb. Com!!! But not just what I had going on with the slim wave, the service in general is just amazing Antoinette really makes you feel welcomed comfortable an beautiful all in a days visit!! I highly recommend this cute, no frills spa. I was incredibly impressed with the quality of the services (massage, body scrub and facial peel). Jessica was awesome - Shes a great masseuse and made sure I was comfortable and cared for. Antoinette (the owner) did my facial and is clearly a seasoned pro. They use both Dermalogica and PCA products at the spa. My face is LITERALLY GLOWING. G-L-O-W-I-N-G.I will be back for sure, and I will tell everyone I know about this hidden gem - definitely worth the short jaunt (20 minutes) from Chicago.

I received my first facial at Face2Face Spa thanks to a Groupon. Purchasing that Groupon was a blessing. I thoroughly not only enjoyed the facial, I left feeling wonderful, clean, and fresh. I also felt that I had learned a few things about proper skin care for my skin specifically from Antoinette. She was very informative and took the time to answer my questions, but she also provided me with an overall very positive experience and an absolutely wonderful facial.
