Today I went to switch from tmobile to this company and the person who was attending changed the provider and when she added the cellphone numbers to the cellphone she never ask me in which one I wanted it so I told her I was the one to make that decision not her and she started giving an attitude and said that if I didnt paid I would lose my phone number then I went to another store and ask to speak for the owner because it was the same owner but they refused to contact him so I came later that day and she refused the service to me and I called boost mobile and they said she change the pin # and that she reported my phone number lost or stolen so i couldnt recover it. This is fraud and she is using my identity to change my pin # without my permission dont go here ever ever worst experience ever. I never had problems with store representatives changing my information in my account without my permission psycho lunatic!!!!

This store is by far one of the best boost mobile stores Ive been to. They have great customer service and you will go home satisfied with their service because they make sure everything is set before you leave. They always have very positive attitutudes towards customers and actually like doing their job. Definitely recommend this location!!!!
