Ariana was amazing in helping me find a good insurance rate with my not so great driving record a couple speeding tickets mixed with an accident but she got me a great affordable price for my 2015 Ford Mustang. Definitely would recommend to give her a call whether you have a good or bad driving record she will do her best to get you the most affordable price without sacrificing for lesser options. Stopped by last week to get insurance quote the agent was not professional. She charged my card with a full cover payment which Im still trying to be refunded even when I got no insurance at all.

I have been with Farmers for about 16 years and never have I experienced bad customer service. I made a change to my auto payment information in August 2020. The card was not processed for the month, I was charged a late fee and told that they had no idea why that happened. I asked if they had my authorization form, they said they thought they did and said they would give me a call in case any issues occurred. Never did I receive a call back. Today got an email about an almost $300 insurance payment for the month of October and November. Apparently, pending credit card authorization. The young lady I spoke to today said that once the card is pending at credit authorization it will not be charged for autopay, well guess what,?that is not true because they tried drafting this morning. I had this conversation about my credit card authorization form with Alicia approximately 3x since September. She even said she called billing and waived late fees.Never received a call from Alicia or anybody in their office about the pending authorization since my last call with Alicia in October. I am being charged $45 dollars in late fees but as of the month of October I was current or so I was told. They emailed the ledger and the late fee that I was told was removed was not.

I can’t say enough great things about Ariana’s service. She quickly responded, took great initiative, was helpful in explaining our options, and not to mention found us a GREAT price in home/car insurance. You won’t be disappointed with her service. Thank you, Ariana!
