Very nice individuals working. Work quality was horrible. Uneven nails. Length wise especially. Crocked nails. Nails are thick and bulky. Polish was all over skin afterward. Unsatisfied with overall work quality. Definitely not worth money spent 48.

Always clean, personable, professional. I have been a customer since it first opened, and have NEVER had a problem or complaint. The owner, Ty, is quite knowledgeable about how to deal with the diabetic foot. I trust her completely. Her male employee, Thai, is as professional as he is informative. Always a pleasure spending time in this establishment.

Decided to make an appointment and Im so happy that I did, I love the way my nails came out and I also love the ambience and the look of the salon. The salon is very modern and chic, they also have a lot of nail polish color options. I dont remember the name of the nail tech that attended me, but she was very sweet and gentle/careful when cutting my cuticles. I did gel manicure and just a regular polish change on my toes. I absolutely love this color, looks great for the springtime. The price wasnt bad, but I really love how chic and luxurious the feel of the salon has. Deff will be coming back!

My new favorite nail place! I made an appt for 6. I was sat immediately. The guy who did my nails (sorry I forgot his name) but he was great! He took his time & listened to what I wanted. He had someone else come in for him while he was still working on my nails. Most other places would rush to get me out of the way. Not here, I was happy to see that he was not rushing through the process. I brought my own polish but they have such a great selection of polishes that next time Ill use the ones they have there. Overall this is probably the best nail salon Ive gone to.

I’m really happy with my experience here, the lady let me take as much time as I wanted to pick my nails and her and her husband were SO nice!!! They were so friendly and made the visit really comfortable. The lady took her time doing them and I’m really happy with how they came out

Great service, reasonable prices, very clean and sanitized. The staff are really nice, easy to talk to, and they will even help you get the color you want. I love light, pastel colors and sometimes they look really dark on the outside but when you tell them you want it lighter, theyll help you look for the right one and give you recommendations.

Da-Vi Nails is a lovely place! My nail tech was amazing, super nice and funny! She made sure I was comfortable and relaxed. This was my first time going and I can assure you I will definitely be coming back soon!

The management and staff here go above and beyond and if you feel they didnt, simply address it to the owner and she will fix it! Believe me. I have been going to this salon since they opened after seeing it one morning while visiting the coffee shop next store and have been going since. Never could find a shop that was nice and that remembered me time and time again! Dont hesitate, go there today!

Lady was very nice. Stayed late to do my nails. But Ive paid less and have had better nails. There was an air bubble under my gel and it chipped a few days later. She was rough with my nails and I was in pain. Probably wont come back.

Im sorry to have to leave a negative review, but when it comes to sanitation and health, yes, I must.Like others, I regret not stopping but my vanity overtook me. Never again. Gross, and it felt like I was in the garage of a shady character getting the deal done. 😳The end result lasted three days and my scab on toe will last longer. Not a fan of the dremel! There went all my nails!!! Did I say never again?You were warned.

Ive tried this location 3 times, trying to find satisfactory service. The place is dirty, & I question the sterilization of the tools. Each time Ive experienced pedicure/manicure, my nails arent cleansed underneath or the sides. My paint jobs always are sloppy, & my cuticle are never cleaned up like youd expect after a manicure.

I was able to make an appointment very easily thru Yelp for the next day, was seen within minutes of my appointment time and got exactly what I wanted! DA-VI NAILS is amazing, sooooo many color options, comfortable environment and such sweet nail techs!! Thank you for these cute nails, Ill definitely be back.Shes did an amazing job and was so nice!

Very sweet ladies working there but terrible results. Had to be redone the next day. Biggest problem is ALL their polish bottles need to be thrown away, old, separated and cracked looking, therefore not sanitary looking and not a good start, I should have turned around and walked out at that point and would have if time hadnt been an issue. I did get a good foot scrubbing and cuticle cleanup but next day polish was bubbled and the polish on my toes would actually push back, never had a hard dry. Will never return. Giving it one star is generous.

Ive been going to Da-Vi Nails for months. The owner provides a great service, she uses the latest and best quality products. She is always on time and she does my mani/pedi as I like it. Reasonably price. Highly recommend!

She was alone and did acrylics on me and my sis a half hour before closing. No rush she stayed and finished. Great service!

First time going there and I was not impressed.I recieved a manipedi which is $31. I got gel so it was an extra $13. That total was $44. With tax which is 7% it should of come out to $47. Somehow I was charged $54 and they argued with me in price. The lady beside me got the exact same thing and was charged $35... how does that happen? The manicurist who did my nails was very friendly but the owner and her husband need to learn basic math and not try to screw over new customers.

I agree with the other reviewer but, this place is in BERNALILLO. Every sign points to that and Id hate to ask her for directions.Anyways, this is one of my favorite few places to go get my nails done. Everyone is so nice.

Damage to my natural nails because the owner tye soaked my nails in polish remover, when I informed I had dip polish on my nails. She proceeded to use a cuticle pusher to remove the dip polish, as a result my nail bed became thin and I lost my length due to her neglect to know the difference between gel or dip.While during my pedicure she cut my skin with the drill bit. I have diabetes, as a result I needed to see my podiatrist to avoid an infection.Santitation is NONE! Ive witnessed a Male employee wash equipment in the sink with just water. Many in violation occurring in the nail salon. I will be contacting SBC and LICENSING BOARD.! 👎

By far the worst experience Ive ever had. The male tech sanded the skin around my toes until they were raw and bleeding. He was too inpatient to wrap my toes and let the gel soak off. He cut me and showed no concern. I found the place to be dirty and the staff to be unprofessional. I regret not asking him to stop. Instead, I declined getting my nails painted and left.

They were fast to fit me in they did not hurt my what so ever and they don’t reuse things from what I have seen they are kind and have every worker working hard

Didnt like the service. Were in such a hurry I didnt get good service. Im going to a different nail salon in the morning to get my nails redone. Im very unhappy
