Sonia was very nice I don’t have a policy there but my daughter does and we went in to make her payment but my daughter was short a couple dollars and Sonia was nice enough to get money from her own wallet to be able to make the payment. 3 stars because it was a long wait. There are 2 desks but only one employee. Why

Its okay with my two vehicles, but its just to much for just liability only. I dont agree with the policies. Hopefully, they understand themselves in the future. Thank you reading.

We had a great experience with Sonja she helped us throughly was very kind, and attentive. She knew what to do and helped my sister her into her knew car as as driver in my policy. I current have insurance with a different insurance and this policy but I will definitely be switching my personal car to them as soon as my policy is over being that i paid in advance I’m so thankful for their help and Sonja your the real VIP

The girl didnt know what she was doing! Gave me my drivers license back and then wants a copy of the registration for proof that its MY vehicle. Then asks for my drivers license again saying, I havent ask for it at all. Bunch of bull! Then wants ALL household members written down. So annoying. Never been asked for ALL this shyt! Only getting this insurance because i HAVE to. All other places closed. Its stupid!

This has to be the WORST insurance company. Every time its time to renew your policy the price goes up. This time was the last straw!! My insurance went up $50.. Definitely wouldnt recommend this insurance company to anyone.

If I could give i a (-10) minus 10 I would. Was charged $195 for less than one hour of coverage. Once we got to the REAL bottomline, there was no savings as quoted. Yes, they did have the drivers license when making the quote. The lady behind the desk was very inept. Computer, phone call, computer, phone call. Every phone call jacked up the price. At the end, we requested to cancel. Getting nowhere and absolutely no savings. At that point the lady behind the desk told us there would be a $50 cancellation fee. Unbelieveable.I paid Fred Loya through National $195 for sitting at the desk for nothing.Later on I went on BBB and see they have a D rating. Wow, how did it get so high.Dont do business with this company.
