My family has similar experiences with the staff at this branch. Very poor customer service and poor sense of value. Sometimes they don’t even return a response. I’ve worked in some sort of customer service my entire career and the unprofessionalism at this level for more than a decade is shocking.

Not even worth 1 star but I had to put one to write a review. Called to help service a policy for a mutual client and spoke with Erlinda, who was VERY RUDE and gave me very, very poor customer service AND she also hung up the phone before finishing the process. I do NOT recommend calling this agency.
