I loved it ! the instructor was super nice, very great flow, not too difficult not too easy, very much able to tailor it to your own level. yoga instructor asked me how it went after class, very talkative and nice, overall great experience ! i will definitely be getting a membership.

Back in germany I really miss the awesome classes at CorePower Shattuck a lot - great classes, nice facility and a very friendly team.

CorePower Yoga at Shattuck is a fantastic and well run studio! I enjoy multiple opportunities to drop in for a class over the course of a day, making it easy to get to my mat (even if my week is unpredictable!). I also appreciate the range of classes for the beginner and intermediate yogi alike. For C2 classes in particular, I also appreciate the creativity and design of flows from instructor to instructor--the variety is refreshing. No matter which instructor, the auditory cues and hands-on assistance is extremely helpful and well done for ensuring that each posture is done safely. Lastly, I like how instructors encourage us to come up after class for more tips, what we liked/didnt like, and why we do yoga. In general, CorePower Yoga at Shattuck fosters a really great environment encouraging self love and appreciation (which I felt was particularly important for me as a beginner!). I honestly have never experienced a bad class. For as long as I am living in Berkeley, I will continue going to this studio and recommending it to friends.

The CorePower Yoga - Shattuck in Berkeley is great! Very clean facilities, friendly staff, and a large selection of yoga apparel. I love that this CorePower Yoga studio offers a more variable class selection. It was my first Hot Power Fusion class, and Id definitely recommend taking class with Kay An.

I really enjoy going to CPY. The studio is a bit pricey, but as a black tag member going about 3x/week I think its worth it (they also have class bundles). The 2 studios are always clean, getting mopped after every class, and you never get that smelly, enclosed feel that Ive encountered in other places (e.g. Yoga to the people). The instructors are good, very helpful and always willing to help you deepen your practice. If possible financially, I recommend CPY.
